Brendan O'Connor: Between my house and my office there has to be a dozen or more dunkin donuts that wouldn't be more than a 3 minute detour. And of those dozen or more dunks, this is the one I chose to stop at every morning. I order the same large iced coffee and sesame bagel everyday, and the coffee is always great and the bagel is always fresh and prepared exactly how I request it to be. And I order via mobile and my order is always ready for me when I arrive. I really do appreciate these things. They make my mornings more enjoyable and stress free. I found at other dunks I would arrive (10 mins after placing mobile order) and they still wouldn't have started making it yet. Or the coffee would be ready but not the bagel.If you're in the Lowell area I highly recommend this location.

This is where convience becomes very inconvenient especially for mobile app orders as they allow you to order the items only to find out they are out of stock when you get there and there lies the problem. Wish I could give them a higher rating but this has happened multiple times. So be cautious especially when ordering through the mobile app.

Henry Cay: Woman working here was very rude. Ignored my existence for 5 minutes while I waited in line directly in front of the counter. Didn't say anything while she did something with the cash register and repeatedly went to the back room. She didn't make eye contact and smirked when I tried to make it with her, as if she knew she was wasting my time. I decided to leave after 5 minutes of waiting, and the second I did, she asked the other person waiting behind me, who had just gotten there, what they wanted. I felt insulted and I think that was the point. Don't know what her deal is, but I wont be coming back.
