yassine bostonian: She ripped me off and does not understand how to draft legal documents or understand basic english. She's not the ideal person to prepare your paper work for important things like immigration or preparing your taxes.
J C: Me and my husband went to this woman to prepare our immigration paperwork to remove the restrictions off if his green card and we paid her a $150 deposit and she drafted two letters for us to be Notarized. I made an appointment to get one letter notarized that had to be signed by a family member and one of my husbands friends and when I arrived at the bank to get the letter notarized I noticed several mistakes including that she didn't even know how to spell acknowledgement in "affidavit of acknowledgment and was too lazy to use spell check. I called her up and told her we would pay her for the small poor amount of work she did and she stated that the price was 45$. When I arrived at her office she had given me a check without saying anything for 75$ and had already cashed our 150$ check. I would strongly advise anyone to not conduct any sort of business with her.

Kumar Mangalam: Really bad from the Lawrence field office. I've received an RFE in April 2022 and responded to it in May 2022. I still haven't seen an update on the USCIS website or received any status after they received my response. How is that it's been 4 months and nothing has been updated and there there is no way to contact them to ask.USICS I know has procedures but this is absolutely un acceptable that they wouldn't even acknowledge the receipt of my response.
Aditya B: The entire biometrics process was quick/easy. But the two ladies who worked on a Monday morning were rude for no reason. Be nice to people doesn't hurt.
Jim Castantini: All I can say is fantastic! From the security guards (who had some really funny stories) to the receptionist to the interviewing officer - all polite, friendly and professional people. My wife has a physical disability so the parking lot right across the street is super convenient. It is much easier to access than the Boston office for sure.

Paul Smith: Very professional. Fast service. Well organized. A little unusual to see interviews in such large open space.Do not use parking lot right in front if it $6. Walk to the next street and park for $1 an hour. Most appointments do not last even an hour.
Ausher B: We came in early for our interview, the guy at the reception was so nice, the security at the entrance were so nice. The field officer who conducted our interview was so nice and friendly and he approved my case right away.
Anya L. Amorim: Very organized, spacious, clean office. Parking is a bit of a challenge to find, come early so you can circle the block a few times for a spot (if you don't want to pay a $10 fee to park next door). First you go through security, then check in, and go to wait in the waiting room. Lots of seats, even with maintaining social distancing. They have bathrooms too.

Mir Ali: Good news! - Lawrence office is doing same day Oath Ceremony for those who pass the citizenship tests.Excellent experience at the Lawrence Field office today for citizenship interview. All the staff and officers were very nice. Physical distance was maintained throughout the trip and safety precautions are put in place.
Paul Jjumba: 130- and I-485 delayed for 2 years after interview passed and all evidence sent promptly on time . Disgraful!
