Rollie Pollie: I’ve been coming to this laundromat for about two years now & I never seen the lady with the short hair cut ever seem amused or looked like she enjoyed life not even a little bit. The two older ladies are always the sweetest, welcoming & kindest employees, extremely helpful, and give you the warmest feeling. The employee with the short hair, always has earphones in, which there’s nothing wrong, but never really welcoming, always rude, and has a grouchy miserable face with TERRIBLE customer service on top. Always questions why customers are doing what they’re doing, miserable and just always down. Never seen her smile in the last two years. If you’re unhappy, quit your job. She darkens the bright happy environment she’s in.

Barbara Heng: It's more pricier than other laundromats but it also washes your clothes quicker and dry it faster. The negative thing is they dont let customers know that if you have a token which is equivalent to a dollar and your machine only needs 50cents and you put in the token, the washer or dryer machine does not give you your change back and also you can't trade in your token for quarters. Which I think is illegal? There's no sign that they cant exchange tokens for quarters and machines don't give change.

At the Bridge st location.Isabelle is by far the most amazing tech you have.However since the remodel after the flood, I have been LESS THAN HAPPY.Twice now I’ve dropped off my clothes around noon, I can clearly see there is not a lot of WDF laundry and have called to check on it 6 hours later...and told they can’t get to it till tomorrow.The first girl today assured me the second girl would have it done tonight.But the afternoon girl said “well this lady called and said she needs it tonight..”6 hours ago I was assured my laundry would be ready tonight.. now I’m being told 9.5 hours isn’t enough time???Bring Isabelle back!!! Give her more hours!

Olga Castillo: I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have been coming here to the in and out since they had only one site open. I am at the point where I don't like coming here on Mondays due to the fact the place looks filthy and the lady working is very rude. I would hate to leave doing my laundry here because I might have to since I don't feel comfortable anymore.

John Pyers: It's a clean site with a variety of different sizes Electrolux washers that are pretty new. Staff are welcome, friendly and helpful. The machines are very well maintained for the most part. There is plenty of room, seating, rolling carts, and several folding tables. Token and change machines are well stocked, and many machines can use an app on your phone for payment.

Jessica Marion: All the staff has always been great, helpful and kind except for one. I do not know her name but her hair is really short and she wears glasses she usually is at night. She locks the door by 8 and you have to bang on the door and then she gets mad, she yelled at my 8 year old daughter and told her to leave to get a mask on when it was no longer mandatory, she is never helpful. Isabelle, Michelle and the other young lady who has long dark hair are very no ice, sweet and always helpful. I do know when customers fin do out the one that is rude will be coming in they rush to get there laundry down because it's not just to o me as he was beyond rude. Other than her I have had no problems with anyone else.
K. L.: Shrunk two brand new tops. And we obviously have different definitions of folding/wrinkle free. Favorite part is that the stuff that was concerned about shrinking was literally set in a completely separate bag for them and they said they would handle those clothes accordingly. There’s also white power on some of my clothes? Which there shouldn’t be. It doesn’t seem they used my liquid laundry detergent… which is a big deal with skin allergies, so if they used a powdered version that isn’t mine… then these clothes are dangerous for me to wear. They also used half the bottle of fabric softener… so please tell me why none of my clothes smell like it, or even have any smell? Like these don’t smell like fresh, clean laundry. They’re just… well, at least they don’t smell bad? But seriously, why was I given an entire bottle of detergent back? And am I about to live a nightmare of rashes? Who knows?Not worth $60.Hi Jack- I don’t know. I was sick, so it was both dropped off and picked up for me. But the clothes that should not have been dried were literally put in a separate bag. So additionally, all my Nike shorts also shrunk. At least 4 pairs, all somewhat new. A pair of linen dress pants, and three new dress tops (one linen, one a linen mix, and a third one… a fabric that shouldn’t even shrink in the dryer…)

LoisyVoicy: Used to be good but they went down hill in 2023. Firstly, the front area of the steps are always wet and I fell once and hurt my back. I just shook to off as it was raining that day but it may be a danger hazard to children and elderly patrons. Dryers were good, I do not care if I have to pay (they recently started to charge) but its ridiculous that the dryers now do not completely dry your clothes in 2 cycles on high heat. I would rate this place 5 stars before but they will only receive 1 star from me until they do something.

