William Estrada Morales: While the sales area is great and service is good, their car service is horrible, bought a New Tucson in another Hyundai dealership in Mass, came to the one closes to me with my car and explained my brakes where too low and my cluster lights (all warnings) came on and wont go off, I explain I have all the warranties, and the guy from service very rude tells me go back to mass Leomester and do it there because I will charge you. Called Autofair for the same thing and they schedule for me tomorrow.

Brian Martell: I would think twice before purchasing a hyundai. They claim their warranties are the best. Nothing will be covered under your warranty. I have a new hyundai and my tire had a defect, of course not covered. This will be the same response whenever you bring your car in. Even if you buy new tires from a regular tire shop they are covered, but not hyundai.Another scam is their 3yr complimentary maintenance. I brought my car in for service which they knew what I was there for and added other things that apparently are not part of that program. You get a basic oil change and that's it. If you figure it out you get 5 oil changes which is only a value of $250 and that's high end pricing, really only get about a $150 value. They push this like you are getting an amazing deal.I will never own a hyundai again, they are not worth it and other brands of vehicles have far better warranties then hyundai.
Stephen B: 0 stars. Ridiculous and Angry. 2017 Hyundai Elantra has a paint defect. Received an appointment for this dealership( waited months for this appointment) . When I arrived I was told they aren't going to take my appointment because they are booked out. I do not understand why I received an appointment if you cannot take me. Their excuse was "well we shouldn't have done that" I drove about an hour to just be turned down from an appointment I already had. This is horrible service.I would second think before coming here especially to service your car. Unacceptable. Hope this review helps everyone reading it.
Juan Vargas: Update: 3/20/23 - After a long struggle of waiting without a car Hyundia corporate reached out to me after reaching out to them about the situation to help with a resolution. The engine fixes were approved and my car was finally fixed by them. I am truly thankful for the resolution and will stand by Hyundia going forward. The waiting without a car was a bit too long but the wait was all worth it to have my car running again. Thank you so much Hyundia for all your help it does not go unnoticed!—————I have my car serviced there to replace some motor parts and two weeks later my engine is blown. It was a difficult process and long wait time to deal with to figure out what was going to happen next. I went couple of months without a car and that was no easy task. But finally was able to get some help with getting this issue resolved.

Emily Houle: I purchased the top-tier warranty for my Hyundai at the Manchester dealership in November of 22. I spoke with 3 different finance managers (including at the Nashua dealership, Jay Thompson) who promised me that using my warranty to get the included free oil change would be no issue at their Nashua service location. This confirmation process took about a month.When I arrived for my appointment, the lady in pajama pants in front of the large "#1 customer service nationally" banner, refused to help me honor the free oil change. I had several other services requested that I was paying for. She was rude and refused to offer any help.I called back the finance managers and 3 weeks later have not received a callback. I will be canceling the warranty and never will endorse Hyundai in any way again. I receive much better service from VIP.

Zachery Desautels: Stay away from this dealership if you want servicing! My 2022 Kona N is at 5k miles and engine service warning came on for oil change. They told me the complimentary oil change is at 8000 miles!!!! I called Manchester Hyundai and they assured me it’s every 6,000 miles and you can get it down 1k miles early. I have logged a complaint to corporate. Glad I never bought my car from here. Sticking with Manchester!Edit: Hyundai of Nashua made it right.

Samuel: The worst dealership experience I've ever had.1. I had called ahead looking for 4 different cars to test drive, which they confirmed. But when I arrived, 2 of the cars were not available, wasting my time.2. The salesperson was very unpleasant to deal with. As soon as I mentioned that I was not planning on buying that day, she became very disengaged, not bothering to explain anything about the cars I was interested. But at the same time, she was very rude and pressuring, and I had to tell her at least 3 times that I was not planning on buying a car that day. Additionally, she was very reticent to do anything (e.g. show me the car, give me a quote) until I started walking out of the dealership, as she claimed that their policy was to help only those who were planning on buying the same day.
Relaxing Music: I've walked in pride Hyundai dealership in Lynn MA to purchase a vehicle and no one talked to me for over one hour. There's an old woman sitting at her desk without having a customer in front of her. She left her desk many times and passed me by in her way out and she didn't say anything to me. Another male employee walked in and looked at me from top to bottom and still didn't greet me nor did he ask if I was being helped? No one didn't even care to ask me what am I here for? Am I waiting for someone? Did someone ever talk to me? No greetings, no question, and no service. Never again, Pride Hyundai of Lynn, MA.
Drew M: The service department is useless. Stopped by to get a quote to repair a damaged camera. Lady in the service dept didn't even care. Told me I'd need to schedule an apt just to diagnose the problem. $150 and none of that goes toward the repair. Asked if she could ballpark the cost to replace the camera as I'm trying to decide whether to pay outright or file an insurance claim. She said "no - you'll have to schedule an apt to get it diagnosed". Completely useless and not friendly. Will never return to this dealership.

