Nicole: While they have a huge selection of items, Family Dollar is one of the few places I can find size 4x clothes for my son. Unfortunelty this one did not have that size.
Alex Russell: Manager had an attitude and threaten to refuse any future returns if I didn't package my return neatly. He stated he have to resell the item. I'm like really? Usually returns are sold to third party companies and auction off. How are you trying to resell an item I opened in my house during a pandemic?

Priral Shah: So, here is my story. Since last 3 months, my coupons never worked which is $5 off on $25. Upon asking staff, they have rude behavior towards us. They were talking with each other about you n all. Moreover, returning that stuff cuz coupons did not worked, they blocked my number in the system. Which is one of the rudest thing ever. I won't spend a single penny in this store now. I SUGGEST, please don't go in this store.

MC BB: Made it their mission to decline all my coupons, so I make it mine to never spend a penny in this store. Thank God for coupon friendly CVS and Dollar General stores. If you like to save money on everyday items do not go here.

Insulted and accused of stealing atleast two customers in front of me, just because they had a backpack with them. Asked them to keep the backpack outside the next time they come...what !!

Erin Delmore: Absolutely terrible customer service. The people who work at the store are extremely rude. They close early all the time. I’m not talking about during holidays or 1 or 2 minutes early either… They close 10, sometimes 15, minutes early on a regular basis. I went there tonight and got to the door at 9:47 PM, and it was locked (Sunday, store hours are 8am-10pm); the person working in there could see me standing at the door and I said “I just have to get a bag of cat food - I’ll be in and out super fast.” and she just shrugged at me and said “oh well, we’re closed.” It’s ridiculous! If the store closes at 10pm, then they shouldn’t lock paying customers out Before 10:00! And they definitely shouldn’t be rude about it! This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s extremely irritating. Very poor customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could!

Mrs. K.A.: Although convenient to my personal location, this particular Famil Dollar was starting to become my "less -frequented" store out of the 2 in Lowell. Reason being, their stock was becoming less and less on items I specifically shop here for. After a recent visit, I was pleased to find that they have made much needed updates and renovations. There were alao an abundance of store workers who were extremely friendly, curteous and eager to assist. The only reason for my 4 Star rating is that they were still in the process of renovating and unpacking new items to stock, but I am certain that as soon as this is complete, this will be my MOST frequented Family Dollar!

J Farr: Good place to buy custom massage sheets and laundry bags. Excellent quality. Not inexpensive but free shipping when you purchase over a certain amount. Very good customer service and I love that everything is manufactured in the United States.
