MJ P: They dont sell the fruits hookah anymore. It was not welcoming. We drove 40 min to come but left after 2 min. I give them 3 stars because decor was nice.
Gerry H: Visited early on when they had first opened. We really wanted to just see the place and have a drink at the bar, but were told that wasn't possible unless we paid $50 for a hookah. Thinking that this was a lounge that served drinks in addition to hookah, we were surprised that hookah purchases were mandatory. Needless to say, we left and never came back.

Amanda Ingalla: Literally ordered a booth lastnight with the birthday package that cost $300...at the door I was charged $30 per a person which no one mentioned to me on the phone when I booked my booth then at the end of the night I was charged $500 for the birthday package not $300... this place does false advertisement!!! Wouldn't recommend !! The booths and tables are sooo crowded and close to each other and soon as I walked through the door the ladies at the front before you get into the club were so rude the short girl literally kept rollin her eyes... wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! Music was ok...long Island cost $17 🤣
Christian King: This place is very unprofessional! It was my friend’s birthday and we stood in line for 3 hours with a party of 10. We were told our reservation was booked but when we stood in line they didn’t have any of our information. Then the manager ISIS came out and talked to us and called us out our names then proceeded to spit on us. And at the same time then security guy came over and poured Champagne on the birthday girl. And as well told her she was ugly which she is not. She is very beautiful. Shame on you guys for running such a terrible business. Will not come back ever. I’m a very well known person who will tell everyone not to ever think of coming to this place.

Never again!! Don’t bother going here they only let you in if you know someone..

She had a text to confirm the reservation.We got to the elixir and the bouncer big heavy guy would only let the ladies in and told us he wasn’t sure about the guys getting in and if so it would be way later. If.....wouldn’t let us pay for another table either and was rude very disrespectful Don’t care what your job is (bouncer security) no need to be ignorant very disappointing .I would never go back so many other hookah lounges don’t need to go back all set.

Henley Plante: 0 stars if I could do thatI went with a friend as we were celebrating my promotion.we were dropping a lot of money, we got the largest hookah with all the accessories to go with it , we got drinks and everything elsethey ended up giving us our check only 45 mins after receiving our hookahwe would have stayed and spent more money but I guess they wanted us to leave , we were not drunk, we were not loud, we weren't doing anything wrong. it took them 30 mins to get us out drinks , when we arrived no one greeted us til we were already there for 5 mins , another 10 mins of waiting to place an order , the hookah took 40 mins to come out and then we were only able to enjoy everything for 45 mins before the girl handed us our check .we drove over 1 hrs to go there and will not be back , that was a waste of our money and gas

5 STAR: ( As my first time experience there ) I wasn't too cozy with having to get patted down. That told me that this place has had problems in the past with people bringing something they shouldn't have been in the that probably caused a problem so now they have excessive security to watch out for the bad guys. I purchased a Captain and Coke I was shocked to see that they had the courage to charge $8 for a miniature plastic cup with half ice half drink! Sorry but maybe that's why they don't really have many people in there when we went in because their prices are too high for drinks! Small place but could be better if drinks were reasonably priced like other bars around this area. I will not be back simply because their drinks are very small for mixed drinks and too expensive for the small cup it comes in.

There weren't signs indicating it they were booked just cups and straws. Bartender was the only pleasant experience. No room to dance. Music was old 2000s nothing was played from this decade. Hokkah was weak. Dont see this place lasting long. As I got to boston and portland frequently I've never had to pay a 30 cover, let alone off route 38 in New Hampshire 😂. Will not be going back.

C Montesinos: Horrible experience, went for a friend’s birthday and had put $100 to reserve two tables that they said we had to spend a minimum of $400 each and we could either put the $100 towards the bill or it would be refunded (Neither of which happened). They offer no packages for celebrations everything is separate. They charged each of us a $30 entry free just to find out once we were inside that they gave our tables away and then sat us in a area where the minimum was $1000 which was ridiculous, we made a deal for them to make it cheaper since it was their mess up. They ended up charging not only myself but another person in our group for the same bottles. Livid is an understatement. Besides that service was ok, not the best . All the people that work there look absolutely miserable, woman’s bathroom was gross and wasn’t working. 100% would NEVER go back and would never recommend
Maria Hernandez: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was our friend’s birthday. We reserved 2 tables. When we arrived, they had given our tables away to another party. They first tried to give us a small table to make up for it. It was 8 of us! No way that would’ve worked. Then, they move us to another table in a different section. While we’re thankful they found us a table, it was in a section we didn’t want to be in and didn’t pay for. Then, come to find out we have to pay for the bottles. Okay, understandable they still have to make money, but the right thing to do would be to give us ATLEAST 1 bottle on the house after giving our reserved table away and sitting us in another section we didn’t want. Of course this was not the case. And on top of that, they made us pay $30/each for an entry fee. The girls offering the service were not smiling, not friendly. Terrible experience. Would not come back.
Mohamed A: Was here on a Thursday. DJ was pretty good. Super pricey. We had table service and our server was horrible. At $40 for entry and $100 table fee (on top of the bottle), I expect way better. She poured one drink for us and had to look for her to ask for a beer. She told me she can’t keep going to the bar and to get it myself. If you want to charge ultra premium prices, in NH, get better servers. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

The guy clearly doesn't want business, he doesn't take his customers seriously and can't respond. I reached out twice! Not a good sign for a new business. This won't last unfortunately. This was how I was told to make a reservation. The guy left me on read 2x. First time gave him the benefit of the doubt, second time I made reservations somewhere else!! I did also try calling and no luck that way either.. There's plenty of hookah lounges in Southern NH that actually answer the phone and respond.

Marisol Abreu Valcourt: Great parking space, friendly staff with great club feel. Live DJ playing the latest music with dimmed colorfiul lighting. Not too crowded, and you are able to relax with a nice cigar sold on site. There is a 20$ entry fee with security. You need to reserve ahead of time if you want to use the large seating area or private room. Would visit again.

Mike Huoppi: Went here last night and amazed by the entire experience. Met the owner Eli and he was super accommodating. We had a large group without a reservation and he accepted us and seated us in a private area. Can not say enough about how good the atmosphere, music, vibes and customer service was at this place. I will definitely be back. I suggest making a reservation for sll group sizes as this place gets packed later in the night.
