SLS Fitness: what do users think?
Elaine Maldonado: Great place with personal training and alsoPhysical therapy included with training in a great place
kathy hirbour: I am 71 years old and o try to join lots of the senior workouts. They are great! Staff is super friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the equipment! They are concerned with your health in more ways than one!
Paula Drake: The best gym I have ever been to.
Liza Cason: What's not to love? ... its not just a gym where everybody does their own thing - its a community of friendly people who always motivate, help each other but people take an interest in each other's lives... regarding the club? - the trainers are great, there's a wide variety of classes and staff is not only very helpful but quickly resolves any issues... come by & check it out, you will love the atmosphere and definitely want to join!
jasmine mahotiere: Best gym by far ! I truly never saw results until I joined SLS. From the educational aspects, classes for all fitness levels and experienced coaches, this gym has me a customer for life !
Roberta Dowling: Award winning for a reason. The staff truly cares about you and your fitness goals. This space is special and there is a true community feel from the trainers and from other members as well. Classes are excellent, or come in and do your own workout whenever you want. Everyone has 30 minutes to invest in themselves and this is the gym to do it in.!! Hope to see you in class!
Jasmine Clark: SLS is a business that you can trust! I’ve been going to the gym for about 8 years now, and the management and coaches are amazing and care about their clients. I learned especially during the past two years with the pandemic, that SLS does everything in its power to keep its staff and clients safe and well. I can’t say enough positive things about this gym and encourage anyone interested to check them out.
Melissa Lanza: Being a member at SLS has changed my whole outlook on fitness and nutrition and even how to breathe to relax the nervous system. The coaches and staff are awesome and well versed in all areas. They are patient and help modify all the moves so that everyone can feel comfortable and be successful. I love to take a weekday class regularly on my lunch hour as I work less than 10 minutes away. I will never take a job that is too far from SLS! Also they have great sauna packages to detoxify and aid in recovery after a workout. There are lots of great instructional events and programs as well as private training sessions that have been beneficial. Love this place!
Diana Brazil: Best Gym in Massachusetts! Trainers keep you motivated and accountable. They always check in on you to make sure your ok!
Kyle Dumont: This gym is unlike any facility you've ever gone to. From class-based strength and boxing classes to open gym, there is something for everyone at SLS. The coaches and the member community are top-notch. I have been a member for just over a year and it has changed my life.
Michele Horn: I moved to the area in 2020 and had been searching for a gym to call home. After two brief memberships elsewhere I decided to give SLS Fitness a try. As soon as I walked in I knew it was what I had been looking for. Everyone is so nice and welcoming (shoutout to Billy!) and it has everything I need. The 30 minute classes are perfect for my hectic schedule and if I can't make a class I know I can pop in and use the open gym. They also offer a variety of class types so that you'll never get bored.
Tammy Quintal: Best gym ever! I have been a member for over 8 years and never want to leave. The trainers, facility, classes, equipment are all fantastic. What really keeps me coming back is the community! I have never been to gym that was such a supportive and fun environment. The trainers get to know you, the other members are friendly, and there is always something going on a fundraiser, a special class, a seminar, etc. It truly makes going to the gym an enjoyable experience!
THERESA HORAN: I have been at SLS for a few years now. I love the friendly and encouraging atmosphere! The coaches are so knowledgeable and helpful. The variety of classes ensures that you never get bored with your workouts. I highly recommend SLS.
Natalie Uribe: From the environment, to the coaches and the great variety of classes what more could you ask for? SLS is not just a gym, it's a great community, coaches know your name and support as well as guide you through a workout to make sure you get the best out of each class. I was never one to go to the gym regularly but now I look forward to each week. Thank you SLS for all you do!
Amber Kovach: SLS Fitness has so much to offer everyone. Most classes are 30 minutes so I can fit it into my busy schedule. The classes are challenging and the coaches are all great at offering modifications when needed. The members are welcoming and supportive and I never feel intimidated even when I'm in a class of people who are further along on their fitness journey than I am. My personal training sessions with Coach Donny have truly been a game changer. I would suggest SLS to anyone whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
Elizabeth Mailhot: SLS has an extremely friendly staff, and classes for all fitness levels!
