They were talking with each other about you n all. Moreover, returning that stuff cuz coupons did not worked, they blocked my number in the system. Which is one of the rudest thing ever. I won't spend a single penny in this store now. I SUGGEST, please don't go in this store.

Erin Delmore: Absolutely terrible customer service. The people who work at the store are extremely rude. They close early all the time. I’m not talking about during holidays or 1 or 2 minutes early either… They close 10, sometimes 15, minutes early on a regular basis. I went there tonight and got to the door at 9:47 PM, and it was locked (Sunday, store hours are 8am-10pm); the person working in there could see me standing at the door and I said “I just have to get a bag of cat food - I’ll be in and out super fast.” and she just shrugged at me and said “oh well, we’re closed.” It’s ridiculous! If the store closes at 10pm, then they shouldn’t lock paying customers out Before 10:00! And they definitely shouldn’t be rude about it! This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s extremely irritating. Very poor customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could!

Mrs. K.A.: Although convenient to my personal location, this particular Famil Dollar was starting to become my "less -frequented" store out of the 2 in Lowell. Reason being, their stock was becoming less and less on items I specifically shop here for. After a recent visit, I was pleased to find that they have made much needed updates and renovations. There were alao an abundance of store workers who were extremely friendly, curteous and eager to assist. The only reason for my 4 Star rating is that they were still in the process of renovating and unpacking new items to stock, but I am certain that as soon as this is complete, this will be my MOST frequented Family Dollar!

Kristal King: Living right down the street, this is a very convenient, quick stop for things needed or wanted throughout the week. I've been going for years and years. Im not one to take things to heart, and having worked in retail I'm more than empathic to "having a bad day" or just not feeling up to the whole "happy, helpful worker" thing and I'm not one to hold grudges BUT it gets a little wearing(and annoying) to always have a cashier who's rude, unhelpful, and just plain miserableto be there. I'm sure it doesn't help that they are always understaffed (even before covid and worse now). Plus, the shelves are always a mess and very unorganized.

D Mac: This store needs a complete facelift, both inside and out! The stained rugs have been removed so that's a good start but it still needs more. The employees are fine, in fact, one woman in particular is a sweetheart but this store provides a less than desirable shopping experience. For example, I've bought drinks here that are expired so be sure to watch what you buy! Also, the parking lot is a haven for shady activity as well. All in all, I love Dollar Tree but this one needs work!

Dollar Tree nationally has changed their policy and now many items they sell are now $1.25. however there is nothing there that is more expensive than that. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the selection is always good. Some parts will rotate and change - certainly anything seasonal. Even at the increased price it's still a great value
