Nicole Bord: If I could give negative stars, I would. My mom has been going here for over 8 years, she has had over 6 med doctors because they continue to quit/get fired/whatever. This is leading to her not being allowed to get prescriptions filled on time because the new provider (and I quote) "Doesn't feel comfortable refilling a script without meeting with her first." It's a REFILL, as in she is ALREADY ON THE MEDICATION. So after being told "nothing would change" after her most current doctor left, now she has to wait until a new med doctor is available to meet with her??? This is MENTAL HEALTH. People can't just SKIP MEDS! This facility is NEGLIGENT. DO NOT go here.

Destiny Lane: If you need a med provider for your mental health, I do NOT recommend this practice. Specifically the Amesbury, MA location. My doctor went on vacation for a week and the office refused to have my prescription refilled. I went over a week without my meds so I decided to just go off of them completely. I called multiple times with no call back from any staff. The office staff is extremely unorganized. They have called me for paperwork several times that has been sent to them (even with a confirmation of receipt). Don’t waste your time and find a different practice.

Mommy of her babies: When I have been on a medication for almost a yr and the doctor changed my meds without me knowing and I've been out of my meds for 8 days now and they can't fill it til the 29th the doctor had no right to change my meds without me knowing

Katrina Diggs: This place has gone downhill fast. They have a really hard time keeping therapists, med. providers don't look at notes in the computer and directors are clueless. Front desk doesn't do their job properly. Unfortunately, they call you a "customer" instead of a "client". Don't bother with them.

Ashley Marie: I have been utilizing Bridgewell's counseling services for over 7 years , I am very satisfied with them.Due to a high demand job, trying to find a day a week for therapy was very hard, but my Clinician there worked with me to find the right day/time that works for both of us. The clinicians here are very informed, educated and empathic with their approaches for therapy.The Psych Docs/PNPs are also very understanding and welcome the client into trying new approaches to benefit their treatment. All in all I would defiantly recommend this place to others :)

Erica Silva: I wish I could them 0 stars! I have never been to a doctors office that is so unprofessional, unorganized and rude! When you call to schedule any type of appointment you have to ALWAYS leave a message because no one EVER answers the phone and if you leave a message they don't respond to you for 2 weeks or longer! If they decide to answer the phone and you so happen to speak to a live person (never happens!) they put you on hold for more than 10 mins which is extremely frustrating. I've had nothing but problems with Bridgewell!! All the providers I've seen there always leave. I've been through 4 different people since I've been a patient there and that has been for over 5 yrs now. Julie Cunningham refused to see me because I refused lab work and asked to speak with her 1st before doing so. Had an 8am appointment wasn't wasn't called back for lab work until 8:18 just to be told she wont see me without that lab work! Have never been asked for lab work the whole entire time I have been a patient here and when I ask to speak to her regarding why I needed to do it she wouldn't even give me the courtesy to even ask my questions! I will never come here again!! I suggest you find any other place to go to besides here. You will die before they even get back to you!! Avoid at ALL cost.

Kevin Hudson: The woman I spoke to on the phone said she would email me my in take form. I never heard from them again. I was in a bad spot and needed help. No hard feelings though, just unfortunate because I’ve heard good things about them.

Jennifer Therrien: I love going to Bridgewell because the staff are really friendly and flexible. I have had a bad experience the first time with a therapist but overall the rest of the staff are friendly. I see my therapist once a week. I also see a couples therapist once a month. I really liked the support they give and advice they give you. They try their best to do the right thing for you.

Melanie Leblanc: For the most part my mother has been going there for years, not much problems., but the med nurse tried to lie and turn what I believe was an office mistake. As I was there face to face when the pharmicoligist sent numberous request for her med. She was tol by the med nurse never recieved such a request, when five minutes prior the receptionist said the request was there. Now my mom is valiantly ill due to not haveing it. I do understand there are a lot if patients to be dealt with,but, a week in advance. (The pharmacy owners and employees have been our nieghbors for years they sent it well over 48 hour's. Instead of admittining that something somewhere happend and helping her to her best ability withsomeone on call. (Even if it were for the weekend.) The med nurse talked in circles and avoided my poor mother. Whom is now sooo sick, just sad someone would do that. She has been on this medication for 10 plus years. I was considering Bridgewll but that makes me nervous. Its not like she is a 19 year old seeker. She is a woman in her 50s thats lost two children. Smh.