Aracely: DRYERS ARE NOT FREE ANYMORE. They won’t remove the signs. It’s a catch. They know once you wash you have to dry. Machines won’t last for one quarter. You will add about another dollar just to dry. The machines also smell. Clothes comes out smelling like sewer water. Very disappointed.

Mary Gordon: Much to my surprise, it is no longer “free” to dry your clothes here! Technically, they were never really free because you charge way to much to wash. The washers just kept increasing in price. In the beginning it was a good place to come but now, not so much. Signage would have been a good idea. You need to let people know they now have to pay for dryers. The only signs posted state that dryers are free for a limited time. (Same signs all these years later). I didn’t save any money today! Not a very good business practice!😡

I typically go to this laundromat to grab some change for laundry but this time the lady didn't allow me to get change. The place was still open, it was well before the final wash time, but I was turned away for some reason. In stead of arguing I simply took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed, and confused.

jennita peou: Horrible experience. Came to do laundry here because my washer in the building wasn't working. The large washer said it was $5, but the one next to it said $6.50. I didn't think anything of it. However when I started putting my quarters in I noticed one time the price didn't decrease. It happened two more times before I told the employee or owner. She came and saw that I had placed the rest of my quarters above the washer, took them and put the rest in the machine even though she saw that it sometimes didn't work; used it all and had to use 2 of hers (mind you this is a $10 roll I just got from Market Basket). I asked her if I could get at least $1 back since it took some money, she opened the slot where all the quarters are; counted and said there was only $5 and the machines are $6.50. She basically said she couldn't give me money back because I didn't even put enough money in. I told her that she saw some of the money didn't go through. She still wouldn't so instead of arguing with her, knowing there was a language barrier I just told her to forget it.
PATTY PERRY: hi,i went here at least 3 times and every time i went i saw what this lady below me saw as well ,ewwwww cockroaches and i know i would never ever eat at that pizza place next door,i know there are people that come in and bring there friends aka roaches,with them and i know there is really nothing anyone can do about it,but i know if i was the owner ,i would dam well make sure i had that place exterminated for the one reason,he is losing alot of money because right now i do not have a washer and dryer ,and i will def keep going to the nice much cleaner place on chelmsford street,oh yah def not this place,so you,aka owner,are never getting my money again,thank you
Scum Cleaner: Although I am very disappointed with the overall experience, I will say I am happy that I made out without any issues (clothes seemed to be clean). I would recommend replacing the line of washers where washer number 9 is. There are cockroaches within the washer visible on the washer screen that displays the coin amount. The best bet is to get the owner of that plaza to renovate the entire building, in and out, to say the least. It is disgusting to know there is a running pizza shop on the other side of the separating wall.

Roy C White Jr: Good laundry place, location is pretty busy, the street side that is Westford street, large washers and dryers price about the same as the other laundromat's in the area, the plus is it wasn't busy the day we went the bathrooms being locked was the only drawback...So go before you plan your day of clothes cleaning to be safe, parking is on the side street.

Allowed me to buy extra supplies in the store and made sure everything went smoothly. Not more you can ask for. p kimz: I started using this laundry mat about a year ago after my own dryer broke. We haven't been able to afford a new dryer yet, which means I need to use a laundry mat whenever we need clean clothes. The machines for the pay cards are very simple and easy to use. The prices for the washers are a bit high considering the size of the loads they fit but the dryer prices are completely reasonable, if not a little to low. You may need to run the dryer multiple times depending on the size of your load but it's still typically less than 2 dollars. The staff/owners are polite, friendly and helpful every single time I've been there (at least 3 times a month, usually more). They are very patient and understanding towards any children that may be stuck hanging around there while their parents run their laundry. My own young daughter has ADHD and Autism, she can be quite hyper and loud at times, the staff have never been rude to her. In fact, they typically engage in conversations with her to keep her busy.
Johnny Truong: Great place for those who enjoy not having to carry change around. All dryers and washers uses a card for payment which can be replenish at the machine onsite. Discounts in washers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Recommend to anyone

Juan Rivera: Got in at 7:15pm to do laundry and was told that the last wash is at 7:30 but he would allow us to do laundry. As soon as the clothes were dried we was told that we couldn't fold them because they were getting ready to close. Mind you the whole time we are doing laundry we are being rushed. I would of respected it if we were turned away instead of allowed to do laundry halfway....SMH DO NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY
