Pat is very kind, very informative, answered my hundred questions patiently and had a great selection of hot tubs for unbeatable prices (and I know cause I went to 2 other hot tub sales stores.) After 6 joyful weeks of owning our hot tub I made a very dumb mistake and didn’t shut the hot tub off when removing the filter for cleaning and a little sponge got sucked deep into the filter hole causing the jets to not work. Pat was so nice about it and assured me that I wasn’t the only person to have done this. He promptly came out to fix it within a day and retrieved the sponge no problem! I’d recommend island spas to anyone! Thanks again Pat!

R&R worked on the phone with my neighbor who had NO pool experience, and with their patience and telephone help she was able to keep my pool healthy all summer, at a time that I would have lost it if I had to give it any attention. They have opened and closed for us for several years, and are reasonably priced, do excellent work, and offer as much advice and help as we ever need. Highest possible recommendation.

Oasis allows people to 'demo' the hot tubs {in their store} with an appointment.At other places, I was shocked they didn't allow this, but it was totally my fault for not calling those other places ahead of time. Instead, my kids and I showed up wearing our bathing suits and carrying our floaties.

I called the Oasis store, explained my problems and was referred to Justin in Service. Justin was very friendly, attentive to my needs and first offered me suggestions on how I might try to "fix" the issues myself to avoid a service call, but told me to call back if I could not fix it myself. Well, the issues with the tub not only continued, it appeared to get worse, so I called Justin back. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me he knew just what was wrong. An appointment date was set for a service call and Justin arrived punctually with his partner Jason. The faulty parts were replaced in a short period of time, the necessary software for the system upgraded-downloaded and I could not be happier with the service I received. Justin made sure that he system was running perfect before he left and gave me the feeling that he actually cared about customers.My wife and I were considering buying a Hot Tub and before making our purchase did a lot of “research” and read several “reviews” of available products and providers. We narrowed our search down and decided on a Hot Springs “NXT Jetsetter” model, Tuscan Sun Shell color, with Mocha color cabinet. Several calls were made, as well as visits to various stores, but I was quite impressed after a phone call made to “OASIS Hot Tub & Sauna” in Nashua was received by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative (Tom M). We chatted for some time and he answered any questions I had and told me he actually had the model and color hot tub I wanted in stock on the showroom floor. My wife and I made the hour long trip from our residence to the store and were pleasantly pleased to see the tub we wanted in “real life” and you might say it was “love at first sight”. Tom stayed with us and was very helpful to answer any questions and explained our options without any pressure what so ever. After consulting with the owner, Steve, we were allowed and agreed to purchase the floor model as it was the tub we wanted and would not have to wait 4-6 more weeks to order another. Delivery was also set up and scheduled in a timely fashion by their coordinator, Jean who showed up with his crew on the date arranged and insured the tub was placed and set up with accessories. We could not be happier with our purchase and attention from the staff at Oasis Hot Tub & Sauna in Nashua, NH.

Ben Pietruszka: Bought a "Crocker" hot tub all was fine until a month or two after the warranty ended then the heating element went on the coldest week of the year, they told me to buy portable heaters at Home Depot so it wouldn't freeze because they couldn't send a repair person for a week. Then last week we saw some, what looked like mucus floating in the hot tub. After further examination in the daylight, I noticed it was the "Crocker logo" rubber matt which comes glued inside their hot tub. It was disintigrating and all the glue and pad particles we breaking apart. I called and asked for help and recommendations and service person "Rick" got on the phone. I have never spoken to a more ignorant unprofessional person in my life. He proceeded to tell me, "what do you expect the pad to last forever its in a harsh environment" and offered no suggestions whatsoever. I said I cannot be the only person having this issue, he said a few times he had issues with this but that was all, no apologies or anything. In all of my years I would never have thought a customer would be treated the way he spoke to me about the product they sell. Why would a company have a mat glued inside of a hot tub that breaks apart and pollutes the water with slimy glue and cloth which also clogs up the filter and the pumps. Never, never buy from this place. I attached a picture of what their logo matt looked like when I removed it. Had to give 1 star rating because there is nothing worse.

Julie Forbes: I was sold a swim spa by their slick salesman who assured me it would work within the limitations of my physical capacities and the space provided in my home. When it was delivered we were notified by the delivery people that the cover and lifter system would not in fact clear the ceiling. They keep offering me cover solutions I rejected at the time of sale due to the extra cost and my inability to manipulate it given my height and physical disabilities from polio. I simply want a refund and to return it.

