zee Nai: Came here to shop during the pandemic. They didn't let us try anything on. Not even a sweater over my clothes. What's next I cant touch them? I went to Hollister and the staff let us try things in the fitting rooms. And all the things we tried was kept in separate bin for disinfection. We ended up buying a lot of things from there. Need to fix in store procedures to keep people coming back and spending their money. I won't be surprised if this store will close soon.

Brenda Molloy: Friendly staff but the racks are a mess. Clothes are all over the floor nothing is consistently put back on the same rack with like items. It's really hard to shop and find anything when the store is such a mess.

Niko: Cashier politely says “hi how are you” to certain customers and says absolutely nothing to others. Also, acts like he’s super annoyed by rushing to scan items, tossing things around, and mumbling.

Brandan Jordan: I left the store because they don't have sizes on the tags of the blazers and pants it's all random numbers like one men's pants just had a 72 on it for size I have never seen that before in America but I went to gap and got my size 30w32l will not return to H&M stores until they have US sizing it's also Super disorganized and the set up of makes no sense whatsoever it was very stressful shopping experience

Rocephin W: One of the few stores with small size clothing for skinny people. Suitable for those with BMI ~16-23. Although the size chart have gotten bigger in the past few years, the price mostly stayed the same.This specific store is rather small. It does not carry many selections (no men’s tie, but LOTS of socks).The staff was patient with me. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.Many clothings on the shelf were not well organized. I understand that it’s hard to maintain in a busy location.

Me Too: I bought a $4.99 dress that had the wrong tag on it. Apparently, someone had made a tag for $14.99. They didn’t even get the size right on the tag! I called the store on my way home and they said that I have to come back in for them to fix it for “safety” reasons. I have the H&M membership that I used to make the purchase. I have the receipt number. They have video. So why do I have to waste gas going back during a pandemic to get THEIR mistake fixed? Not happy.

Saunter Walsh: What an awful mess! Had to step over piles of cloths, racks of twisted and stuffed in merchandise. I ended up leaving and spending my money at The GAP and Uniqlo. I did see workers trying to pick up but the amount of merchandise that is stuffed in that store is overwhelming. H&M should be out of business the way they run that store.
hannah: I understand being understaffed.. I understand being tired at work, but this was horrendous. the store was filthy. There was no organization whatsoever and there were piles of clothes cluttering the aisles, there really is no excuse for this and I don’t understand how any manager could let it get this bad. The whole crew needs an intervention ASAP!

Sam D: I am not sure if due to a staffing issue or what but the store was incredibly disorganized. It wasn't very busy as I went on a Wednesday afternoon, but there were heaps of clothes on the floor, clothes off hangers, and everything was misplaced. Huge turnoff and un-shoppable.
