Sasha Cook: I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist at the Bartlett Street office...she has short blonde hair. She went out of her way to get me a sooner appointment at a convenient time when someone at the Chelmsford office had mistakenly told me my appointment wasn't canceled when it actually was. I had to finagle my way to get out of work early and literally ran to my appointment just to have it be canceled. She could tell I was frustrated but was very sympathetic. She made the frustrating experience much better. I will try to get her name

The receptionist was really nice and helped me located the office over the phone; as well as the ophthalmologist assistant and ophthalmologist Willard, that I’ve been seeing for years on the Chelmsford and Tewskbury location!🙂 I’m glad I came by today and got my concerns and questions answered regarding my eye today. Thank you guys!

Richard Hoban: Great experience
Christine Levesque: Saturday hours 8-1pm. called at 11:30. initial message stated to speak to a receptionist, hang on the line. Receptionist answered and would not take the time to make an appointment. Was told they were "closing soon" and had a skeleton crew and to call back on Monday? Very rude service, disappointed to say the least. If you cant take appointments on a Saturday during your "open hours" you should state that in your recorded message and website. I will be going elsewhere.
Colleen Kelly: My appointment was at 2:10. It's 3:25 and I have yet to be seen by the doctor.. everyone in the waiting room has been waiting forever.
kevin cawley: They were so nice. We were out of town, had an issue, needed assistance, they squeezed us in and then we went to the wrong place. The teams were incredibly nice and helpful. I can't stress how awesomely helpful they were.

Phyllis Brown: On two occasions (of 2), front desk staff rude and unaccomodating. Surprise extra billings as going through the appt., even though I'd called in advance to ask about charges. The professional staff were great, but the office management is not the most pleasant to deal with. For example, today, arrived for 8am appt with my husband 5 minutes early and door was locked. We see 3 staff inside at desk and in hallway, so knocked on door, no one even looked up. Cold outside, so went back to car. "OPEN" light sign at side window never lit up, so at 3 past the hour, went came back to go in. Front desk lady says, "we never use that sign," and in regard to having knocked a few minutes earlier, "we open at 8 ." Nothing more. I'll be checking out another office for future needs. This office does not deserve my business.
Brianna G: So unfriendly , not accommodating , seems like they have rules against everything so can’t ever do a complete appointment for contacts /exam. The people at the front and answering the phones are more rude than the people you speak to at the DMV. Never had a good experience when going there, only went a couple times because we lived extremely close so it made sense at the time. Such a bad experience each time I went there and so happy I won’t be going back.
Davina Sileance Callahan: Absolute nightmare, I’ll never go back. I went in with the intention of getting new glasses and a prescription for contact lenses. They failed to inform me that some of the procedures they were doing would not be covered by my insurance, never had me pick out frames or measured my pupillary distance or anything like that so I could order new frames online (since, you know, they never even offered to let me look at glasses) and apparently didn’t know how to process my insurance for what WAS covered. I ended up stuck there so long I missed my OBGYN appointment that was scheduled for more than 2 hours after my eye appointment. They had me pay a copay on arrival and then when I was getting ready to leave informed me that I owed them an additional $79 because the Dr had me put in a pair of disposable contacts and “meet her back in the exam room.” They printed a copy of my updated prescription “for my records” and informed me that if I wanted contacts it would be just about $600 a year for the kind they thought I should have. They never once offered me any options with the contacts, just told me the brand and specific type they thought was best and nothing else was even allowed to be considered. When I mentioned to them that I had Crizol on my current lenses and absolutely hated it, they completely disregarded what I said and put in the system that I should have crizol on my new lenses (that they then failed to offer or even discuss). Absolute waste of my time and money, and I would much rather have gone and had my uterus poked and prodded than have gone to this appointment. I sincerely regret showing up. I’m furious.

Kevin Fraser: The Hudson office is smaller than the Nashua location but don't let that dissuade you - they are very efficient and competent and the office location is conveniently located. When I arrived the wait was not that long and the front of the office appeared orderly and organized. One thing I didn't like was that during the check-in process you are requested to scan your drivers license into their system? You can choose 'you don't have it' but I found that part weird that they would even ask.Dr. Patel is EXCELLENT. She is Intelligent, Effective, Precise - the kind of Doctor I want working on my eyes. I'm new to this office (last eye exam was 15 years ago) and Dr. Patel immediately put me at ease with her calm straightforward approach. Happy with the service received!
Charles Dunn: The doctors are top notch. They answered all my questions in English, not Latin. The support staff were helpful and friendly. The optician side of the shop handled everything well. I have two new sets of glasses from them and I am very happy with them.

