Castava Lee: My car died at the dollar store near them, I was there for over 30 minutes charging my battery before my father asked if they could check my battery. Come to find out it was a dud. Twenty minutes later their employees come to my car ready and prepared to save me. They knew exactly what to do and got it started and fixed. I've brought my car to two car shops in the last month, neither recommended to me what O'Reilly did. They made my day. I'll be going there for any questions from now on.I was so grateful I had to hug them!

Jen Lynde: I came for them to test my battery/alternator. They have a machine that will check the battery, alternator and starter. I didn't have to wait, he came right out and tested them for me. They all came back fine but if i would have had to replace the battery they would have put it in right there for free.

Didn’t even try to look at it. But he was more than happy to sell me the battery so I can get out of his way and out the store.

Yasser Loghmari: Called with a very specific part number Part #: PHI 12138, they said they had it.I took Uber from Shaws Distro Center in Methuen paid $17.50. When I got there he pointed to the wrong part on the shelf, when I told them that wasn’t what called about, they said they didn’t look up the part number.Now I have to take Uber to Palmer Springs with an added Uber cost of $34.

Anastasia Saia: One of my windshield wipers flew off its handle and luckily I was very close to Napa when it happened. The level of kindness, intelligence, and professionalism was very impressive. They were super efficient and informative and you could tell with myself and the other customers ahead of me they’re not out to price gouge you and want to make sure the customer saves money whenever they can.

Patrick Pham: Meh. Tried coming in at 830 pm on Monday. Doors were locked, and staffed just shrugged at me through the window. Corporate website and google says 9 pm. Operating times are either misleading or have since changed.

So they called another store and made sure they had them for me so I didn't waste my time going and end up not having either!

Now I can see better while driving mostly at night. Scott MacNeil: 9-11-2020I have a 50+ year old muscle car.Haven’t touched in 32 years.I walked in today with two partially dried out fan belts. Young guy behind the counter does not like to talk. Very silent.He did not have the proper tool to measure the fan belt so he was trying to fold it over and measure it up against something on a table.I told him to STOP doing that. But he continued damaging it.We talked in circles for a while and I finally just left.Btw, These guys must not believe that there is a pandemic. They were some sort of ridiculous cloth thing around their necks and pull them up when someone walks him. Well, not all of them, just the guy who was waiting on me. Ridiculous!
