niecha Jahni smith-walker: I’ve been calling this office since the 9th of January and still have not gotten an appointment and tried booking online and you guys DO NOT PROVIDE ABORTIONS at your location so you should probably take that off your website since it’s false and I would have to go to another facility for it. Do better.

Emily Hall: Updated my info @ the time I made my appointment on Nov 7 (including phone number). Just arrived to my scheduled routine appointment and was refused service because they text a phone # of mine from 12 years ago and whoever has that # now canceled my appointment. All via text. Denise the supervisor (super helpful) had to step in because the front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. I feel totally unwelcome now because of a mistake they made. I've been waiting an hour already for my 9am appointment.

C C: It's easy to make an appointment through their website. However the staff was unorganized and the nurse practitioner didn't seem helpful. When I expressed my concerns on the changes of my body that some medical professional websites (e.g. CDC, NIH), I was just told that my body is not the same as 5 years ago.

Abbey Tamburello: I was referred by my doctor to get an IUD at Women’s Healthcare. Not ever visiting an obgyn before (because my general doctor does basic obgyn procedures), I looked them up and noticed they didn’t have the best reviews. I’m a huge proponent for everyone having their own experiences. However, knowing I’d be going in to get what some called “a horrible” procedure, I didn’t want to chance going somewhere where a common review was judgmental staff. Instead, I went to this place that my friend recommended- liking what I saw from the reviews as well. Wow was I impressed! I don’t get very uncomfortable in these types of situations. However, I could see how if you were someone that did, this would be the place for you. The staff made me feel comfortable- they were professional but very laid back. If you needed to get something done privately, I could see how this would be a great place. The office is small and quaint kind of hidden in the lower-level entrance of the building it’s in. It’s a small waiting area where only- at the time- two people were allowed in (COVID) and wasn’t open for anyone to walk in. Never being a patient before, I felt the staff asked relative questions but didn’t bore me with unnecessary questions or information. They asked me if I had questions and told me things I needed to know about my procedure/how it would feels/aftercare but I told them I did my research so I didn’t get any long spiels of information I already knew. I was warned of possible negative side affects of this IUD and was offered other kinds as alternative options but once I told them exactly what I wanted I didn’t feel pushed to change my mind. I think it’s also important to note that the staff openly displays acceptance of lgbtq+. Could not recommend enough.

Tara Malow: I hadn’t seen Lauren in long time but she remembered me like it was just yesterday. She’s kind, warm, compassionate and a clearly caring professional. She makes the patient feel safe and cared for. She never rushes, answers questions thoroughly and even laughs at my jokes (this seems silly but a doctor who can laugh with me means I’m set at ease if i’m in a difficult or scary situation!) . I couldn’t ask for better. Everyone at HealthQ from phone staff to desk staff to the practitioners are wonderful. Always a good experience from start to finish.

It would be nice to be able to go in on my days off but the place isn’t open durning those days..... The Staff are amazing it’s just the one star is the office hours.

B C: If you haven’t found the right clinic for yourself, I recommend checking out the Haverhill HQ’s Office. They all are amazing! The receptionist is friendly and she always has a smile on her face. I always feel welcomed and comfortable every time I have an appointment here.

Jess Palmer: I'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service from this place. I've called several times, leaving voicemails, and staying on hold for 15 minutes to try to talk to someone in regards to needing a referral or not. I haven't even BEEN to the place yet but I am already so tuned off by the lack of effort that they give. All I needed was a simple yes or no if I needed a referral or not for my appointment and NO ONE has called me back or anything and I called three times at the beginning of the week on Monday and today is Friday and I've heard nothing.

I have a 20 minute drive from my house and choose to do it rather than find another place for my birth control and yearly exam. The staff members are friendly and personable. It's also very easy to schedule appointments and review results online.

Deb A.: Ridiculous, the waiting room was packed so I opted to wait in the car. I received the text to head inside and wait to be called soon. I immediately headed inside and was told to take a seat that I’d be called shortly… waited another hour. I asked the lady when she FINALLY opened the door how many people ahead of me she said she called already me and I wasn’t inside. I asked what time she she called bc I was inside since I received the text she said 3:20pm the text was sent to me at 3:35pm… how do you call someone who isn’t at the lobby and then send the text AFTER for them to come inside. After that conversation I still had to wait another 40 minutes for a total wait time of 2hr and 43 mins RIDICULOUS. What’s worse is no apology or anything, not even a fake smile with little “I’m sorry for the inconvenience ”

It is okay for any other businesses to be inaccurate with timings but this is sensitive and should be fixed.

Judi Regan: I had labs done at Quest a little while ago. Both the receptionist and the lab tech girl couldn’t have been nicer and helpful towards me. I got there right after the lunch hour hoping it wouldn’t be crowded and it was not. I think the total time I was in there couldn’t have been more than 15min. Keep up the good work ladies!
