Klarisa Gaskins: I called this dealership to make an appt as they sent me a notification to come in for maintenance. While I didn’t purchase my car from this dealership, my car originally came from this dealership. I was immediately told that they would have to charge me a $900 diagnostic fee since I didn’t but my car from them so that they could “know everything about my car.” This is my first need for maintenance for this vehicle and, so far, the dealerships are the worst to deal with.

Scott Silva: I went looking at an evoque, which I did not buy , but Jon Parker was great to deal with, the dealership is very nice, no pressure, relaxed atmosphere. A few moths later I decided I wanted a Land Rover so I met with Jonathan Parker again. I liked the way he was informative but not pushy the last time I was there so I made an appointment to meet and order a defender.After my order he stayed in touch over the 5 or 6 months it took to for it to arrive giving frequent status updates.I would highly recommend this store as well as Jon Parker. You won’t find pushy, high pressure people in this store.A pleasure to fo business with.

Edgar Torres: Took a used Land Rover Evoque because AC was not shooting cold air, they told me it would cost 370 to add gas. I returned to pick up, they told me there were leaks and I needed two small pipes to be repaired, the quote was about 3400 dlls. I told them I could not pay that much, but asked them to fill up the gas meanwhile, and would consider it for the future. I picked up the vehicle drove couple of miles and they left parts under the hood unsecured flopping with the air. I returned the fixed it. I then took to another Land Rover mechanic in MA, they check for leaks, and there were no leaks, I insisted that the dealer told me they had leaks, they showed me the machine personally to verify that there were no leaks. Also they never added gas like they promised me. I payed 150 dlls to get the AC again this time in MA with new gas and no leaks. Also, while they had the evoke they triggered an open hood light that was not there when I took the vehicle to them. I found out later that it was the mechanics that did not secured certain parts while checking the so called leak. It is sad to see how they take advantage of customers who bring used vehicles to them, trying to make us pay for non existent issues, lying us about adding gas or requiring new parts just to make the monthly quota, This for me represents greed and no ethical values at all.NEW RECENT REPLY:On top of that, they try to dismiss my review, by falsely claiming that my vehicle was not serviced at their location. Matt Davidson: Bought a used vehicle end of October, a small issue came to light within a month. I spoke with Travis who sold the car about the issue, he was quick and professional In his response. Noah the service manager walked me through there process and I never felt in the dark, he was as transparent as he could be as the vehicle I purchased was another make. All in all, it seems everyone at Land Rover Bedford will go the extra mile to make sure there customers are happy. Would highly recommend this dealership.
Jessica Martin: Was it my accent...the fact that I am Latin or that I am a woman? I left that dealership feeling awful, the salesman didn't even bother asking me if I had money to put down towards the Lease I was asking about or even worse he didn't even show me any of the cars...he literally stopped me at the door and had NO INTEREST at all in selling or showing me anything. Very condescending and rude . So Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 it is.

While waiting (in a very comfortable, great wifi customer lounge) I inquired of their pre owned inventory and within hours left with a glorious pre owned LR4. Every staff member that I encountered was pleasant, professional, and concerned about my comfort (water and snacks always offered). The reasons that I remain a Land Rover loyalist include the quality of the vehicles and the consistent service orientation at the dealerships. I did not buy the most expensive car on the lot, but was treated as if I had. Especially in today's world, that level of service is very much appreciated!

L R: I have had three encounters with the Range Rover service department in Bedford, New Hampshire and each time they have given me cause to doubt their commitment to their own “excellent customer service“ motto.For starters, what I can only assume is called the Extra Special Excellent Customer Service appears to be reserved only for those customers that bought their car at this specific branch in Bedford. While having my car repaired I learned that loaner cars appear to be reserved solely for the individuals who they personally made a sales commission on, and not the rest of us plebeian owners.They also seem to put avarice before service in other ways. I drive my car very little and its mileage is low and I had already had it recently serviced. Despite that, and despite me providing them the records of that, they pressured me to repeat the replacement of a number of other newly replaced things and full service for what I thought at most would be a routine oil change. I politely declined that after confirming with my home dealership that a full service was unnecessary at this time.Next, I realized that my vehicle had been missing a front plate bracket at the time of purchase and I declined getting charged for this by this Bedford branch, an item they would otherwise provide had I purchased my car with them and classily they cancelled the complimentary car wash that comes with every car check up and service with the comment that “I must have told someone I was in a rush”. The missing front plate bracket was sent to me by dealership of purchase in Monroeville Pennsylvania and when I returned to this Bedford branch to have it placed they once again appear to nickel and dime for something that would be a customer courtesy and the service manager again responded that they won’t pay for labor for vehicle that was not purchased with them.Finally, they charged an “Environmental fee” while re-clipping my front bumper and I am not certain what was hazardous with a bumper that would need to be environmentally discarded.The receipt they give you at the cashier’s desk asks to please let them know if you do not think that their customer service was excellent, and I took them up on that offer and expressed my concerns to the service manager there. He gave me a generic “I’m sorry you feel that way.” platitudes that really means he’s sorry you’re here and that way is the door.I will not be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. There is better service at a better price, more in line with the Range Rover brand, a short drive across the border to Massachusetts. But wherever you choose, please do remember—Classy places shine. They don’t nickel and dime.