Nicole Welch: I'm a little shocked about the amount of bad reviews. I've had such a wonderful experience. My councilor is so amazing and kind. She has worked with me and my crazy schedule and I really appreciate her patience.

Emily Rose Lefrancois: I had one lovely therapist named Holly for a while but then she left because she wasn’t getting paid enough. After she left they replaced her with someone else who I didn’t vibe with at all and didn’t understand my anxiety and depression. She left after 3 weeks and after she left they didn’t give me anyone else to see. So now I’m left with no therapist at a bad spot in my life.When I came here to see someone for meds I had a really nice psychiatrist for a while but he also left. He was replaced with a really rude person named Dr. Hill. He took me off of the meds that’s worked for me because he didn’t approved of them and put on my record that I’m addicted to Benzos when I got upset. I stopped seeing him and saw the other psychiatrist there but she didn’t understand my depression and anxiety either and would prescribe me expensive meds that never worked. I just gave up from there on. Now I’m seeking counseling and psychiatric services elsewhere.They also always lost records saying that I paid my copay and would try to make me pay it again when I had recipes to show I paid for them. Very unprofessional overall.

Stacie Casaubon: I called and spoke to a man in intake and after TWO QUESTIONS, he must've been frustrated because he said "YOU KNOW WHAT?!" and HUNG UP ON ME!! Extremely unprofessional!! Crappy management, workers and all the rest. Shouldn't be working there if you have no skills and don't care about anything but a paycheck!

Jayde Staiti: My therapist Martina is clearly the best thing they have according to reviews.Not only that I'm a verified mental health patient and the receptionist told me that I have to wait three months to see a psychiatrist despite the fact that I'm already on psychiatric medication and I am relying on my primary care to get mental health treatment.I called for an appointment and they waited two weeks to call me back to tell me that I needed to wait 30 days for a callback.Of course they waited the full 30 days to call me back and then set up an appointment for two weeks after that.They try to be organized but the amount of release forms says otherwise. I wouldn't call it a waste of tax dollars but I wouldn't be surprised if there yanking tax breaks left and right.I hope they don't let her go over this review. But I do hope more reputable behavioral therapy groups come forward to scoop her up from this messy place.They closed my case and are making me wait to reopen it. Never saw a psychiatrist and my PCM is about to stop my ADD meds because of it.

Marissa Hamel: In my opinion This place has the most un welcoming un friendly receptionist which is a shame because they use to have the best receptionist Madeline Rosario. These other women make it hard to even like going 2 therapy because of there attitude and the same when I call up and they answer. I think they are rude and don't treat people right. Just my opinion but see 4 your self.

Courtney Costantino: Really awful services. Their virtual server they use for appointments (doxy.me) is so shoddy and frequently drops calls. Therapist always short changed me on session time. It's supposed to be 45 minutes but they would always log on late and end early. My final session was a whopping 20 minutes. Yet my insurance is billed for 45 and if I showed up late like my therapist did, I'd be charged a no show fee. Plus I got absolutely nowhere managing symptoms with the person I was seeing after months. The final straw for me was the previously mentioned short changed 20 minute appointment where all I got out of it was being told to look up a YouTube video. Why would I pay to see a mental health clinician who's just telling me to go to a resource I can literally access for free? Really unprofessional.

Desarae Roy: The office staff is absolutely disregarding and have absolutely no people skills, including being rude to children.However SHELDON is one of the most caring, empathetic counseling professionals I have encountered. He makes a trip to my sons school to speak to him there if I work crazy hours. He is absolutely devoted to the children he works withIf they could get some staff like him I firmly believe this place could hit 5 stars!