Kevin Brunelle: I have been a member of SLS for the past 7 months after being recruited by a coworker. Switching from one gym to SLS was the best decision I have made. SLS is a family atmosphere where each coach gets to know you personally and ends up feeling like part of your own family. Not only are the coaches invested in your weight loss or healthy life changes but the fellow gym members get to know you as well and help each other out. The staff at SLS are all amazing and super helpful if you don't know where to start at the gym. I highly recommend SLS fitness to anyone looking for a gym to start getting healthy or just wanting to build some muscle tone.
Bryan Brunelle: I have never been one to go to the gym as I never knew what I was doing and always felt like people were looking and judging me. That is until I was introduced to SLS Fitness. SLS Fitness has built up my confidence in so many different ways! I am happy to say I am down 30 pounds and that’s all from the support of fellow friends and coaches, the amazing classes and the friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for a gym that actually cares about you and your fitness goals don’t hesitate and come join SLE Fitness.
Jen Whitson: I joined SLS about 3 months ago because I was bored with my old routine. The variety of classes at SLS means I always have options. The staff have all been super welcoming and know their stuff. If you’re looking for a place to workout that doesn’t have the big gym feel this is it.
Lynn Hansen: Hands down best gym ever! Phenomenal trainers and staff. Inviting environment. I’ve been a member for 8 years and I love it! Check it out, you won’t regret it.
Ryan: Nothing but great things to say about SLS Fitness. The culture of this place is what keeps me coming back.I work in sales where my hours are very long and unpredictable and it's often hard for me to go there consistently. Every time my wife goes in without me, she always comes home telling me that the staff was asking about me. It's this kind of personalized attention that you don't get at the big gym franchises. It's not overly crowed and I really enjoy groupy atmosphere. You can tell everyone is there for the same reason and you have unlimited support if you need it. If your looking to take your workouts to the next level, I HIGHLY recommend looking into PT (personal training) with any of their coaches. I've personally seen huge progress since I started it 2 years ago

Choice Fitness, Lowell MA: what do users think?
robert anders: Good gym. There's enough bars, machines and weight even at peak times. The staff is chill and play their own mixes. I wish you could use chalk here but I get it. It's not a powerlifting gym but imma give it a 5
Ananias Mancia: They sock the they are irresponsible
Berklee Marx: Whatever “big tough guy” working here on 1/29/23 needs to chill out and cut it with the power trip they are on. Super unprofessional and flat out rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to absolutely anybody. So many other gyms that actually have employees that care about peoples well being. Hope they are ashamed of themselves truly!
Evan Edelstein: Great place to work out at...better then planet fitness
Norman Franks: Doesn't even deserve one star.
Vanessa Demos: I love this gym I been coming since 2020 😆😍🏋️‍♀️💪
Анастасия Захарченко: Супер! Получили бесплатный пропуск в этот клуб на 14 дней
Sadiki Fataki: Great place to get a membership, clean and not as much people, so it's not a problem getting to use any machine you want
TheGain Life89: This is a great gym I won’t lie but I get tired and annoyed to keep waking up early to be sitting outside the gym for 45 minutes to an hour because the employees never shows up on time. This gym needs more responsable workers
Tim Hall: Needs a general manager who’s actually there or a new policy that allows members to cancel when he’s not which is most of the time. Instead you spend 6 months to a year trying to get in touch with him while still being billed. Time to retire for a fresh younger manager who can keep up aka Steve.
Kendrick Haley: I came here July 12 and they charged me 60$ for one month I didn't have a credit card for the 35$ a month plan but that still doesn't make sense 60$ for one month just because I didn't have a credit card but paying with cash when I was telling the people who goes to the gym they was like what you paid 60$ for one month you got cheated out of your money smh plus they show favoritism towards other people some don't have to pay at all just go right through and work out!!
