Jeremy Lanza: Recently I set up an event at UMass Lowell for our music school for the option to get custom molded ear plugs; a great item for regularly playing musicians or concert goers. With nearly two dozen pairs of molds to get through, the audiologist worked quickly and efficiently. We had done this same event a couple years ago and were satisfied with the results, and I can comfortably say that we were satisfied this time around as well. I would definitely recommend Audio Hearing Center to friends and family.

Meredith Berube: Have been a customer for 17+ years. Was always very satisfied with the service, up until recently. Ownership changed hands and most staff was replaced. The new audiologist running it does not put the same care into the practice as the previous one, which was very evident from my first appointment with them. Took days to get in touch with them and to get a call back, they couldn't be bothered to look at my file ahead of time, had to google the current technology offered for a certain style of hearing aid, and recently improperly placed an order with my name spelled wrong and the wrong product ordered, which is resulting in not being able to wear one of my hearing aids for several weeks now. Sad to say that this place no longer has my respect or my business.

After a brief wait, Ron Urnetta was able to check out my wife's hearing aid and within 10 minutes repaired it at no charge. That's the type of business I highly recommend.Thank you, Ron

John Mullen: I called the Beltone office and explained my problem to Diana. My issue was that although my aids were working there was no amplification. I assumed that my ear was blocked with wax. This was complicated bythe fact that my wife and I were flying to California the next day. She told me that they would squeeze me in. I went and Ryan McKallagat took me in and with his expert examination found that my problem was not ear wax but blocked microphones. He cleaned the microphones as well as my ears. The amazing thing was that this was a busy Friday afternoon!! I cannot be more appreciative of these two Beltone professionals, they saved the day.

Heather Chiros: I’ve been coming to Beltone for several years and it’s been a wonderful experience. I got my pair of hearing aids here, and the doctor was so helpful in helping me adapt. I love that my hearing aids can connect to my phone, making calls easier. The adjustable settings are great, as I can change the volume and background noise filtering as needed. It’s great being able to hear conversations better.

Chrystal at the front-desk is efficient and follows-up with anything that pops up. Also the Chelmsford Beltone staff is friendly, patient and caring.

Joan L: First and foremost I was pleased with Wendy, however, I am very displeased with the hearing aids. I've worn hearing aids for about 8 years, and had no issue. This pair has been nothing but painful, poor fit, and much thicker than my last pair. I wear glasses, and the aids are very uncomfortable and won't stay in place, no matter how many times I've been back to get them adjusted. I find the wires are not as flexible as my older ones, and many times have had to remove them due to the discomfort they cause. I'm at the point, where one day I will wear the left one, and other day the right. Unfortunately, I can't afford another pair, so I'm stuck with these, but not happy.

Brendan Walsh: I want to follow up from my previous review. I have been now wearing the new hearing aids that I got from Discount Hearing Aids for 6 months. I went in for a follow up exam and the staff there as always went above and beyond to make sure my experience went flawlessly.
