Karen Fallon: Poorly managed. We have not had our streets swept since new mgmt. This hadn't happened for years now. It used to be done every spring. They don't provide enough waste dumpsters. Once or twice a year for a few days is not enough. You can't expect owners to hire their own dumpsters for cleanup. And it should go back to an over 55 park. As it once was. Instead of demanding that owners of homes do any number of upkeep items, how about you keep up sinking driveways and roads?Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. Drive around at night and during the day to see activity.

They were friendly, efficient, mellow, communicative, quick, focused, and easy-going, all at once somehow! We had a big move with multiple stops on both ends and some additional complexities at the busiest time of year to move, and Brian and team took it all in stride. He also responded right away to my text to confirm, and was detail-oriented with all our random things. Really hugely appreciated!

Sumit Sharma: I have moved 8 times over the last 10 years. 4 out of which were long distance. I have to say, this was by far the worst one. I will preface this by saying the whole experience was nightmarish only because of their support manager. The moving crew was actually really professional. I used them was because my employer has them listed as preferred movers (I will give them this feedback too). Here's a list of everything that went wrong.1. They gave us a quote for packing. I asked them specifically what i do and don't want packed. They agreed to that and then changed it without notice.2. They asked me specifically if i want them to handle parking permits for the move. I said yes for which they charge a hefty price. They then only got permits for one location and never bothered to check if they needed permits for the destination. When i pointed that out they said, you can get it for us and there wasn't enough time for them to get it. Never even acknowledged that it was their fault. They said, they have never needed one despite the town clearly requiring one. So they basically have been illegally blocking the street (my guess)3. They claimed they didn't know the destination address so they added labor cost when they did because it's on the 2nd floor. False, because the destination address was literally on the estimate sheet they provided me which indicates the unit number. Also, wouldn't that be your job to confirm where the apartment is?4. They charged me almost $250 more for crating my TV than original estimate because "we didn't realize" it was a curved TV. didn't tell me in advance, just sent me an email after it was done.I honestly would neither recommend them nor use them ever again.

Sabrina Rapisarda: I didn't catch the worker's name, though I wish I did! He was very nice and explained everything that I needed to know very succinctly. The truck was ready right at 8AM when I scheduled for pick up. Mileage and gas were in alignment to the pre-moving sheet I was given before hitting the road. So glad I rented the truck for 8 hours because I rolled in with only 10 minutes to spare, thinking that the moving process wouldn't be so long and arduous. I highly underestimated the moving time I would need and failed to factor in that I needed to stop for gas too. From a rookie UHaul renter's perspective, everything went as smoothly as it could, mainly because I was given the low-down from the get-go and abided by the conditions I was provided. Thank you!

The manager Mike doesn't listen to his tenants and never rent land for a trailer here. He favors people in this park which is not right. The tenants are afraid to speak up to him since he will throw you right out. The owner Paul should have the balls to do something about the problem but is just concerned about the money that comes in.

Patrick Stephan: My car was towed from a residential lot by Lowell Fleet- one of the residents told me they saw the tow guy entering my vehicle with the alarm going off. When I got my car from the tow lot the next morning all my personal belongings had been thrown around and a brand new iPhone was stolen out of the glove box, as well as my expensive sunglasses. The doors were locked when I got it out of the lot so it was either the tow driver or the overnight security guy watching the lot. Very shady

They are all about money and getting as much of it out of you as possible. *HEADS UP!* I know when people get their car towed they just want to pay the money and get it back asap, but always look over your reciept !! They know you are desperate to get your car back and take advantage of that! Whether it's an "extra strap fee" or extra fuel per mileage. It adds up!

David Settuba: While accident happened Oct 5th, I went to sign over damaged vehicle to Fleet Nov 4th and wound up being addressed by 2 different guys on opposite sides of the room simultaneously- (who looked at me by the way like I had 2 heads when I walked into the office); one of these individuals had towed the car and the other appeared to be like the chief Kahuna of the place. Both guys weren't professional patient or respectful at all in approach or communication at all.. After identifying myself and explaining to the guy in charge that the insurance company was still investigating the accident, one guy then demanded that I give him $1200.00. both guys proceeded to cross-examine me- why it took this long to get there, like I was in court and that he didn't have all day! He asked me what I wanted to do and I said to him that I wanted to sign over the vehicle. One guy is like well sign over the initial cost of the tow while the other guy is like no- $1200. Eventually chief Kahuna is like give me $400 n get outta here. At that point I was so flabbergasted I just walked away! I know these guys are in the business of making money but Its a shame how they treat fellow human beings and I'd be the last guy to gratify their green for money- I mean seriously!!!

They ended up fixing my issue but created another. The mechanic ended up hooking both of my transmission cables on dide, so the truck started but would not go into gear.
