Addie Farrick (Stranger Style): Awesome local business with great quality products. Evangeline is a genuinely kind and considerate shop owner.
Allie Dodge: This lovely store has a wide variety of gift options and Evangeline works diligently to find you the perfect one. There have been times I didn’t know what to get for a gift and sometimes didn’t end up buying anything in the shop at all, but Evangeline was always happy to help and listen to what would meet my needs. She is kind, honest, and thoughtful, all the qualities a store owner should have and she does it all with grace!
Sean McCarthy: Bought my Nana a unique lamp with a cardinal (she loves cardinals) that I don't think I would have found anywhere else. I said she didn't need to worry about wrapping but she insisted and packaged it adorably.

I had the unfortunate experience of viewing the most ride woman and her family and child take advantage of her store, throwing things onto the ground and being completely disrespectful. Please disregard their reviews because Evangeline is the sweetest and has the best customer service.

Elle D: Unfairly getting 1 star reviews! A disrespectful family was asked politely to leave after continually destroying property within Mill No 5! The owner of this business is nothing if not incredibly pleasant and respectful to all her customers. I can not recommend this business enough.
Ann Antosca: Unbelievably rude and nasty owner who dislikes children. Made a toddler leave store because she touched a stuffed animal. Ridiculed the family by assuming this tidy child had dirty fingers. She was darling sweet baby and very clean. She said that she had spoke. To the family before and I KNOW that it was a different family. The culture of this community has no room for someone who could be so mean to a baby and her mom . Never seen anything like it. I hope it was worth it’ll the business you will lose because of this to destroy this family’s day and possibly week because of the hurt you caused. Karma I feel badly for anyone whose heart let’s them treat an innocent sweet baby this way. It will come back to you. I hope it was worth it to you. How do you sleep at night. Really can’t believe what happened today. My heart breaks for this young family.

Susan Carberry: Does not even deserve 1 star. I was about to look at this business today, when I came upon a disturbing event. A little child went to touch a toy rabbit and was chastised like it was the end of the world. Then proceeded to speak to the mom very unprofessionally. I caught up with the mother later and she was very upset, she and her daughter certainly deserve an apology.

Not only was it better than expected they also threw in two pillows. They also installed a shade in the kitchen at a great price. I will without question use them again and there is no one better....truly!
catherine t: I have had George's Textile (Linda, Bob and Amanda) help me with window treatments and reupholstering for the past 12 years and I wouldn't use anyone else! The shop carries beautiful fabrics for inspiration and if you need awnings, solar panels or shades, you'll find them as well. Linda is friendly, honest and dependable, and her work is perfection. She thinks outside the box and when I tell her what I want, I immediately see the wheels turning in her mind for the best way to execute the project. She has never disappointed and I recommend her over and over to friends and family. George's Textile is quite simply the best.

I brought ideas to the table and Linda gave me suggestions and her expertise and really guided me in the right direction without losing the vision I had in mind. They both had suggestions that I didn’t even know existed. We get compliments on the window treatments all the time. They are knowledgeable, meticulous and professional. Highly recommend!

Nina Hummel: I hired George DeMoulas to organize and oversee repairs to my home. He continually kept asking me for more money and over the course of 2 months, I had given him $48,000, but very little work was actually done. When he asked me for more money, I told him that I had already given him $48,000 and that only about $20,000 worth of work had been done. First he claimed that I did not give him that much money, but I have bank receipts. Then he claimed that he did indeed have $48,000 worth of work done. When I asked to see receipts of the completed work, he became angry. He yelled and screamed at me and refused to complete any more work and refused to reimburse me for any overpayments—all because I asked to see receipts from the work done to compare to the payments that I had made.In the beginning, George acted all friendly and like he was going to be my guardian angel and make sure that my house was repaired before winter. Instead, he cheated an elderly woman on a fixed income.
