Susan Mudgett: They told me I was qualified for reduced rates and anyone from he Mass. Bar Association could provide them. Both were wrong. NOt all MBA members give reduced rates, and my income of $10k a years is too high for what they consider poverty level for those who do. Useless.

Michelle Otero: DONT REQUEST HIS SERVICES HE IS A RIPOFF  Louis Steven Haskell is a rip off Went to request his services in March 2017 never deposit my check for over 2 months because he was too busy doing income taxes that was the excuse which i woulndt even recommend even filling taxes with him when he finally decided to deposit it was to late so i decided to give him another chance then proceeded to pay him 200 in cash for the deposit in the month of May  had to go to court In June he never showed up or responded my calls nor the week before nor that day beacuse he had a death in the family so i went to court and the other party indicated to me he has not done anything towards filling or sending any information to them then his secretary calls me that day saying they were going to file that day today so today the last day of june i decided to call him and requeat a doc # before i gave him any more money and guess what no doc# because he hasnt dont anything left him a message call him twice send him an email and supposedly Everytime i called him and he was never there nor called me back neither responded  to my emails at all.  Secretary always saids he is not there then when i said to his secretary that I was going to pick up my deposit which i was indicated it wouldnt be a problem when i got to his office he was at the office conveniently. never showed up at court to represent me.   When I requested my deposit back for services not rendered first he said if i had a receipt which he had the receipt book right in front of him then he said he couldnt find me in the book when i was there seeing my name in the book then he said that he made calls representing me which he didnt show me any proof then he was only to refund me 100 out of 200 then he said because my payment didnt go threw that he was going yo charge me for bank fees really i then proceeded to say the take the bank fees off the 200 he still wanted to give me back 100 are you kidding me so then he talk to me really about you havent done nothing i juat want my 165.00 dollars back the he said goodbye didnt give me nothing back DONT REQUEST HIS SERVICES HE IS A RIPOFF

Gordon Simard: Absolute scam, they took $5k from my wife and then fired the attorney who worked with us.They placed us with the head of their family law department. She asked frequently for documents only to say they are not relevant. They then found it relevant enough to bill for it.They billed for a whole week of correspondence with an attorney who was sick with COVID and was out of the office and not working. The front office staff informed us she was working from home, after not hearing from her all week.Bear in mind that this was all with an attorney that we never retained, because they just told us she was our attorney. If you can’t trust them with your basic rights outside of a court room I fail to see them changing in court room.Also their staff gives them 5 star reviews

Gianna Simard: Horrible experience. Promise after promise made just to get paid and NO results were ever delivered. It is true what someone else posted the office staff likes to BULLY clients and Attorney Gragg takes part (taking polls on if someone gets custody- very unprofessional). They are scam artists just looking to make a quick buck and you will never get any honest answers from them. They are unethical to the fullest extent.

She told me several times that she took an office poll and everyone said I was going to lose my case. As if my case was a joke to her and the office. She copied and pasted many of my notes into her court documents. She was ineffective in court. 10/10 would not recommend this office

So, we were not prepared in the court and failed2- There is credibility issue with over billing techniques. I questioned and requested several times to correct it but not heard well.

I hired her to handle a harassment case in April of 2021, and not only was she able to take my case that was in two weeks, but she also did the most wonderful job and was well prepared. She was prompt, firm, and intelligent, which I believe is the reason why I got the outcome I desired. The Customer: Enlisted this law firm to assist with a case they claimed to have a specialty in. Upon signing an agreement (getting our money), the representative then suggested a course of action which signaled that they where not up to date on the current law (covid had restructured part of the existing laws). Not impressed paid a lot of money for representation that did not meet the stated expertise.