My car is just two weeks old and it had some safety and technical issues, i went to the dealership and bob (manager)told me to fix the problem myself as they cannot do anything about it. I was complaining to them about what is going on, so he took me beside the services area where there are not many customers present and raised his voice on me and completely neglected my concerns. He also made some personal comments. I remember the day when they wanted to sell the car to me and how polite he was acting but just in a span of two weeks, they showed their true colors and how they treat their customers. I suggest reading their reviews on yelp before buying or visiting them. I wish i had done the same. They have the worst reviews on yelp. Bob is very rude so if you are visiting the dealership, please avoid him and my suggestion is to go to quirk hyundai or mirk and not the pride Hyundai of lynn. Once they sell you the car, they do not value you as a customer and treat you badly as if you owe them something. Also the sales associates will call you day and night to purchase a car from them and will provide you false information all the time and when you confront them they will prove you wrong. I am planning to pay the car in full and sell it asap. Not even 400 miles on it and it has issues and when i visited the dealership they treated me very badly also told me not to walk in without an appointment. I mean my car had some very serious safety issues and if i wait for their appointment which you will never get, its a life threatening concern for me and my family. Btw they dont care if something happens to you or your family. What they care about is selling a car and cheating customers. I strongly suggest to read their reviews on yelp. Worst dealership and worst customer service. Will never recommend anyone to buy a hyundai or go their dealership. Made a big big mistake.

They used to be great but starting 2 years ago they're awful tried to get an oil change and they tell me that I have to wait for 2 months Also I had a problem with something that was covered under the warranty but since I couldn't get an appointment the warranty expired .But what really did it was that to get 4 new tires I had to leave the car there for 2 days and they did the alignment wrong so wrong that I had to get new tires again after only 10 months because since it wasn't aligned right my tires ended up being worn out to the coils on the inside so needless to say I'll never go back to this place .

The lady i spoke to was awesome she was confused why i was told that cause my warranty covers it🤷🏻‍♀️she then was nice enough to book another appt with a different location. Hyundai has a good selection of vehicle types to fit lots of different people's needs.I had a good experience at the dealership because they are very willing to make accomodations and keep up good communication to assist in any way they can with finding the right vehicles and trying to provide deals. They also have one of the best selections for available inventory compared to other dealers in my area.The salesmen and other employees work together with each other so that customers time is not being wasted. They are also very willing to offer handicapped accomodations to allow the elderly to easily check out vehicles.They were willing to drive the cars up right next to our car so my grandmother can easily get right out of her car and right I to the other car. They were also willing to drive the cars in and out of the building just so she doesn't have to talk through the store. So definitely the best customer service I've dealt with at a dealership. This was offered without me even asking for it.

The customer service is great until you sign the paperwork, then you’re on your own.UPDATE: 4/18 still no car. USAA sent an electronic transfer on 4/11. Mirak keeps saying the funds are not even pending in their account. It has been two weeks since I signed papers. I’m starting to think there is something wrong with the car and they are stalling to fix it. I have contacted USAA several times and the problem is not on their end. They have also contacted the dealer directly.
C M: A follow up email from sales manager ended up being what was needed for us to get the exact car , options and colors we had been searching for all done over the phone and drove it home 3 days later. Jessica made the process very easy after we had dealt with a few other dealers getting the run around. Jose handled it from there and was super easy to work with and very informative. Mehul Kapadia: I was in the market for a car and visited Mirak Hyundai. First, I was made to wait at the dealership for 2 hrs before I could test drive a car, inspite of having an appointment! Next, the sales ‘manager’ spent several days going back and forth about price, while the white car I test drove had already been sold! After that, the sales ‘Director’ got involved and we arrived at a price for a blue car, and she wanted to move forward with the payment and paperwork, but I asked for odometer reading before finalizing. After waiting 2 days for odometer reading and a couple follow ups, she informed me that the blue car wasnt available. Then sales ‘manager’ from before calls and e-mails me in the evening asking if I was OK with the white color I had looked at and test driven a week earlier, inspite of the sales ‘director’ confirming earlier that morning that it was sold!!!! Not sure whats going on, but it was a frustrating experience and I will never go there again. Bought a car yesterday from a different dealer - from first call to full paperwork in 4 hours!

Every time we need a oil change or something, they never give us a rental car, it takes literally all day for an oil change, and you have to make an appointment like 6 weeks in advance. Ridiculous.
Olivia Hussey: more updates: we spoke with Steph in sales. last week we were given the option to sell our car directly to Mirak, the offer was supposed to be extended to 3/10, contingent on assurance that our insurance would cover all costs after our car was sold. We have a signed notice from our insurance that they will continue to cover costs until the car is fully fixed. Steph now says that she will not buy our car until it is fully fixed. it's now been 44 days since our car has been waiting in their collision center for parts. they had it for a month when they offered to buy it. I am now stuck with a car I can't drive and no clue when replacement parts will be delivered.original review: Mirak's a fine dealership if you're buying a car only. I leased a 2020 elantra. When I was t boned and needed two doors replaced they handled it really well. When my car was stolen (look up Kia and Hyundai class action lawsuit) ignition busted, and window bashed in (1/23), they told me repairs would take two weeks, but apparently parts won't be in until 3/15, and no clue how long electrical repairs could take (not their fault).It has been a nightmare - after weeks of phone calls, multiple visits, unclear timelines, we asked to drop our lease early so we can actually have reliable transportation, and they offered to buy the car out from us - fantastic. Except it's taken another week of calls and multiple visits with unreliable information to actually figure out what we need to do between insurance and mirak to actually get out of a lease they told us we could leave. They're not interested in customer service for customers they've already profited from.continuing this review to see if I can get a response - calling mirak is very little help. Apparently our sales rep has moved on from his position sometime in the last two weeks. we were leaving messages on an extension that no one was looking at and no one contacted us to let us know or to continue providing customer support. This is a nightmare.
