Pollard Memorial Library: what do users think?
Michael Doyle: Very helpful staff.
siddanth rai: It’s a very old beautiful building that brings charm to the lowell downtown. It should be 2-3 floors building. They have a great collection of books. They also do have a quite room with computers in it. You can also visit the library if you would like to take any black and white photocopies. Unfortunately they do not have color copies. When it comes to parking, street parking is available. Weekdays it should not be an issue. But the streets could get busy over the weekends.
Leo Hamel: I love picking out DVDs to check out.
Selendria Lynn: very nice library, however i do wish they were open on saturdays. i never have time to go on the weekdays due to classes and work and being open on saturdays would be very beneficial to others in similar situations
alfahari Rurengo: A very nice place to relax and study. Very well taken care of.
Natalie Coy: Grandchildren enjoyed and had a wonderful experienceKids vacation week 2/2022Our History Month
Ryan Oates: I appreciate the way Pollard Memorial has held space for Jack Kerouac and the Young Prometheans who once gathered here. Also, the library offers discounts to museums in the area. Be sure to ask about it!
Shubhojit Banerjee: Good 👍
Uche Okechukwu: The regular front desk guy was unfriendly, and unhelpful, hostile even. This was my local library but I never went there if I could help it.
Reggie: The service is great and the staff are friendly! Great selection of books
Carlos Ortiz: Love the library and the people who work there are kind.
Rob Barkas: Very nice library! Really big too.
Matthew Girard: I worked from here briefly while having some electrical work done at my home. The place seems a bit run down compared to other libraries I've visited. Also, the front desk receptionist was a bit rude when I asked her about availability of the quiet study rooms. This place needs some renovations and more friendly staff.
Leia Watt (Greekprincess): Quiet and enjoyable. Very friendly, helpful employees.
Harry Exarhopulos: Staff is friendly, but don't come here if you need an exam proctored during the pandemic! Quick to shut you down.
Pastor SDMears: Love This Place...
Seek Nature: A grand place to read, browse quietly. An amazing discovery if you are looking for a quiet place to read.Agree with the other reviewers about the staff.
Halloween Weenie: It's a big library with beautiful painted windows. Most of the staff is friendly.
Anna Banana: I love this place!!!
Marissa Hamel: I 💗 it there..a beautiful building where knowledge awaits😊
Chris M.: This library is great and helpful! They have a wide selection of books and many museum passes to offer! It seems like some parts of the library was recently renovated as well. Most of the staff are very kind and helpful. However, there is one staff member in particular that is very rude. She is an older woman who normally works on the first floor at the desk. I do not want to be mean or judge someone like that but, she always replies to questions with an angry tone. I'm not sure if she's having a bad day or is intentionally rude. That's because EVERY single time I have encountered her, she's always rude and yells until her face gets red. I do not think this is professional or acceptable especially when people KINDLY ask you a question. I do not think she is fit for this position that requires patience or customer service. I will ask to speak with another staff member next time she's there.

O'Leary Library: what do users think?
anoop kaur: Amazing and peaceful pleace to study
Enda Stockwell: Very spacious.Lots of places to study.Food located nearby too:)
Alexander Romano: Could use a little more selection
Behzad Taimur: Most universities have one central library. However, UMass Lowell is split into two by the Merrimack River. So, it has two 'campuses' - North and South. Generally, people are gonna want to have relevant facilities on both sides so that they don't have to go very far. With this in mind, UMass Lowell has two libraries. The North Campus one is bigger - But this one is cooler and cosier! Quite an oxymoron? No? Go figure it out at this library!
Christopher: Big library with lots of resources for students. Recently renovated and plenty room to study
Fransnor Alexis: Great place to study. I will be forever greateful to this place. Much luv !
Eddie Rodriguez: This place is amazingly quiet. Love the amount of tables to spread out and get comfortable in order to study.
Bayoan Martinez-Yung (Bido): This is where I took my writing class during the summer.
Waitathu: This library holds the key to my success....since i started using this library, I have done really well in my area of study. I like the safe parking lot, and the nice and friendly staff who are always willing to help you in anything you need for your study...Thank you UMASS for giving us such a favorable Library that has seen us grow to be what we want to be in Life...To all the Staff, Keep it up....
Emily Lam: This is a quiet place that is good for studying late at night. They have comfortable chairs and a very studious environment.
Darrien Glasser: A little bit mazelike, but great overall.

Lydon Library: what do users think?
Lexi W: Loved studying on the 3rd and 4th floors in the more secluded and quiet areas, but the 2nd floor for group study was awesome as well!
Sara Darbyshire: EDIT: The lights have since been replaced and are functioning.ORG: Overall, a good library BUT, half the lights one the 3rd floor are out and have been that way for a few years now! It's sad because there's a whole bunch of dark spots and people including myself spend enough $ to have a lit library resource for studying. Also love that UML made printing from my personal computer easier!
jojo dodo: No working charging ports on the second floor near the writing center!
Davis Le: One of the best places to collaborate and study on North Campus.
Enda Stockwell: Nice clean libraryEasily accessible printers
Esther Mbiwan: Good place to study
Behzad Taimur: I find libraries to be a really central thing to university life. It's where you always go to when you want to study. It's also where you meet alot of the people you're going to meet over your academic career and form enduring connections. Not just ones that center on fun - But more academic and career-centered ones. This is UMass's library. It has plenty of spaces that you can make your home. It has internet, computers, great staff, a great building, group study rooms and more. Go check it out.
Christopher: Great place to study and use computers. Helpful student staff. Modernized library.
Olga Kovaleva: Crowded and noisy
Gabrielle Ayoung: Even when busy I can find a place to study.
Ed Ucate: Always crowded. Not enough quiet study places to accommodate all the students.
Bayoan Martinez-Yung (Bido): Great place to do homework.
Mar F: They re-design the library with more tables and areas. It looks wanderful inside.
Dan P: Hard to find a table to study peacefully in. There aren't too many tables here that aren't already taken