The Bedford Land Rover/ Jaguar of NH also came recommended to me. It’s easy to get too and I was pleased with my car buying experience. Normally purchasing a vehicle is a painful experience. Something I dread. The folks at Bedford Land Rover were pleasant, not phony or high pressure, and attentive. I worked with Jonathan Parker and he couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful. We had a test drive and he made my choice to buy from them easy. He was helpful in getting me the car build I WANTED, in a timely fashion. And during Covid buying an automobile isn’t as simple. He really worked at making my purchase simple and getting a car I wanted. They also pay attention to detail and work with you in a timely fashion. Being a 63 year old single woman, I couldn’t have been treated better.

Turns out it was a cracked (something) and wasn't covered under warranty, Tyler said, "I told you I'll take care of it so, don't worry about it". That's has never happened to me and I was blown away - great experience!
Francisco Pena: Straight forward and smooth buying process. Found a pre-owned Honda Passport online at a very competitive price and went in for a test drive With Christian Boller. From test drive to purchase everything went smoothly. There was a bit of a wait to finalize the paperwork with finance, but it was a Sunday afternoon so not entirely unexpected. Good Communication throughout with Christian as well as the sales manager who checked in throughout the entire process. They also had a comfortable waiting area with plenty of coffee and snacks for the wait. I would recommend this dealership for sure.

Daren Lawrence: Went in over the weekend to test drive one car but wasn't quite sure what I wanted to be perfectly honest. Mark was extremely patient, showed me through some inventory at his desk based on my feedback. We had a great conversation and he took me out to look at a couple that it sounded were a good fit, I walked out the door and was immediately drawn to an Infinti Q60 red sport.Tonight, 5 days later it's sitting in my garage thanks to an incredibly helpful, polite and just great group of people! Oh and with 4 new tires that they insisted on putting on because the existing set were showing signs of wear - I didn't ask for this; they just did it. How refreshing to go to a car dealership with that kind of standard!Thank you so much Gustavo, Mark and John for making my car-buying experience flawless! Honest, hard-working group of people. I can't say enough. If you're in the market for a special car, this is the place and group to see. I plan on purchasing from the Highline group going forward. Period. That's due to a great team!

Andy Mullendore: I purchased a 2016 Mclaren 650s from this dealer about 2 years ago. I have put at least 65-75k into this car since getting it and it still is not right. Paint was fading when I got it, they didn’t disclose this and honestly I didn’t notice until someone pointed out a couple of months later. It had a flat tire and a key fob that was taped together even. They sold me a car that had unbelievable need for repairs and you would never know if you didn’t take it to a mclaren dealer to have looked at either that or they just lied (one of the two). So if you have a real strong desire to purchase a mclaren DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Learn from my 75k mistake not to mention the loss I’m going to now take on a trade. Go spend 100k on something else!
Adam Blair: Drove 11 hours to buy a Jeep from them. Why? Because this dealership has some of the most beautiful and unique cars trucks and jeeps in the country. Secondly I can’t say enough about the fantastic way I was treated through the whole process. Very professional and painless process. I couldn’t be more happy with the overall service I received from this team.Will consider this dealership again for my next purchase in the future even at a 11 hour drive.