Alana Nardino: If you want to assault enroll in this place. When you try to cancel they never give you an option. I requested to cancel and they continued charge me. The employers is terrible, the place is terrible. Don’t make this mistake
Juh Scott: Amazing how a gym doesn't have a working water fountain. Thank you so customers buy gym water
Megan: My favorite gym. The atmosphere is always welcoming.
dennis sagwitz: I work out at night. The night staff is good, moreover this is like an old school gym. Almost old school. Machines, devices, weights. No time for sissy complaints, like you're making too much noise. You go there to work out. And you can get a shake, whereas planet fitness you cant. PF has 4 smith machines, 2 are closed due to COVID. Choice has FOUR squat racks and EIGHT different Pectoral benches. That's just the first difference. You can build actual muscle here, and the supplement store has someone who knows the science of muscle building. That's the whole damn point. Sorry, no flowers in the bathroom...
Yasmany Poll: Buen Gimnasio 🏋️‍♀️ y muy buen trato!
mariely Cabral Fernández (Ely): Multiple issues trying to cancel my membership. I drove 1 hr 42 minutes to speak with the front desk to notify I not longer live in Lowell. It has been two months and I am still being charged. Now I have to go to the post office to mail out prove the I moved because they don’t have secured email system in placed
Sebastian Shaw: Oh look.....a gym that allows its members to use equipment when there isnt a group fitness class in session. Imagine that. This gym (choice fitness) falls short of expectations and if you are reading this.....you have better choices. Owner operates on 1 brain cell and doesnt seem to grasp the concept of granting members access to rooms that are NOT being used actively for group fitness classes. When you fail prospective members right from go, you can count me out. Keep the $150 i paid and you refused to refund (regardless of masshole law) because of your poor understanding of "class is not in session", then doubling down or not even considering providing 1 single spin cycle for those of us who prefer to our cardio that way. You are the owner. You could have accomodated my simple request rather than replying like massachusetts runs your facility, or having a lame excuse to lock doors and not allow members to use room because its a group fitness room. You could spend that $150 i paid for a membership that i will never check in for, to buy a used spin cycle for any member to use On The Floor! Yes people, it was that simple of a request and this guy proved he doesnt really care about your fitness goals...just the money. Think thrice before joining here.Have a nice dayNow, back to my ride 😘🖕🏼
William H Mondesir: Nice
crvdude crossover: 1 week into membership and still unused (after 1 free week, unused. keep reading). Paid 3 months up ($150) front when what seemed like a simple request, was going to be granted (for my morning workout). Here we are 2 weeks later and still no workout or even a single check in at the gym. Got a tshirt, but no sense in keeping more laundry to do. I dont keep bad memories. I made the "choice" to pick their facility because it was closest and had the equipment I need for my workouts, but it seems it was the wrong choice at this point. For prospective members reading this, YOU have other Choices.Update...5/27/22...called to see if they had put a spin bike out on the floor to use and still no bike. Such a small request and they ignore, disregard and no communication to date other than wishy washy replies with no commitment. Seeing reviews from other members who have tried to get a refund and how unsuccessful it was, is sad and poor customer service. If i have to get the local news company involved to come make a presence, that will at least keep some would be business from them. Since i cant expect a simple request to be granted, how can i expect a refund, right.
Eve D'Agosto: Love this gym! Great people work there and I always feel welcome. The group fitness program is fantastic.

Best Fitness Lowell: what do users think?
Vathanak Sokun: good job, a safe environment to kids and adults would definetly recommend :)
Molly Kennedy: Awesome gym! They have everything you need for a great workout! And the staff is super helpful and friendly!!!
felix ramos: Jonathan and Sara appreciate you guys for a free day workout !!!
Kay Bee: There is always a male worker inside the woman’s locker room. He is always taking out the trash which is never full. Women and children were showering every single time.Edit: I have been scared to notify staff after witnessing the incident where the nice young lady got escorted by police for reporting a similar situation. The male manager lied about being "corporate" to intimidate her. The officer was not listening to her claim of events, only siding with the manager. There were other witnesses, but we didn't want to get escorted out by police as well. I have since been working out elsewhere.
Crab Cakes: A lot of pervs and thugs at this location. Not very safe. Limit your training if you decide to workout here. Always smells like pot.
Colleen Peters: The workers are so friendly and are willing to help you out no matter what! the people there too are super nice and it seems like a good community to be around. the equipment is really nice and easy to find too! I had such a great time my first workout and cant wait to go back
Brandon Dul: Jonathan Bolanos is the best there always have a good little convo with him very nice guy
Mike: Great place

Danielle Strauss: Great gym and friendly staff!
Emily Taber-Moore: We were visiting from out of town and had a great experience. This location is newly renovated with a variety of equipment and plenty of cardio machines. We will definitely be back!
Dee Nimoh: Definitely wasn’t the place for me! 😒.apparently you can’t cancel your membership when you are out of state… I was having issues with something personal so I couldn’t afford to work…I called in while in new York to have it canceled and prioritize the issue I had at hand and the lady who picked up told me how much I’d have to pay to cancel ,so when I said okay, she said I had to be there physically 🤦🏽‍♀️Tried explaining I can’t make it but 🤷🏽‍♀️genuinely I couldn’t keep up with payments as I took care of my problem.. fast forward I’m in collection 😒 But that’s just life not everything’s meant to work in your favor! No hard feelings I just wouldn’t recommend it on my end. ✌️
Jay Samson: Clean gym, great staff. See you guys again!
Ratha GRey: Love this place! Jonny was really nice and help me a lot!!!
Nikita Fourie: Best gym I’ve been to since being in the US! Friendly staff and members! Very supportive and helpful people

Spindell Barbell Club: what do users think?
mitchell fleming: What a great gym!
Dave: Great and easy place to drop in. Good array of equipment for powerlifting, bumper plates for weightlifting, and strong man equipment.Definitely recommend!
Matt Fortin: Excellent community. Will return if I ever move back to the Lowell area.
Joe Kelley: Loved working out here was always able to do what I needed to do there is plenty of equipment and a great atmosphere.
Larry Hinson: I was new to the area and found Spindell’s and I was instantly welcomed. They have a great variety of equipment that meets all your powerlifting strongman and functional fitness needs. This gym is truly a community and everyone is so supportive regardless of long or short you’ve been training.
UKnoLoper: Great place to train, just flew in from out of state and was able to get everything I needed done!
Mark Sayer: I needed a place to do strongman training as I was passing through town and this was a great option. Good communication with the owner, great environment with tons of gear.
Christian Chau: Great facility! Loved the atmosphere, and the fact that members could workout at anytime (day or night) was what caused me to join. Nothing feels better than having the gym to yourself, or even just you and your friends.
Sean Duggan: Great place to train. Well maintained equipment, good community, and awesome variety of implements for several types of training.
Meghan Coughlin: I've only just started at Spindell, but I am giving 5 stars. Welcoming, professional, very cool space.
gregory calandra: Positive:Professionalism,QualityGreat gym, equipment and 24 hours! Good atmosphere, especially if you like strongman and powerlifting. Highly recommend!
tyler s (Unknownuniverse): Positive:QualityExcellent strongman/powerlifting/Olympic lifting gym. Welcoming environment for all skill levels. LOTS of strongman equipment and the most squat racks I've seen in one place. Easily the best gym I've been to.
Shing Dos santos: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Constantine Thomas: Truly, the very "BEST" barbell club /gym I've ever been to.. the environment, the equipment is state of the art and the most down to earth highly knowledgeable and encouraging people. 💯💪
Joseph Walsh: Good gym. Not your typical PF or BF. Real gym for real results. Owner is friendly, informative, and helpful. ended up not joining due to medical reasons. Wish I could have.
Darrin Zumbaum: I was in Westford, MA this past week for a training class for work. I didn't want to not train for the week, so I searched the web for a gym closest to my hotel because the local LA Fitness gyms were not close enough as far as I was concerned.SBC came up in the area by my hotel, so I figured I'd check it out after class/work Monday evening. I had discussed over email with Bobby paying for a week, and his cost for the week was acceptable.I thoroughly enjoyed my week at SBC. Bobby and his staff are sincere, genuine and extremely friendly, including the dogs! When work takes me to Westford, I'll spend my week training at SBC!Thanks Bobby!
Dorothy C: Best fitness experience I've ever had. Bobby is an amazing trainer. There are great people that attend that gym as well. I've never been this strong in my entire life; highly recommend!
Daniel “FancyPantsDan” Ehramjian: Bobby offers a great location for Strongmen, powerlifters, and weightlifters alike. DM Bobby first before just showing up!
Chris Davis: Excellent gym for strength and cross training. Bobby is an incredibly approachable guy, if you're looking for strength training definitely check this gym out.
Daniel Perkins: When I moved to the area I was looking for a new non-commercial gym. I was looking for a place with a culture of getting better and the equipment with which to make it happen. Shortly after moving to the area I walked into the SBC and was greeted by the owner Bobby. Before discussing prices or anything of the such he gave me a walking tour of the facilities and asked me questions about myself and what I hope to achieve. His interest in his clients and members is genuine. He also does personal training sessions and you can tell from the man's physique he knows what he's talking about. So listen up. The facilities are perfect for improving yourself in anyway you see fit. Here you will NEVER have to wait for a squat rack haha. The gym's equipment definitely caters to the strongman/powerlifting/Olympic lifting crowd but it's not at all intimidating. Bobby has instilled a culture of family and respect. It's a very close community that you will be accepted into almost immediately. Even if I don't know the person someone is always ready and willing to give me a spot or give me some advice. There is also an on site Physical Therapist/Trainer named Brett. After dislocating my shoulder I wanted to get back into lifting heavy so I had a consultation with Brett. He set me down and went over my medical history, went through an examination of range of motion and strength. Then he proceeded to show me exercises to ease back into the lifting world and make sure I don't risk reinjury. It's been a year since the injury and so far so good. Brett also does training seminars and has a YouTube channel you should subscribe to. Also occasionally Bobby/Brett will bring in there dogs. Deadlifts & dogs? Can you ask for anything better? There is no other gym I would rather train at than SBC. It simply has the best equipment, community and personnel.

Campus Recreation Center: what do users think?
Prathamesh Deshpande: My go to place to dance, exercise and play different sports.
Md. Akiful Haque: This place is full of fun!!!
Michelle Labatte: Nice facilty but way to small for the sporting event we were there for. No seating for observers. Food ran out.
Steve M: Easy a convenient parking. This location does not have any seating for spectators. The over head track gives a great view but know seating.
Ahmad ibn Adisa: Lots of fitness equipments! Good management culture. Friendly staff!
Nikki: I love this gym but they frequently have shut downs for updates and the basketball gyms are packed every afternoon.
Saleh Ahmat: Love the place ❤
Freidrichm: Great fitness center. Plenty of equipment and space to workout . They even have a sauna.
Ryan Edwards: Racquetball litty
priyanka biswas: Perfect
Alexander Romano: Good clean facility
tabu corks: Great place for work out
Aditya Gundawar: The most extensive equipment I've seen in a gym.
ryan lyford: The staff is extremely rude. Don't host sporting events if you are not capable of being curteous to the public.. very un-professional and not accomodating in any manor.
Samuel Ma: The workers are so lazy. They shut off the lights on Friday night at 9:29 PM when it closes at 10. Now I have to play pool in the dark. Hire people who aren't so lazy, thanks:)
Munaji Khan: I just joined for daily walks on their track. It's a great facility, neat and clean. I enjoy my 40 minute walks. Best place for daily walks in winter.
