Molly Cameron Smith: The previous poor reviews must be with former staff, because I just spoke to one of the nicest office staff I have yet encountered since moving to Massachusetts. I wish I’d gotten her name, she really helped me get the soonest appointment possible and looked up my insurance information for me though she didn’t have to. Great experience with the office employees of a busy doctors office has always been enough to make me want to continue with the practice. It isn’t the drs that keep me at a practice, it’s the office staff. And my first impression was lovely!

BVibol Nara: The lady that picks up the phone call is the most rudest person I ever talked to. She made me cried a few times after hanging the phone.I don’t know how they hired her to do this job if she’s can’t even talk to people normally.The Doctor is ok, really dry but gets the job done, but I’m thinking of finding a new place because I can’t handle the lady every time I need to call.

Heather Cringan: While I like the doctors at this practice, the front desk and accounting departments are not particularly helpful. This office meets but does not exceed my expectations.

Kerry Boaen: Dr Ami Mehta is a life saver. My mom, who is in her 70's, started with atopic dermititis. She tried everything and nothing worked. Dr Mehta and her staff went above and beyond to help my mom get the medication she needed.

Dennis Shepard: Allergy and Asthma Specialists is a great facility. My experience from the start has been incredible. The front office staff is very friendly and accommodating. They make the paperwork and insurance / billing process easy. The nurses and doctors are great making the allergy testing, diagnosis and treatment easy and accommodating. The staff was on top of making sure that my pharmacy and any needed treatment changes were easy to meet my needs. I look forward to my continued treatment with allergy shots. I would highly recommend Allergy and Asthma Specialists to all my family and friends.

ABR: Doctors here are great but their admin staff leaves a lot to be desired. Will be looking at switching to a different place because we are so fed up with how the front desk and billing are managed.

Tracy Mukami: Save you time, energy, and MONEY!This was never a bad place to go until we got a bill in the mail for almost $3000! I have always had allergic reactions and issues with my allergies as a kid so my doctor recommended this place and I have only been there a handful of times. I get a consultation and decided to do allergy testing and of course they pitch allergy steroid shots to me as usual and I have said no every single time I go, finally he convinces me to at least take some information and call my insurance to find out how much it'll cost, and to make an appointment to start but I can cancel at ANYTIME. Bam that's where they get you. They don't disclose that extracts are premade daaayyyss before your appointment and they also don't disclose that they WILL charge you for every single one they make based on how long they think treatment will be... Unless you catch it quick enough. The icing on the cake is when I called the billing department and she just picked up the phone as rude as 100 degree weather and just instantly wanted to fight and disagree with everything I say. Finally she agrees to remove only 2 out of 3 shots she charged me for AFTER I pay for the testing and other portions of the visit I received. Never again, to be honest 0/10 would not recommend.

Brendan Melvin: Saw this office recently because my allergies were terrible of spring and I finally had enough. I made an appointment with this office to get some medications and feel better.The front staff was very friendly. Nurses were caring and informed us of everything they were doing and what was going to happen. Dr Mehra asked a lot of questions and prescribed me some zyrtec and a nasal spray. Since the appointment last week, I have had no problems at all. I can step outside without sneezing and my eyes getting all red!Great practice and overall good experience.
