M Soryu: they are always so personable and friendly here. I got a cute message on my cup today because I come to this Starbucks SO often. The staff is so sweet and kind, I’ve never had a bad experience here. They always get my day off to a great start. Much love to this Sbux 💗

Jenn Norris: Order on the mobile and always 15 minutes ahead and still had to wait another 10 minutes and saw the person making it I asked for it to be remake since it was all cream. Got an attitude and I always tip when I order ahead. People need to change there attitude

maria domingues: went to this starbucks today because i was craving their almond croissants and sadly found out they don’t do them anymore. first 3 items i ordered they were out of so i decided to try the tomato pesto mozz sandwich. the picture below is what i received for what i believe $5. coffee was awful and service even worse. so disappointed.

ESSAM THABET: Probably one of the bad Starbucks stores and I haven't seen many that are bad. It is a very busy location and their service is spotty so it depends on who you get. Many of their baristas just don't care. They messed up my simple drink countless times and I did not always receive an apology. They are not so keen on knowing their customers. You'd think you walked into a McDonald location on a highway or any one-time service stop while traveling. I'm just glad a new Starbucks store opened just further down the street from this location.

Truth Disclosed: I ordered a black coffee so i wouldn’t have to wait long. I asked to use my reward. Cashier couldn't get the app work. I waited for 11 minutes for my black coffee. It was cold and later I found out that my reward was used in addition to the payment deducted. Time to consider other options.Starbucks quality is diminishing.

Cristina Haverty: Horrible experience for the second time this week. Yesterday my coffee was so bad i had to throw it away. Today I waited 20 min for a tall hot coffee then found out they had to brew it. I asked for a refund because i had to leave. Manager came out but started talking to employees rather than processing the refund. High level incompetence.
