Bryan Doyon: Outstanding sushi and service in a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Every sushi roll was fresh and flavorful with some unique and delicious combinations and excellent ingredients. The Aloha roll was outstanding. Service was friendly and helpful - though you may wait a bit for the sushi it is masterfully prepared with care and skill and well worth the wait. Pricing is fair for the quality and on par for the area. We were told the entrees are fusion style and will be back to try them in the future. I cannot recommend Nobo enough for any lovers of sushi nearby.

M M: While other sushi restaurants in the area went downhill during and after Covid, this restaurant continues to serve quality sushi. I get takeout from this place weekly and it is so amazing. I love the speciality roles since they aren’t completely covered by mayo or eel sauce. The sauces complement the sushi and don’t overwhelm it. Also the service is amazing, we love the staff here! They make us feel so welcome.

Nobo is worth a visit!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable appetizers and a few veggie sushi. There's no (V) marker on menu items, but a few items mention vegetarian in their description. Ask the server and they will happily tell you about cross-contamination / cooking methods if that's a concern!
