Kathy Goulding: Not only did these folks do a great job with installation, but a few months after our mailbox was installed it was run into, tilting the post and denting the mailbox. Mailbox Medics came out, straightened the post and pounded out the dents so it looks like new, at no charge. You seldom get service like that anymore. I highly recommend this company.
John M: We hired Kent Romilly of Mailbox Medics and Romilly Services to install a granite mailbox and several granite lamp posts. This was a complete mistake and extremely poor experience and I strongly recommend to avoid these companies. After 5-months of delays, numerous contradictory stories, excuses, multiple calls and emails to get a reply, lack of updates, non-responsiveness; Romilly abandoned the job. Don’t hire or give any money to this guy, even for a simple mailbox installation!

Lauren Durand: Really happy with the service provided by Mailbox Medics. Kent responded promptly and kept me updated which I appreciated. 24 hours later after speaking with him a brand new mailbox was installed. We went with the cedar redwood and Kent was great in accommodating some preferences I had even though they weren’t part of the original package. Highly recommend.

Nate Wong: They were great, helped me package my items after the post office rejected me and told me how to send my stuff!
Hasan Uchchas: New people are extremely rude. They charged me $21 for a return, I asked her if it was that much just for the box politely. She replied "YES!" acting like I asked the dumbest question.
P. A: The customer services person at drum Hill ups is very rude and not helpful at all. She needs to learn some manner first then work at these types of job.
Renato Tortora: Avoid as they will charge you for complimentary services. They wanted $2.00 to attach my pre-printed label to the box.The label was printed UPS page. The page also gave the option to just show a bar code to have UPS Store print the label. The only instructions were to drop it off at any UPS location, store, etc... In the shock of this pathetic money grab, I left and went to the highly recommended UPS Store in Nashua NH at 131 Daniel Webster. The NH store has always been very friendly and helpful. They have always taped my labels without any fuss.As an additional note, when I went back home, I looked everywhere in the email and the page where I printed the label. There was never a mention of needing to attach the label to the box or any charges of any kind.In retrospect, I should have held up the long line at the lousy Chelmsford UPS store and retrieved the email with the link and open the page and have them scan the bar code to print a label. I am sure those labels cost more than about 10" of packing tape.This is obviously this Store's money grabbing policy as other stores don't charge. Stop supporting this store until they change their greedy money grabbing policy.
Andrea Hoyt: Rudest people I have ever met! I brought an Amazon return in to the store. The woman behind the counter motioned me over and said, ”Put it here” pointing to the scale. I thought she mistook my box for something that I was trying to pay to ship so I told her it was a return. She grabbed the box, put it on the scale and in a patronizing , high pitched, sweet little voice said ”There we go” like I was a 10 year old. I just stared at her in disbelief and held my tongue. I have been in there before with a return and the guy didn’t say one word, just pointed at the counter, scanned the code I had and handed me a receipt. If you expect to be treated like an adult or a human, don’t go here!
Tareq Ghaith: I went in with a package with a prepaid label and just needed to tape it. In the past I used to take it to any UPS store, ask for the tape and tape it myself. This store told me I would be charged 2$ to tape the box!!!!. I immediately stepped out and went to another UPS store where I know I could tape it for free, and did that!!! It looks like it is not a UPS policy to charge the 2$ but only specific to this store.Another thing, there is a Fedex Store just a few blocks away. The returns with Fedex is really so pleasant, they just take the box from you in any shape, tape it and fix it and place the label on their own and ship it!!!!

I printed my own shipping labels, prepared my packages, brought everything to them ready to go, and asked to use a piece of tape - which I was informed they were now charging $2 for (this was a small piece of tape to seal one small box, which I had purchased from them, and also had paid them for the shipping fees for). Then a week later, I called with a question regarding a package that appears to have never been shipped out, and the woman cut me off before I could even ask the question, going off about 'how could they possibly track the thousands of packages that come through their doors". Perhaps when you're handling shipments for people, you should have some interest in caring about how those are tracked and not yell at customers over the phone who have done business with you. Will. never. use. this. store. again.

