Kristie LaMarche: Wagner Development worked with us on creating our downstairs master bedroom, master bathroom project. This evolved into work in the foyer and taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This project entailed a little bit of everything...flooring, smoothing ceilings, moving thermostats and heating ducts, removing windows, installing a gas fireplace, exterior siding work, painting inside and out as well as plumbing and tiling. We even added a bathroom renovation last minute onto the project of which WD was gracious and accommodating. She was absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive to all our calls, e-mails and many questions, and incredibly detail-oriented. We had a small 1950's footprint to work with and an odd layout with various existing door placements, but Amanda made it work for us, fitting a lot of storage into a compact space. The end result was a beautiful, bright, large open kitchen & dining space that our family now spends most of our time in. Perfect for family game nights and having friends over to mingle around the new spacious kitchen island! Sean Merrow: Their name says it all. Their specialty is clearly on kitchens (though I'm sure they would do a wonderful job on a bathroom). The experience with SK was second to none, from the initial meeting, to design and review, planning, scheduling and installation.When you start, you'll be provided with drawings and exhaustive details about what they will and won't do, and what (if anything) you'll be on the hook to do. They allow you to take on the role of a contractor, if you have enough expertise to do so, and as long as you can stay within the schedule (I did demo of old kitchen and all the flooring). Once the schedule is locked down, you can count on it. I'm amazed at how much they stuck to it and how quickly they were done.SK had the dumpster delivered, set up a porta-potty outside, pulled all required permits, and arranged everything. They supply you with an app where you can track the entire project, including tons of before and after photos, right on your phone. The app is also a great line of communications with the entire team. You don't even need to leave your house to make a payment or mail it in. Quentara Costa: Kitchens by Lombco did an amazing job turning my master bathroom designs into reality. While the end result is beautiful, it's the process that I appreciated the most. I had particularly been dreading 3 things: workers being no-shows; final touches never being completed; and construction dust coating the entire master bedroom making it unusable. They ensured none of that happened. Someone showed up nearly everyday, all the final touches are done, and we were able to sleep in our room the entire time. They also worked with me on some of the unique features I wanted, such as a personal sauna that was shipped from Wisconsin! It felt like anything was possible as long as I gave them notice and a photo.

B Florek: I do not recommend this location. The sales associate was always busy, misquoted, continuously interrupted me, and raised her voice when I asked questions. I’ve been in sales for 24 years and thus gave the sales associate a second chance after I was abruptly spoken to on day one. At the third encounter, when I inquired to my revised quote (that was already late) the communication was worse. I will be giving my business to a local competitor.

It is clear that blaming the customer for bad customer service is your motto. How dare I walk into a public showroom and shame on me for going to that business to take advantage of special that you were advertising.

Phyllis Craig: Paula was very helpful with the kitchen design and accommodated our own design preferences readily. The kitchen turned out beautifully except for flaws in installation. The installer they recommended quit without straightening out the cabinets which were hung crookedly after saying they would fix it, and the light rail molding was installed with nails that were too long that punctured 24 holes in the front of the molding. It was not all corrected because he ran out of molding and didn't want to be bothered. Then the under cabinet lights went out and stopped working right after the molding was put on. He refused to respond to calls to have the electrician who wired this to fix it. Nor have I been able to get another electrician to fix it because they said they didn't know where the other electrician put the "driver." The hardwood floors were scraped, as well, and had to be completely refinished, which he did take care of. He was a nice person but took shortcuts at times that caused problems and more work in the end. Norfolk, though they recommended him, has yet to make sure he finishes the job adequately, so until that happens, I can't give them what they would otherwise deserve as far as a recommendation.

Even though our kitchen was remodeled 10 years ago, the design that Jackie Smith did for us is timeless. We are selling our Merrimack house and moving to the coast. Every buyer that viewed this home has said the kitchen is beautiful. All the extra details, spice drawer (my favorite), peg board dish drawer and design we have come to enjoy over the years.
