Joshua Cobbett: I have been using Raul for the last four years. His shop is located at 1 Hilldale Ave, Plaistow NH and was located down the street in Haverhill MA. Again, his name is Raul just incase he says “this is the wrong business I am posting about” just like some other reviews he has got.During the four years I have been bringing him two trucks; a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500 and a 2010 Chevy Silverado 3500 dump truck along with my trailer. The first few years have been great although last year was horrific. He would have me bring my stuff down and promise they would be fixed in a timely manner (within a week), but week after week there would be another excuse as to why my stuff wasn’t completed. He would then tell me everything was fixed after weeks of having my stuff and have me come pick them up but I would still have issues with everything and bring them back for him to play the same game with me. Turns out he never fixed anything with my truck and or trailer this year. My truck needed simple seasonal maintenance to begin my landscaping company and he failed to even give it an oil change or fix the loose steering wheel; thats not even the worst part of it. I needed my trailer axles fixed and maintenanced and I must have brought him my trailer three different times for him to jimmy rig it and weld the axles for a quick fix instead of actually replacing them like we were supposed to. After finally picking my trailer up, the tires were still slanted which indicates he didn’t fix what he said he did (which I have plenty of texts to prove it). I didn’t want to deal with his lack of service and unprofessionalism by not even answering his phone or text messages. I ended up bringing my trailer back where I bought it up at Rons Toy Shop in Manchester New Hampshire which I highly recommend. They took the trailer apart and was shocked to see that both axles needed to be replaced, brakes needed to be replaced, as well as all wheel bearings (after Raul supposedly fixed the trailer) Ended up costing me $2600 all said and done to have it fixed the right way and the funny thing is Raul never even sent me an invoice for this “work he completed”, which I think if you did all this work they would want to get paid. I would not recommend bringing your vehicles or equipment here unless you want to be treated as if you don’t matter as a customer.

Elian Music: You put all the comments that they don't do that kind of work, which is the wrong place, my friend, you lose money, you promise and you don't keep, accept when you're wrong, I don't recommend this site at all if people complain about your bad treatment or your bad service It cannot be possible that everything is a coincidence and that they are in the wrong place, please, friend, be more honest.

I told them keep the scrap metal, I'll go buy a new one. I wish they were up front with me from the start, would have been better for both of us.

Anthony Visone: TERRIBLE BUSINESSI stood there in the shop for 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. The guy who finally helped me was mad that i came in during "his lunchtime". They are only open until 4:30 PM so i had no choice but to come in during MY lunch break.He gave me attitude and spoke down to me the whole time. I needed two simple hoses made. They should've costed about $30 each. He went and made both hoses before giving me a price. after he made them, I was forced to buy them. He then told me $230!!!! OUCH!! I realized after that I could've bought the same hoses on ebay for less than 30 each!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Broken_font: Had exactly what I needed to build my air compressor. They even had a 1/8 in flare fitting to 1/4 in FIP fitting which I myself didn't think I was going to find. The worker there was knowledgeable and didn't even need a reference to know what parts I was talking about. Highly recommend

mark shaw: usually this place is awesome and the people are very helpful! on feb 4th, 2017, this was not the case. i will point out i showed up 10mins before closing on a saturday but business hours and business hours and i didnt think it meant customer service went out the window. guy at counter basically told me i didnt know what i wanted so he couldnt help me. fortuneately another gentleman at counter brought me out back and helped me figure what i needed since im not a fullltime mechanic i dont know all the lingo. i usually would give 5 stars all day and i have come here for years, but on 2/4/17, service i recieved made it hard to even give 2 stars. i hope the give that employee an attitude check.