I have been to the store two separate times and had her assisting me and she is pleasant and goes above and beyond with assisting customers. Always busy, but she flies through the line as well.I feel as though she may be a manager, because when she was working, the other employees were also happy and pleasant. She’s definitely a leader and makes the store Pleasant Place.

dhoom chawla: Was there to drop off a package and noticed that packaging tape was loose so I went to the counter and grabbed a sealing tape dispenser, and as soon as I grab it one of the employee short heavy girl shouted at me that " you can not touch that without permission"I said okay and put it back and when my turn came I want to her and ask for a piece of tape she said they charge a taping fee of $2.00 !!!There was no sign displayed for that, management should teach and train their staff how to behave and treat customers.Since then I am not going there anymore, taking my business to someone else. M Cleven: I love this UPS Store! Why? Because although I think I'm closer to the actual UPS facility on Brick Kiln Road, I have not had good luck there. On the other hand, this UPS Store at Drum Hill has always come through for me. Friendly, efficient, and helpful, too! Sometimes the line of customers is a bit long, but my experience is that the line moves pretty quickly. And just maybe, the queue is long here because other people have had an unsatisfactory experience elsewhere and rely on this location to get their package to where it needs to be.
Fe Me: I usually drop off at the one on Brick Kiln Rd but decided to stop by Wednesday afternoon since I was in the area and the other location was closed by 3:30. They were a bit unprofessional and not as pleasant. Will definitely continue going to the other location.

My packages have been safely delivered. The store reps have saved me a ton of money on shipping costs. They have my special order photocopies done on time. They have helped me time and again with notary services and my mail box needs. Thank you so much !!!
Itchababe69: I was here not to long ago...it was a little busy....2 registers were on...the 2nd register seem to be in training....what I found to be rude is the phone ringing...obviously no one could get to the phone because of it being so busy...the phone rang and rang...when it didn't get answered they would call back repeatedly and would continue.... non stop. Common sense would tell you that there busy and can't get to the phone..... whoever the caller was I guess couldn't figure this out......there action proved this....this is very annoying to the customers and I'm sure the staff as well.... common curiosity goes a long way

Anne-Marie Kosh: I came on here to write about my negative experience at this store and was not surprised by the avalanche of bad reviews. I had been going there frequently to do things like printing, passport photos, fax and so on and thought I was their valued customer. Unfortunately these Indian people running the store seem to suffer from a low self-esteem which they project onto innocent customers like myself. If you are black and have been waiting in line for a while and a white person walks in, they shamelessly abandon serving you and rush to attend to the white customers. I am a busy working professional making a six-figure salary and my time is very valuable to me. Most of the white people who go there look like they are retired but these Indian store workers act like the white people’s time is more valuable than that of other people. It just goes to show you what a colonized mindset they still harbor. It’s funny how such ethnic groups complain about Asian hate and seek public sympathy but want to mete out the same ugly behavior to those they deem as less than. Dracut is a great neighborhood but such attitudes like by these Indians creates a huge ugly stain. They look pathetic rushing to wait hand and foot on white elderly customers who probably do not even like them. They should just shut down because they are not running a professional business but a ghetto enterprise.

This is the scummiest and worst UPS Ive ever been to, and they were not even well versed on how to print out a pdf. I Iiterally had to instruct him how to do his job in order for me to get my photocopy.

Tried charging us $2 for one. I went to the car and found one, then he tried charging us $2 for a piece of TAPE?! Yikes. Lol. Sorry, we won't be back..
Vanessa Cañas: This is a horrible poorly run UPS store with the WORST customer service I've ever had. I get a notification that my package is ready to be picked up and that it was signed for by a "Patel" I drive all the way there only to be told that it's not there. I tell them I got the notification that it is there and they're barely looking for it. Sometimes they're dropped off without being scanned so the system doesn't' show them- I've gone through this plenty of times. Then the older Indian guy starts SHOUTING at me saying that the package isn't there. What the heck? Zero manners and ZERO respect for women. Absolutely disgusting. I don't know why this place is still open.

Michell Peralta: Wow just wow. Went there today with several items for return. Long story short-Apperently multiple items had the same barcode which I wasn’t aware. Got chewed apart from an old Indian gentleman “how did I not know better”. Super rude, abrasive and argumentative. I respect my elders and told him “I’m not here to argue sorry I didn’t know better”. Got stared at like I had 10 heads. Not sure if he’s the owner, manager or just a staff member but wow I hadn’t been spoken in that way for an honest mistake in a business I think ever. Got out of there fuming. If you hate your job that bad kindly find something different it’s not our fault you hate your job. Needless to say-will never be going back.