R P: Good but I remember in 2009 it used be way more or6and cleaner
Wang Eastbrook: Best basketball courts and lifting gym in Lowell.Update. September 1, 2019There are only two things that annoys me after coming here for many years now. The admins always schedule “events” not basketball related on the basketball courts. You won’t be able to play basketball on a regular basis. There are at least 2 events that will take up the entire basketball court through the week. Ex. Orientation, seminars, or graduations.Parking in the back of the building is usually great because it’s gated but signs are not enforced. There is designated parking but all staff or guest will park in members limited spots. You will be able to tell because members have parking passes and security will ticket your car if you don’t display the pass properly. Yet security will allow any none members to park in designated spots.
Leo Udeji: Very nice gym.Mostly used by UMASS Lowell Students
Dhaval Makwana: Huge place, well maintained, lovely atmosphere
Kelly Michael Skelton: Excellent and lively facility. UML has a lot to offer the community. I frequently use their sauna, weight room and indoor track!

Aaron Petruccelli: You're coming here to learn the sweet science. This is a no frills fight gym with occasional heat in the winter and sometimes a fan in the summer.

Become Fitness - Methuen: what do users think?
Jairon Collado: 💪
Marlene Miller: The instructors use microphones - making the instruction in class so clear to hear. They are always quick to help with adjustments and modifications.
Michael Loebelenz: The Haus is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. The facility itself has everything you need to hit your goals. Whether you're improving your general fitness or training to compete as a high level athlete, they have it all! What really takes it that step further is the specialization aspect. Each trainer has a unique focus and niche, whether that's football, basketball, soccer, group training, general fitness, or bodybuilding/nutrition. You'll know right away that you're working with the best person to hit your individual goals. As soon as you walk through those doors you know that you're a part of something bigger. The Haus is not just a gym, it's a community that pushes you to become the best version of yourself.
Melissa Payson: I always joke and say I'm going to build bunk beds in the back for my boys as they live there practically. This place is our second home and what every kid needs for a positive upbeat atmosphere. I can't say enough good about all the staff and how coach B goes way above and beyond. Love our second home and family
Evan Barnett: I visit this gym every time I travel to the area for work. I always feel welcome by Steve and the other staff. Always very clean and motivating environment.
Carlton Aycock: Great rates, not crowded, and good equipment.
shin's koala: i've been in many gyms my entire life, but this one is the one i've always been looking for. it's kind of special to me to be the place where i completely transformed my health. on my hardest days this place picked me up and kept me going. great staff and trainers and any piece of equipment you need. very spacious and a beautiful view of the river while doing cardio. this gym is special.
steve dehate: I signed up for and completed the 6 week challenge, I reached all the requirements to get my money back. I was going to continue with phase 2 after talking with the trainer, I spoke with them three times and they never gave me the cost to continue . After a month of this I went in to ask for my money back for passing the 6 week challenge and they said they do not give your money back , even though it is advertised as such. Don’t go here!
Daniel Hyde: It's a scam, just don't bother with them. All kinds of sketchy fees.
NoFate247: Become Fitness is an extremely clean, large gym located on route 110, 1 min from exit 46 on Interstate 93. Everything you could want in a gym, plenty of new cardio equipment, HD TVs, free weights, tons of machines, and squat/deadlift platforms. Dumbbells go up to 120s) They even have a side section for OCR/Functional training (heavy bag, rope climb, sled pushes tire flips, etc.). They have a number of group and 1 on 1 training sessions (which I can't speak towards). They also do youth programs as well. Nice natural lighting thanks to their windows and skylight. I originally joined for there early AM hours and my expectations have certainly been exceeded. The few photos I snapped don't do its size justice.
Kristen Pascucci: I am not a member but when I do join a gym, it will be this one. I went once as a guest and it was a great experience. I made an error and Mandy was the most accommodating to me and worked with me to give me the most she could. I am appreciative and I look forward to joining in the future.
