Fan Peng: Worst contractor I have been worked with. Hired David to redo my siding and gutter. Asked me to pay off the balance before finish the whole project, then keeps postpone it using different reasons(COVID, cancer treatment, weather). My siding is left unfinished in a winter storm, also I'm living without gutter for almost a year. Communication is extremly poor, pause the project without any head up for most of the time, and won't give you any update for the pause until you ping him. Job started at June 2021 and stopped at December, now it’s Aug 2022.Don't hire David, especially for large projects, small job might be okay. If you are working with David now, keep in mind don't payoff the balance before the job done. Don't be as naive as me, He earned my trust through small projects so I didn't went through the formal paper work with him for this project. Don't believe any promise from his mouth, make sure to sign a formal contract in case you need to file complaint when you running into similar situation.I'm not able to understand why David keeps postpone the project:- Some tools still left at my backyard, looks like he's still willing to finish the project.- Telling me got sickness(covid then cancer) and having difficulty to finish the job, while still post photos for other new projects in his FB account.- Give him the proposal to abort my project and issue a refund to me. But been refused and said he'll finish it.- The photo of my project is still on his website, looks like he's still serious, or even proud of it?- Siding has almost finished, the leftover might takes 2 or 3 days. Gutter replacement should be an easy one, one or two weeks. But still choose to not finish that tiny amount of work.Service:Remodeling

He worked on a variety of projects - repaired and replaced rotten wood and roofing on portico, replaced cedar shingles, removed carpenter ants and a yellow jacket nest, repaired rotten trim boards by garage, replaced a spotlight and power washed stone steps. The work was done quickly with Dave providing updates along the way. I highly recommend Pratt Home Services.

He snow blows our walkway and clears our gutters, without ever needing a reminder. He has worked for many of our neighbors, each of whom is equally thrilled with his work. Trust him, he's good.
Sara McGlinchey: Dave has done projects for me large (attic insulation and new roof) and small (re-routing downspouts) over the past several years. He is busy; but if he says he will get to you, he does. I love that he always does more than expected: alerting me to other possible problems. He has a pleasant young helper, and they respect the property, leaving everything tidy. Highly recommended!

He has done our roof (to perfection!), painted our home (to perfection!), was right there when the ice dams of '15 hit (thank goodness!), cleans our gutters, shovels our snow, and has helped us with countless other jobs (e.g., rodent proofing basement; repairing where creatures have created holes in house siding, etc). Dave is one of the hardest working guys I know and is a real craftsman. He takes such pride in his work, and if we haven't mentioned, his work is to perfection. He cares about your home like it is his own.

I can't keep track any more of all the work he has done for my house, from gutter cleaning and installing gutter guards to replacing the roof and trim to repairing and refinishing the deck to replacing and painting the the wooden exterior of the house to sealing the chimney to snow removal to helping with ice dams to dealing with chipmunks and other irritants who decided to use downspouts and the ridge vent for winter storage. He is prompt, courteous, and takes great pride in his work-- he will stay with the project until you (and he) are totally satisfied with it. He will not overcharge you. I trust Dave completely and would recommend him to anyone.
saiyuri k: About 2 months ago we had a really bad few days of rain so I called everyone to repair my small leak in my roof and everyone wanted to charge me for a whole roof which was like 14,000 no thanks...so I started calling handyman's instead and Pratt was the only one willing to take a look.But he didn't he was suppose to come over 3 weekends ago and never showed then 2 weekends agonever showed and last weekend never showed.this man is a joke don't hire him.....you will regret waisting your time even calling him.
IAmber Sullivan: Great quality work ,very professional,came on time(which us women love)very small personable crew I met him and his employee a nice man ,I asked him why he kept his company small (i went with this particular co..do to hearing such fantastic reviews everywhere about them)I like and thought a lot about his answer when he left and this is why I felt I had to write the post " I LOVE MY WORK BECAUSE I DON'T ONLY CONSIDERATE A JOB ,THESE HOUSES ARE MY ART MY MASTER PIECES AND MY CLIENTS ARE NOT ONLY CLIENTS THEY ARE MY FAMILY SO I VALUE ,CARE AND PUT 100% INTO all MY WORK. IF I KEEP A SMALL BASICALLY ME OR ME AND One GUY I KNOW IT BY MY WORK GETS DONE RIGHT..AND I know THE people who don't hire me...im usually fixing there mistakes in 5 years"..and he was totally serious ...i totally related and understood that ..what a reat guy , did work in timely manner ,cleaned all trash up didn't leave a roofing nail..quote was right on, he was honest where he needed to be when he came across extras...and they came looking very professional..Also liked that....thank you PRATT HOME SERVICES....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. Peezo Weezo: Wanda and family attention to detail is OUTSTANDING!!! They are amazing! I cant praise enough the cleaning it is fabulous. She is detailed in her work and put the attention and time into doing it right! She even goes beyond the cleaning and offers to do more. I just adore her and her family. She is kind and very sweet with my infant son. I just found out the Husband helps and is a handyman - ONE STOP SHOP and worth every penny!!!!
