Phil Pedone: Two different service dispatchers(Casey,Marie) blew me off for 2 weeks , made 5 appointments to fix 1 piece of commercial equipment in a large function facility , said that they would be there 5 different times and never showed up or called. Do not even bother to call these people, complete waste of time .
Pandsub s: worst service, take long time ( couple of days) to solve the problem...do not trust them if they say that they will come back in a month if something goes wrong with the appliance they repaired verbally as they wont come back to repair again even though the appliance they repaired is broke down in a week of repair unless you pay them in advance.

I was helped by a wonderful individual who I unfortunately forgot her name. But she showed me the different uses of a knife and different purposes for them. Also recommended a book on knives and even some breakfast food tailored to eggs. What a joyous experience. I will be coming back to kitchen outfitters to buy more knives and pots ready to get my kitchen ready to cook, hungry for more.

Bernard Farrell: Kitchen Outfitters is a fun place to visit with a wide selection of all sorts of cooking and baking equipment. They offer serving dishes, napkins, bowls, pretty much anything you might want for your kitchen. And they're prices aren't outrageous.I took a class with my wife called For the Love of Chocolate, which gave a potted history of chocolate and how it's made. We then got to see how chocolate is tempered and made some goodies to take home with us. Great fun all round. They have classes on knife skills and various types of cooking.The folks are very friendly and helpful, I've shopped there many times and always found it worthwhile.