Aaron Rosario: Please read this review before you decide to join this gym. Twice I've been disrespected and yelled at by the employees at this gym, but this recent experience was the final straw. I've referred countless of friends to this facility and during the most recent referral I was told by the manager named “Mandy” that I was not going to get charged a monthly membership fee for 6 months if my friend signs up to that gym but when I checked my bank account statements in June and July I see that they are still charging me fees. So when I went back to the gym for a workout the next day I informed the two women that were working on the front desk about this issue, they told me they would leave a note for the manager to call me when she gets back to work. The manager calls me the next day and I told her how she told me that I would get 6 months off after referring my friend that day. She said no that's a lie and that they were only going to wave a certain percentage off of my monthly fee. I then told her why she would tell me I would get 6 months off the moment my friend was signing up for that gym? She then proceeded to call me a liar so I hung up the phone on her appalled by what just happened, she then proceeds to call my phone again. I didn't want to talk to her anymore after the disrespect, so I ignored the calls but she kept blowing up my phone with calls until I got tired of the harassment So i finally answered the phone and asked her what does she want and she goes on to tell me how she heard that I called her names too vile and explicit to even write on here but I digress. I asked her "who told you this?" She then told me "it was a member from the gym that told me" To what I reply with "if that's your way of defending yourself after calling one of your loyal customers of 2 years a straight up liar then that's really low" she then threatened to cancel my membership, letting me know how she terminated a past customers membership for no valid reason at all. I then told her to go ahead and please cancel my membership and I also said and quote "I don't want you or your gym taking a single dollar from me anymore." She proceeds to keep saying none-sense over the phone so I just hung up sick of the immaturity and disrespect I just received. Just goes to show how certain businesses just see their customers as nothing more than walking dollar signs. Mind you I've supported and brought countless of friends over to this gym and this is the thanks I get. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding I will never step foot in that place again and neither should you.
Sarah Toribio: I did the 6 week challenge!! Would definitely recommend. They push you there.
Sara Oriach: I did the 6 week challenge and managed to lose over ten pounds. Very satisfied.
Becky McGarry: As a self-proclaimed 'big girl' I've always hesitated to go into the gym. "Why would a fat girl go to a gym? To be stared at? Oh, hell, no! That's not for me!" Well, at Become Fitness it's not like that at all! Everyone I've encountered is helpful, kind, and not judgmental at all. I'm glad I made the plunge! I'd recommend the classes, they're so much fun! There are so many to choose from, too. I, personally, really enjoy the Chisel Strength class. Don't be shy, I'm glad I wasn't!
Nicole Moore: I have loved being a member of Become Fitness. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable and available to answer questions. There is a variety of classes that keep you moving and focus on different types of strengthening and conditioning. I highly recommend Become Fitness!
coastal customs: Awesome experience, very clean and friendly environment, made me want to continue coming!
Christian Fredrik Kalager Schaller: This is a review of the Westford location. Well equiped gym and friendly staff. Nice central location in Westford. Especially their fitness boxing classes are high energy and a joy to do.
Theresa Zahoruiko: Very Happy with my six week challenge and now phase II. My coach Diane is the best, keeps me focused and confident. If you are ready to make a change Become Fitness will definitely help you.
Karen Crowley: The westford location has amazing trainers and great classes! I love the cardio and strength boxing classes with Kevin the most!
Rizza Navales: Six weeks ago I saw an ad on my IG feed; curious & contemplated whether to join or not. I was at my heaviest, hopeless, lethargic and not motivated whatsoever. During that time my baby was just 4months old. My husband talked me into joining the challenge in hope to somewhat get me motivated with LIFE itself. I’m proud and glad that I decided to join the challenge. I feel incredibly amazing 💪🏼! 6weeks challenge was well worth it!Become Fitness is definitely the place to be to get back in shape. The classes are well put together; trainers and staff are always helpful to push you to do your very best! Whether it’s the GYM or the CHALLENGE, I highly recommend Become Fitness is THA PLACE TO BE!
