Olivia Zetes: Had a battery light come on as I was driving through mass. I called Eric and he told service I would be right in. Steve was a big help in the service department. It ended up being the alternator. They had the part and were able to fix it that day. It extended my trip home but prevented me getting stranded on 95N and saved me a 3 hour drive back to the dealership!! Will always buy our vehicles here!!!

Richard, our salesperson made this a truly enjoyable experience that we are very grateful for. My husband and I have had terrible car purchasing experiences in the past, and our experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Peabody could not have been more positive. Richard was never pushy and he spent a lot of time talking through all options with us - from certified pre owned to new vehicles. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot that we had questions about - both Jaguar and Land Rover cars. He was kind and had great customer service skills. My husband and I would DEFINITELY purchase another car from Richard. And, as a bonus we absolutely love the F Pace we purchased. It is perfect for our family! We also had a wonderful experience with the Fritz in finance. Everything was easy and he was also super knowledgeable and helpful in all of the options we had for financing the vehicle and added coverage options. We feel we were definitely taken care of from start to finish at Jaguar Land Rover of Peabody!

Smith Charles: Jaguar Peabody is horrible and highly discriminative. I had my car towed there and paid almost 5k for a coolant issue. Now i have a rear brake issue and they're refusing service for no reason at all except the fact that I am a black man. Their customer service rep Ingrid was very rude and refusing to schedule my appointment, why? Besides the obvious, I am a black man. Then she has been screening my calls. Highly discriminative place of business, do not go there or the Norwood location if you are not a white Caucasian or Hispanic. I will also seek legal counsel for discrimination. I bought a Jaguar from the dealership and I can't get my vehicle serviced by Jaguar, Sad! No more Jaguars or Range Rovers.

Bryan Palazzolo: My wife has had her Jaguar for a few years and hasn’t had many issues with it. However regular maintenance is a must. Being a new car when purchased service is thankfully included. One of the “perks” promised with the car was supposed to be what they call “concierge‘s service”. This is where they pick up the car from your home, leave a car for you, preform the service and then swap the cars when it’s done. Well, unfortunately Covid put an end to that whole deal. We weren’t able to receive one of these services and had to bring our car in for scheduled service like peasants. I would be more upset about this however their facilities are nice and the drop off experience is well refined. The best part of the experience is their staff. Nick is so nice and made it very difficult to even remember what was promised when getting the car. He not only did what was promised but he kept me up to date via text message if things didn’t go as planned. The loaner was nice, in fact if I hadn’t of already purchased another car for my wife she would have seriously considered the loaner as her next car. I highly recommend their service because this is not always the case.

John Quealy: Tony the salesman was great helped us through what we were looking at and went in multiple times not sure what we wanted and he helped us get into exactly what we wanted as well as everyone else there from finance to service to parts was great
Vihar Kandi: 2 year update. I purchased a CPO car and sale was great in every aspect. Then came the nightmare when the car needed service. They never have loaners, give you appointments couple months in future (by the time i ran out of warranty - So need to pay for it). Car had emissions issue and had to be in shop 3 times already. Still couldn't fix (no loaner). They towed it (due to emissions using jaguar roadside) and broke something else, so need to extend the service for couple more weeks (no loaner and they couldn't get the claim faster from Jaguar Roadside). Service dept doesn't have enough staff, so they never pickup calls. So you are lucky until the car break downs. once it does, you are on god's good graces as they only get to you car once they have appointment available (so a month or 2). Good luck on your purchases.Update- I did call Noah sanders twice and left a voice mail. No reply till now.. So please dont reply with stuff you cannot handle Jaguar.

When I went for service they told me that my warranty is expired on July 27th and it’s been a week.I am trying to get appointment from last 1 month and they gave slot in August 3rd. Now they are saying my warranty is expired and we can’t perform free service from Jaguar.At least Jaguar should have from courtesy toward the there customers.As they didn’t have any slots to accommodate me.I would definitely not recommend these Jaguar vehicles to anyone.

Tom Acquaviva: I had a little rattle, not a big deal but it was bothering me. I told Tyler, the Service Manager, I thought is was a loose clip on a fender and he said, he'd take care of it. Turns out it was a cracked (something) and wasn't covered under warranty, Tyler said, "I told you I'll take care of it so, don't worry about it". That's has never happened to me and I was blown away - great experience!
Francisco Pena: Straight forward and smooth buying process. Found a pre-owned Honda Passport online at a very competitive price and went in for a test drive With Christian Boller. From test drive to purchase everything went smoothly. There was a bit of a wait to finalize the paperwork with finance, but it was a Sunday afternoon so not entirely unexpected. Good Communication throughout with Christian as well as the sales manager who checked in throughout the entire process. They also had a comfortable waiting area with plenty of coffee and snacks for the wait. I would recommend this dealership for sure.