I would recommend Nashua Eye Associates, Plus they have a huge selection of eye wear in house.

Arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment, was not seen till 4:00, then on check out it took 15 min to schedule my next appointment which was never scheduled because after 15min the scheduler realized she was scheduling for the wrong location. Freaken pathetic, i told them to call me when they got their act together, they still havent called me, i guess that says a lot.

James Haldane: If you want bad service, to be charged $ 400.00 for a pair of frames that sell online by numerous vendors for under $65.00 this is the place to go. Customer Service; they don’t know the meaning of the word. Oh, and they will not provide you with your ‘PD’ distance if you get an eye exam from them which you need to get your eye proscription done at another lab that charges 1/3 the price and can do it in less than half the time frame. Don’t be a victim of their bad business practices!
Carl Branco: STAY AWAY! The worse eye related optical service I’ve had in over 20 years. Where shall I start, I had an appointment for 9:00 AM, wasn’t called into a waiting room until 9:40, was seen by a technician which did all the measurements; not an optometrist; not what I’m normally accustomed to, but ok. I paid the co-pay in full before leaving the office but they are still sending me a bill. They are billing my insurance company for services which they did not provide me with (diabetic optical images of my eyes), and here is what really gets to me; they will not give me a ‘pd’ measurement (distance measurement between eye retina’s) claiming that it is the office policy because; assumption on my part, they want to force their patients to buy their overpriced limited selection frames from them rather than having a lab or someone else do the job for 1/3 the price of putting my prescription lenses into my Oakley titanium & carbon frames that I purchased for $ 429.00 elsewhere. Did I mention that their attitude is horrible and they are in serious need an attitude adjustment! Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to go, they seem to be a lot more interested in your wallet rather than your good vision!

Ivania Parker: Been going there since my buckle surgery 5 years ago to see their specialists and get regular contacts and glasses. Great place, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Joseph Walsh: Been going to Mass eye for years. I see Dr Kim or Dr Yi. Both are phenomenal and very kind but also great surgeons as well. Not big talkers but great at what they do. Reception is nice and check in can be done by scanning qr code with cell phone. Bookings are done many months out.
Nancy D.: Went to see Dr. Bolliger for a very sore left eye. Had to wait over 30 minutes and my eye was throbbing and any light was killing me. He said I had a tear and gave me a gel antibiotic and no pain killer even though my eye was throbbing and I had to keep closed. Luckily my cousin is an ophthalmologist in Oregon and was able called in Ofloxacin and Ketorolac Tromethamine. Felt better in 30 minutes. Useless!
john ruggiero: While the staff was very professional, my surgeon behaved very unprofessionally when he handed me a letter proselytizing his religion. Avoid this practice if that isn't what you want from your doctor.
ttadams Adams: Great experience. Most of all, now I can function without eye glasses from day one. No glasses since age 14. Imagine that ? I will need glasses for driving. Doctor David Yi is a superb surgeon. He has a great deal of experience, attentive, highly skilled, and highly professional. His assessment and successful surgery led me to much improved vision. You cannot ask more for eye surgeon. The anesthesiologist who attended me was superb. I felt completely at ease knowing that I was in good hands. Nurse at the operating room, Pat was awesome, provided a comfort and feeling of trust. Ally, Certified Opthalmic Assistant, excellent, Celine, surgery coordinator, excellent, Brook, In taker, excellent, other nurses, assistants, office staff all very kind and pleasant. I highly recommend this practice!!

S. Fortier: I dreaded this visit because of COVID-19, but I was pleasantly relieved. I was called in (I sat in my car) when they were ready for me, had my temperature taken, asked to use hand sanitizer. I felt very comfortable with the precautions the entire office has taken; everyone was wearing a mask, including the person at the desk. I've always liked Massachusetts Eye Associates, and I appreciate all that they are doing during this pandemic.