Ina Bresner: Crocker Customer Service has been great! We were new to Hot Tub ownership and required quite a bit of handholding to get it up and running. We also had TONS of questions about regular care. Honestly, we were pretty high maintenance - calling frequently and often asking repetitive questions. Rick always took or returned our calls and answered our texts in a timely manner. We had one issue with set up - the factory had left the tub in test mode. Rick id'd the problem quickly and got a tech (who was terrific) out there within a week. Most recently, 6 months after initial set up, we needed guidance and support to change the water. Rick did not hesitate to assist. And BTW - Sharon, the salesperson, was also very personable, helpful and honest. Great team!

William DeBenedetto: Purchased a brand new tub from them middle of 2021, delivered end of 2021. Dealing with mark and his team in the beginning was very easy and they were very helpful during the purchase process. Fast forward to summer 2022 I had a problem with my tub (still under warranty) and required service. I had to call multiple times to even get someone from service to call me back to schedule someone to come out, I kept getting told they were busy. Took almost two weeks to just get a call back to schedule the service. I asked and confirmed multiple times with mark that everything would be covered under warranty and there would be nothing owed by me. About a week after scheduling the appointment a technician came out and was very nice and fixed the issue, needed a new temperature sensor. I asked if this is normal since at that time the tub wasn’t even a year old. I was assured it wasn’t normal for that to happen and I was all set. This service was 7 months after delivery. As the tech was leaving he said there was a $150 travel fee for him coming out. I explained I was told no charge because this was under warranty. The technician even said normally the travel fee is waived in cases like yours bc of how close the issue was to delivery date. He asked if he would like him to call the owner mark and inquire about the fee which I agreed to. While he was doing that I called Sundance directly and spoke with a rep who said it is normal practice for dealers to charge a travel fee on warranty calls but that $150 seemed high to them; they directed me to the warranty card and it did show a travel fee could be charged. I was upset bc this felt like a surprise fee. The tech came back and said mark said the fee stands but if I would like to speak with him separately I could call in a payment later. I agreed. I emailed mark my concerns on 7/19/22 and received no email back. I did call twice and was told a message would be left for mark to call back but never got a call back so I assumed mark withdrew the bill. I specially stated in the email I am not saying I refuse to pay but I would like to discuss with him my concerns. Fast forward till a month ago. Again my tub is spitting out error codes in the winter. First noticed was on a Sunday, I call on Monday and explain the issue. Mark actually answered and took my information down and said service would call most likely by end of day or Wednesday latest; I inquired about the error code and if this would be covered and he said yea. No call come Wednesday. Call Thursday and was assured I would get a call by Friday to schedule service, nothing. I call on Tuesday of the next week and told they are busy but that they have my information. I wait until the following week to follow up and get a Nathan on the phone. Nathan puts me on hold. Says he can’t find my account. I said that’s odd mark took all my info down two weeks ago and assured me I would get a call. Nathan started mumbling and said they just closed my account and would no longer do warranty work on my tub. I was shocked and asked him to repeat. I said why didn’t you tell me this 2+ weeks ago when I requested service and he said I dunno but it looks like that charge was never addressed. I said I called multiple times and emailed mark directly about that months previous with no response and that I would have no problem addressing the bill if I spoke with mark. He said “I don’t know what to tell you man” so I asked to speak with mark and was told he wasn’t there. I called Sundance directly and had to get permission to have my warranty/service switched to another dealer. Sundance even explained to me that that branch can’t refuse you warranty coverage as you purchased from them. I filed a complaint direct with the manufacturer and the rep said she would add it to the other complaints they have received about this dealer. I had the other dealer come out within 4 days and they fixed the issue. After mark and this Sundance get your money they don’t want to standby their product. Would not recommend them.
Larry Brescio: The worst customer experience ever. Repairs we’re supposed to be covered under warranty. But the first time my Hot Tub stopped working (only a few months after purchasing) I had to pay a $50 “Travel Fee” not covered under warranty.Fine…However the 2nd time my lemon of a tub stopped working (in middle of winter) the owner said he couldn’t get anyone out to fix it for over two weeks. And the “travel Fee” was $120.When I questioned why it went from $50 to $120 he got angry and said both prices were actually discounts and the real price was $275. And that’s what I would now have to pay if I wanted service.I went to the store in person and asked to see the travel policy for warranty repairs in writing. He refused to show me (obviously because it doesn’t exist) and then he threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave.I had to get special permission from Sundance to allow ownership of my warranty repairs to be serviced by another dealer.Have been using Sundance in Portsmouth ever since. Very happy with them.

They are incredibly professional and some of the friendliest most compassionate people I have had to opportunity to work with! We are new customers as of early this new year. From the moment we walked in the door to browse the idea of purchasing a hot tub the team has been most knowledgable and fair to a T. The installation was seemless, and any follow up questions on how to run a hottub (as this is our first) were answered immediately. If they are not available, busy on the floor, the callbacks I needed were immediate. They don't treat you like you just walk in and are doing business, they take the time to make is personal and connect with you.I will 100% recommend Sundance Spa and their staff to anyone!
MultiNinja900: If I could give less than one star I would. Have had nothing but problems with my Sundance Spa. Pumps stop working , side panels warping and heater went bad and we have only had it 3 years. I have heard from people who own other types of spas and it had been many more years before they had any issues. Recently they have started charging just to come out and fix things that are covered under warranty. After you buy one the service is awful and the store I bought from in NH the owner is a stone cold lair. Please do not buy a Sundance Spa. I can't say it enough.
richard saad: An excellent experience! I was trying to get parts from my dealer for my spa and wasn’t doing very well. I was desperate. I started calling around and the gentleman name Marc answer the phone and started to help me. The next day he called me back and asked me for my serial number on my spa he then ordered the parts I needed with no promise of delivery date so that I wouldn’t be disappointed..... about four days later he called me and said the parts were on the way to my home 2 Day air. When I received the parts I need additional help and Marc what is there to help.... The only thing I can recommend is to do business with this company because they even help people who did not purchase products from them.A+THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
Don Holshuh: In this year of Covid 19, finding a dealer who had spas was problematic. Thank goodness we came across Sundance Spas of Merrimack. Mark showed us a spa and explained the features. I think we were in the showroom less than half an hour before we bought the spa Mark recommended. We took delivery today and the two men who showed up could not have been nicer especially considering the spa had to be placed on a deck that was five feet off the ground.

hezmannh: Since purchasing my spa in 2004 from Sundance Spas, NH, I recently needed to call for service. Mark was very helpful in taking me through a number of steps to diagnose an FL-1 error code. Mark determined the cause was a faulty pump and fortunately had one in stock. As I am very handy, I was able to install the pump the next day and get my spa up and running - What a great reason to buy and have service done locally!!
Kathy Cleary: We bought our spa from this company about eight years ago. They were very good and the customer service was great. We had something break under warranty and that was fixed with ease. But, the last dealings we had with this company was horrendous. We needed a new cover and an arm that had bent. The total sale was $750. The arm was in stock and because of what we were spending, we were told free delivery. The arm was delivered, but the cover had to be ordered. The time frame we were given at the time was 4 weeks. Apparently, they were not aware that the factory had been shut down and wasn't operating due to COVID19. This is totally understandable. We weren't aware of this fact and started calling to get an estimate on delivery. Several calls had been made, no answers. Several messages were left with employees and no call was returned. Finally last week, I talked to Mark and he was so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. He went on a rant about the country being shut down, that I should call the Governor. It was ridiculous and so uncalled for. I am a reasonable person and understand that the pandemic has caused lots of problems for lots of people. All that needed to be said was that he didn't have an exact time of when the cover would be in. Never did he apologize or acknowledge that he hadn't called back. Finally, I got a call that the cover was in. Hurray! I asked about delivery and was told there is no free delivery. It would be a $175 charge. Interesting that the $225 arm was delivered for free. But, the $525 cover wasn't free. Anyway, we picked it up. Never will we do business with this company again.

Stephen Rudolph: My first comment is that I never write reviews, but I must for the crew at Sundance Spas. I now have had 3 Sundance Optima tubs. Two I bought in Connecticut and now one in New Hampshire. It has now been a year and half since I bought my spa from Mark at Sundance in NH. What separates companies from each other is just plain great service. From the purchase from Mark, to the install with Jeff and part replacement by Joel they are a 5 Star team. This is the best company I have ever dealt with. When I have had questions or issues I have called Mark the owner on weekends or nights and he always answers and helps me out. I have never had service like this. So if you are looking for a Hot tub, just skip the rest and call Mark at Sundance. You will be a customer for life!
Zerkeli Manner: My Sundance Spa needed work but because I didn't buy it from them they said they would get to me later. When I called back a week later to ask them about when they would be coming out they said they didn't have me on file. I asked what was going on they said I should contact the dealer. I had already told them I bought the spa second hand. Supposedly they do good work but only if you have bought with them in the past. I was pretty frustrated since they are the only Sundance dealer around. They gave me a number to call for an independent guy to call. Basically saying because I didn't buy my spa from them they dont want my business. They end by saying they would call when they had time. I will update this if they call but I don't expect to do business with them.

Cybr Duke: We just got our second spa here. The first was a Marin. We had it for 18 years. This one is the Tacoma. We downsized. The guys who installed, Josh and Scott, were great. Called before arrival, showed up on time, removed the old tub and set up the new one. Very professional and knowledgeable about the spa and it’s setup. Troubleshot an electrical circuit issue and solved it during install. These guys have been great to us for going on 20 years now. Highly recommend by me.

We'd just returned from a week in Florida and were not ready to resume the snow and frigid temperatures of March in NH. Following a friend's advice we went to Sundance to check out their spas. We'd always felt a hot tub was a luxury we couldn't afford with maintenance routines that were complicated and time consuming. Turns-out, all of that was wrong.Before we went, I'd spent a week or two reading every review and blog post I could find about buying and owning a hot tub. From the moment we walked in, Mark's easy-going nature made it super easy to just have a casual conversation about features and benefits of different models. Honestly, my wife and I both said to each other afterwards, this was one of the "least sale-sy" buying experiences we ever had. Mark wasn't pushy or impatient at all. He didn't try to upsell us, he just casually answered our questions about the products and described their quality in an informative, non-aggressive manner. He just seemed confident that the products would sell themselves -and they did.After everything came together and we signed the financing paperwork a few days later, we thanked him and said "goodbye". He replied, something along the lines of "this isn't goodbye, this is just the start of our great service." We were sold. And so was the hot tub.

James Aguiar: We called asking for our pool to be partial opened and specifically asked to let us know when they arrived so that we can see what happens during the equipment inspection as we just bought the house and would like to learn the system. I called at the end of day assuming nobody came, and I noticed I was charged. Was told they knocked on the side door around noon , I have guests in the room and very clearly that did not happen. I also have a phone and working doorbells, which clearly wasnt attempted either, I definitely would have heard the front door knocked as well. Not happy that they didnt notify me or give me any sort of report following the visit, nor installed all pool equipment. I have no idea what was actually done during the visit besides turning the pump on. People I called in the office clearly did not care, was told some information gathered onsite but it's apparent they werent onsite for more than 5 minutes. Should have listened to other reviews.

As a former life guard, I thought I had a leg up with some of the pool maintenance. But it’s a lot more involved than what I did growing up as a life guard. The owner has been very kind in explaining any issues to me in basic terms, his son Dan was really willing to explain things to me when he opened the pool, JT is always so friendly and willing to help me carry things to my car (he even welcomed me and assisted me when I pulled into the parking lot one time, etc. I wish I knew everyone’s names because there is another young guy who has been very helpful to me and brings my things to my car for me, as did the very helpful woman with the short blond hair. The whole group has been very kind, friendly and helpful to me in what has been a bit of a daunting process. It’s nice to go into a business and they remember you and what’s going on with your pool. You only get that personal touch at a small local business. Thank you everyone at North Shore Pool and Spa!!

joe sousa: same bad experience owner talked down to me with arrogant attitude , had water tested after all this rain water was clear just low ph and alk added the chemicals he suggested pool immediately went cloudy and now shows no chlorine content , after 300.00 now i need to purchase more chemicals at an additional cost, not the first time I've been through this with him BACK TO BUDGET POOLS I GO WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Liz Jolly: If you are looking for a hot tub... Do not go to North shore pool and spa in Wakefield. We purchased a very expensive hot tub in May. We were told that it would take up to 6 weeks for it to arrive. We put down a hefty down payment and have not heard anything from them since. We have called multiple times without any answers. Today I called and spoke to the owner Chris. I was calm cool and collected but sternly expressed my disappointment for the delay in lack of communication. He was incredibly nasty, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's safe to say he is very sexist. He told me he was canceling my order and then hung up on me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life. I wanted to pass this along as this is a local business and in my opinion should probably not still be open.

Jimmy Johnson: Really bad experience.Purchased a pump and filter from them, took the one the owner suggested that was in the showroom knowing I was paying quite a bit more then I would online but In my case I didn’t have the luxury of time. Found out while putting it together that it was missing multiple parts and Was not operable without them. My calls were not returned and I was met with contempt and complete disregard from the owner himself when inquiring about the parts as if I was inconveniencing him. I still never received all the parts and last email never received a response.
