giang nguyen: Truly a luxury experience. I always feel like a valuable customer throughout the whole purchasing process. Max has been very nice and accommodating. As I got certain deadline for picking up the car, they were able to meet it despite all of the uncertainty for the new model. They also took care of my transportation every time I went to the dealer and my house was like 40 mins away from there. Definitely will come back if I need a new car in the future and recommend it for everyone!

bro wtf: Worst car buying experience ever. I had the car for two full week before it left me on the side of the road on Thanksgiving night. Had to wait for a tow at 2am, completely unsafe for me as a woman. I called Edward as I was well within my 90 day warranty & under the warranty mileage. Edward would evade my calls, texts, he will purposefully leave the office if you're looking for him. His business partner pretends he cant get ahold of him themselves. After finally getting him to take the car for repairs, he fixes the wrong problem twice and charges me for it, despite me having a warranty. Charged me $225 for a starter and a tow to his shop even though..It should've been covered. I picked up my car after the 'repairs' and the car didnt even make it out of the lot before it stopped driving again. At that point, I decided to take the car to someone who actually knows about cars. I found out the motor died, NOTHING to do with the starter i was charged for. After having to get family and friends involved to try and get a hold of this man, after i threaten legal action, he agrees to repurchase the car. I had to argue with the LOAN COMPANY to get a hold of Edward. And he kept the car I had traded in. The whole situation was a loss for me. Most unprofessional, and quite honestly, the dumbest person to buy a car from. He will take advantage of young women or people who dont know much, despite him knowing nothing himself. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY, AND PATIENCE. I AM NOT THE FIRST TO THREATEN EDWARD WITH LEGAL ACTION. HE HAS BEEN SUED BEFORE. HE IS A WALKING RED FLAG. DO NOT DO IT.