Jon Burkett: I recently had an appalling experience with Highline Motor Group in Lowell, Massachusetts. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a used truck from them, but were ultimately dissatisfied with the service we received.The sales manager, Gustavo, was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout our interactions. He berated me on the phone and made baseless claims about how I was the reason for the paperwork issues we were experiencing. It was clear that he had little regard for my concerns or questions.To make matters worse, we were told that the dealership was not willing to register the vehicle correctly for us since we would need it to be registered out of state. We are from another state, but are renting in NH while we attend university. Gustavo was trying to register the truck in NH even though we told him we wanted it to be registered in our home state, as that is where we have everything else registered. This is all common sense and legal; I even sent the information regarding registration for students in NH to HMG. If the registration was not properly filed in our home state it would be a major issue for us, as it would have caused significant complications in the future.After a heated call with Gustavo where he accused us, among other things, of trying to not pay sales tax on the truck (even though our home state has sales tax and that is where we wanted to register the vehicle) we decided to cancel the deal (after I told Gustavo that, he switched his tune to that he was doing us a favor registering in NH so that we didn’t have to pay tax???). I then contacted Charles, the president of Highline Motor Group. To his credit, he was apologetic and understanding about the situation. He recognized that Gustavo's behavior was out of line and expressed his regrets. Charles said that if there was anything he could do for us to let him know. So after talking with my wife, who was extremely hesitant about working with the dealership anymore, we emailed him with a few things that would make us feel better about trying to work out a deal again. I didn’t hear back from Charles personally, but was called the next day by John, the GM of the Lowell location. He apologized for Gustavo’s behavior again, and then proceeded to make excuses for why they couldn’t meet our requests. One being the trade in value of our current vehicle, which they weren’t willing to work with us on, despite me having a KBB trade in value and other examples of similar vehicles. Our other request being that they would register the newly purchased truck in our home state in a timely manner. The excuse for that was either, there would be an issue due to the bank not financing the purchase because they would have to change the address the dealership entered (the NH rental address) to our actual permanent address (again, they screwed that up despite repeatedly warning them); or the vehicle we wanted had too many miles to be financed by the bank. As for the registration itself, John claimed that it could take 5 or 6 weeks to complete, despite the fact that my wife and I have purchased vehicles in NH and had them registered in our home state before and it never taking anywhere near that long. At that point I simply stated that I wish they would have been upfront about their inability to complete the deal as we requested, and that would have saved us all time and headaches.Overall, my experience with Highline Motor Group was disappointing. While the president's response was appreciated, the poor treatment we received from Gustavo was unacceptable, and John’s response was lackluster and felt lazy. I would not recommend this dealership to others based on my experience.
steve siotas: I bought 2 cars from high line motor group and love em. A 2016 ford explorer platinum and a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Love both these vehicles. The people there are fabulous to work with. I wouldn’t dream about going anywhere else. The selection of vehicles is incredible!
Matt Morais: Had a great car buying / trading experience with Rocky. Unlike other dealers I went to, I wasn't put on a mailing list and getting calls 3 times per day. The Highline Group was truly no pressure, and very logical when it came to pricing and working to an agreement we were both comfortable with. 10/10 car buying experience, far superior to the dealerships I have worked with in the past.On pick up day, the car was freshly maintenanced and detailed inside and out. The final payment was simple and easy, and I couldn't thank the Highline Group more for being understanding with the hoops certain banks make you go through for wire transfers and cashiers checks. They even canceled my old plates, got me new ones, and had the car registered at pickup. All I had to do was swap my insurance!Thank you Rocky, and all those involved.. this was an awesome, stress free experience!!!

Isaiah Cortijo: I made an appointment for a test drive today, and upon arrival the salesman requested I run a credit check and agree upon price and financing before I've even seen the car I came to look at. Extremely unprofessional and I immediately left within the few minutes we sat down. The most ironic part is I wouldn't be financing at all and would be paying in full, but Rocky was more concerned with his commission.

Chris Lark: I will always bring my business to Highline Motor Group! Recently purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne and the sales experience with John, Gustav and Rockey was excellent. Treated me like I was family. 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle, I had an issue with an oil leak. Spoke with John the General Manager who got Chris their Service Manager involved and the vehicle was taken in and within 72 hours car was fixed, washed and waiting for me. Charlie the President and owner personally called me to let me know there would be no charge (this was a costly repair) and personally made sure I was taken care of. When I came to pick the vehicle up John the GM and my Sales consultant Rocky were there to greet me and walk me though the list of what was replaced during the service work. Charlie also came to thank me again for my business. Very hard to find a dealership that offers a service like this. I've had a relationship with Highline Motor Group going back 13 years, 5-6 cars and this relationship will continue. Thank you, Charlie, and team! Keep up the excellent work!!
