After installing the system he designed for my yard there were just a couple tweaks that had to be dealt with. Ryan came out on a Sunday to fix the issues I needed addressed. Again, on a Sunday! Now, my irrigation needs are exactly what I wanted. After the install he hung out to give a thorough explanation of how the controller worked. My controller didn’t originally come with a WiFi module, but Ryan said he would take care of that for me and also explained how that worked as well.His prices are more than descent.His work is exceptional and very professional. Nick Faustino: Ryan is really good.I had an issue that one zone did not turn on, Ryan came out did his diagnosis and found out that there was a route squeezing the line that ran this zone so therefore there was no water going through it.He dug around the root, cut the 1 inch line on each side of the route took that out spliced a brand new piece, put it together, put all the dirt back. Then laid the grass on top of the dirt made it look like he wasn’t there.This gentleman is very professional.I highly recommend him.

What are these companies afraid of ? Paying $118 per treatment, but no quick face to face about what was done. They leave behind a little note, but that's of no help. I attempted calling the company and had to leave multiple voicemails with no return. Six months later I was sent another bill, and again had to leave multiple voicemails just to get a call back. Instead, she spoke over me when I asked my question and only read random notes that the technician wrote down that day, none of them actually telling me what he had done that day. Some of our sprinkler heads were not coming up and 2 guys came and fixed some and then just left. After they left I noticed a bill in the mailbox and 2 sprinkler heads still not working right. I called the office back right away to have them come back. The lady I spoke to on the phone I believe her name is Dawn was so rude and unprofessional to me. I am just appalled. But we rescheduled again and they came out a 3rd time and finally fixed the other 2 heads that were not coming up that they failed to notice the first time they came and just left. Later, after they left I noticed another bill in my mailbox for parts and labor. I called the office again and was calm and not rude at all and said I understand the cost for the parts and I don’t mind paying more for that but I don’t think I should be charged for the labor/service fee when they left the first time without noticing those other 2 heads and didn’t finish the service. She said there is always a service fee and that I’m lucky she didn’t charge me for the time they showed up and I over slept and didn’t come to the door. I just couldn’t believe someone who is supposed to be a manager and professional would even say something like that to a customer that called them for their service. Completely disgusted. I ended up paying $345 for them to come and fix 4 sprinkler heads that maybe took them a total of 15 minutes the two times that they actually serviced my lawn. And then I was threatened to be charged another service fee for a service that I never received, she was yelling and threatening to charge me another $85 for them just knocking on my door the time that I didn’t hear them.
