Trent Edwards: Outstanding service. Food was great. This location is much cleaner than the Shari’s location closer to us on 512/Canyon. Last time we were there, we saw a server pick up dropped napkins on the floor at the workstation and just add it back to the pile…..Gross. 72nd and I-5 location is great tho! Best service!!
cheryl newberg: To start off i fell hard when i entered the store. The rug that is ment to wipe your feet on as you enter had a wrinkle that i caught my toe on and i fell pretty hard which was not only painfull but horribly embarrasing. The ladies that work there were all very nice to me, and they told me i would be contacted by the manager within 24 hours, but she showed up before i left. Everyone seemed quite concerned, and i heard them filling out an incident report which they didnt seem to play down what happened. I heard one lady say dont forget it was already bruised. Their concern was why they got a decent rating from me. My only real complaint is that i have not recieved a follow up call to make sure im still ok or to ask if i went to my doc at all. But i can always call them to update my situation if necassary. A big thank you to the waitresses who showed me such care, they were so nice. I wont forget that anytime soon.

Tyler Hernandez: I had a burger for lunch here today & the food quality has most definitely declined. so dry & bland… at least the server offered free pie i guess? i didn’t take the offer…. don’t recommend coming here for your lunch or dinner needs. maybe come here for breakfast? that’s also hit & miss.

Octavia Rivera: The worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. The waiter messed up our order then argued with me saying I was wrong and the just walked by our table to refill the table next to us cups knowing ours was empty and had been. Forgot 2 items we ordered and was unprofessional to say the least. I’ve went to the 72nd location many times and got extremely great customer service until now. He’s bad for the business.

j spain Greene: So... you know it's Pie Day every 3.14 of the year... all hands should be on deck.But... if you're short staffed, be sure to have a plan for your people to execute to help them out of the weeds. This was definitely a management issue.Staff didn't handle to go pie orders well... we watched annoyed people walk out in droves.We also watched a family of 4 hold on valiantlyfor over 40 minutes with no check back from staff, hoping to get a table. They'd been there an hour overall...We wished them luck and left.Considering this was the first time in years we tried to go to Shari's... it's unlikely we'll be back soon.
Adonis Murphy: I ordered a peanut butter pie online, a chocolate pie was delivered. I called and spoke to Sarah who claims she’s the manager, she said I need to bring the pie back for them to switch it out. I asked about my delivery fee, she gave me and attitude and said that’s all she could do. I asked her how does it make sense that I had to pay a fee for their mistake and drive to deliver it back to them. She told me not cuss at her(which I didn’t) and hung up on me. I called back she accused me again and said if I have a problem then complain online. Terrible customer service and accusing a customer of cussing at you instead taking accountability is wild.

Brian Lupton: I have been Dining here for many years. I was just recently informed; that my Veteran's Discount is not Honored anymore, you have to be Active Duty???!!! This is totally ludicrous!!! Most Active Duty eat on Base at JBLM. Your establishment will NOT receive my patronage anymore, unless you change this!!! You have probably lost a lot of Veterans patronage!!! I also utilize my Discount and return it as a Gratuity to the Food Server!!! You should be ashamed for your actions!!!😡😡😡
