It felt like the staff didn't have any idea of what they were supposed to do and were oblivious that we very upset.

Wendy Ashe: We had lunch delivered to the table. My son removed the onions from his Pho, as there were a lot of them and he doesn't like onions. Then minutes later the waiter returns to the table and says he gave the wrong Pho to my son. He proceeded to pick up the soup, walk over to another patron five tables from ours, who had his back to us and give it to him. We were stunned. He then returned to the table with a bowl of onions telling the patron that he noticed there weren't many onions in his Pho so he brought him extra. Very disappointing as we have eaten there in the past and the food was good. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Michael Billings: I haven't tried too much but the Mee KaTang was really flavorful and the wonton soup was quite good. Although, as with most things, the takeout version isn't as good as in restaurant. There was lots of good lemongrass flavor in the broth and a good amount of wontons. Most places you're lucky to get two, I got 4 or 5. I'll need to get a good variety next time.

Jeff Bickford: This place needs a lot more staff. I was seated promptly but it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to come over to take my order. The food was out within 8 minutes. That was it for seeing anyone come over. After eating I waited 20 more minutes, within this time I saw 2 other tables leave because no one came over to their table, I got up and went to the register to ask for my bill so I could pay and leave for the concert I was going to.The food was good but not worth the long wait for service.

They said it’s not all you can eat and we were only allowed one sushi order per person and no more.Fun facts, the place was dead for weeks every time I drove pass it, even on the weekend, three cars most. I felt bad and decided to convinced my friends to go for the first time as I love sushi.Now it’s my last time and their last time.This was around 2010-2011.

The whole platter was refried crab Rangoon, chicken wings, egg rolls, and the rice was burned aswell. The crab Rangoon taste like rubber :/ The hot and sour soup had no vegetables, bamboo or anything, just tofu and mushrooms. My mom still ate it because she had spend so much money, and we don’t waste food but almost 70 dollars worth and the quality was not good. They are blessed that my mom told me no for returning the food and asking for the money back. The only thing that was good was the sushi and the delivery man, he was nice. But over all, I will not be ordering from here again.

Darcy Snow: Hands down best Chinese food in much of the state. I don't live in Lowell anymore and have had very bad luck finding food as good as here. My husband and I still come for dine in or take out every couple months when visiting family.For dine in the presentation is spectacular.....you MUST try chicken teriyaki... huge and extremely tasty.Say hi to Dana and Kevin and their beautiful girls!!

The foody goody was as I expected as the lot was empty and the tables were as well no buffets just the menu to get anything on it well as fried rice . Egg rolls, Romain, crab Rangoon, and I specifically like my towed chicken . But everything was the worst nothing on that table was not only the look of it the taste was like having leftovers 3 times over. Then the hot and sour soup, chicken wings never came to the table. Yes we ordered that too . I ate a quarter of a plate. Then asked if we wanted to take it home lol. Well she took it I was out . But mentioned the soup and chicken wings . Here it is the best part says well I thought you would be full. Lol. Are you kidding! Asked for it. wanted us to pay for it no w as a separate order. No never go there it's a warning and if you read my reviews. You'd take my advice on this one. You no there's a great Chinese restaurant at the leminster mall , it's called chopsticks. parking lot is full , people are inside. A nice bar to sit and eat tables is clean and the buffet is just what it's supposed to be. Haven't been in a while but for all the list of what I see . It's worth the trip.

Youjeen Kang: They had the best boneless spareribs I’ve ever had. Juicy, lightly charred, and not overwhelmingly sweet. It was addictive and the other Chinese dishes were good too. I enjoyed the crab rangoons and the dumplings were massive.Sushi is decent and you get your moneys worth. The eel was my favorite. The nigiri has a lot of rice but most all you can eat places do. The salmon maki was really good and so was the yellowtail sashimi.We went for the sushi but was impressed by the other things on the menu more. For $25 can’t really complain! Would come back again.Parking: Plenty of parking, they have their own lot which is super nice for the Lowell area!

C S: Their food has great flavor and the service is good. The freshness of the takeout food is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get food that tastes stale like it's from the night before. The wrap used for the crab rangoons really sucks. It gets really hard and chewy. When you buy crab rangoons, the wrap is supposed to be crispy. They should change the wrap used for these. Still one of the better Chinese food places I've tried in the area.

I like their seafood soup and shrimp. They do server a wide spread of fresh fruits and desserts. Place is clean, their service is quick. It’s easy to get a table on a weekday. Weekends very occasionally there could be some wait time. But yes, the wait is not going to be too long.

The buffet is slightly overpriced for the quality, Be aware they add a 15% gratuity in the check (legal?), so do not tip on the check total.
