suhey toledo: I return a Watch in this store online purchase I went to this store returning something I bought online. They take the item, they never take my information, the employees are not responsible and it has been more than 2 weeks since the return and they do not return the money. The manager is never there and her employees are there as if it were a recreational park. Un professional.
Lisanny Richiez: I was greeted immediately, given space, answered my question when I asked and after I had finally made up my mind I went to pay just to find out that they forgot to remove the 25% off signs because "the store was closed yesterday". Okay, I mean, it was already 1pm... I guess not enough time to remove the signs? The guy asked one of the other girls to go remove the signs. I asked him of he could honor that and it was a "no, the sale ended yesterday". As a manager of a high end store, I am disappointed.

Deborah Shepherd: It was a great visit. No pressure from the sales staff, but readily available to answer questions and make recommendations. Paola was helpful in getting an item sent out for repair, and explaining the procedure. There was a large selection of bags and wallets. They had sunglasses, watches, shoes, clothes, and other accessories. However, did appear limited in available sizes. Yes, we did find new items to buy, it is Michael Kors!

Diana Kerolos: Awful customer service. Amanda, a woman that works there, said my comment about an easy fix for a purse was “silly.” And later was annoyed with my sister and I speaking in a different language together. The man with the bangs and painted nails asked me three times in the first 5 minutes if I had any questions. He would not let me shop in peace. None of them smiled in the 20 minutes we were in there. They hated interacting with us for no reason. Disgusting experience.

Neek D: I went in there on 8-14-22 and the store needs to do something about this girl named Samantha.I was waiting in line for checkout and out of nowhere I heard someone raising their voice. It seemed as if one employee was yelling at another employee, and she seemed very rude and unprofessional. When I finally got up to the counter I asked the cashier what happened and apparently the girl being yelled at was just trying to get her stuff because she was done for the day, and that’s when I found out the girl doing the yelling was named Samantha. How can you be that rude and raise your voice at another coworker in front of numerous customers and deny access to personal belongings of another coworker? I’m in management, and the way she handled the situation was rude, demeaning and absolutely unprofessional. The girl that got yelled at looked very upset when she finally left with her stuff. Now one employee has to deal with some sort of embarrassment after that episode. Do something about this, because it will happen again.

But I did see two other parents holding their children. You should be catering to your customers. I frequent this store and the one time I bring my child in I am not able to have a full shopping experience.

Rachel Yu: I love TJMaxx and I visit all of the stores in my area. This is a small store but in the past its always been fully stocked and organized nicely. The main department I shop is really the beauty and self care section and I was really disappointed walking in today. The shelves seemed quite bare, the clearance was bare, very little to choose from and a lot of opened products. While I know that's not their fault it was still off-putting to shop through. Barely any inventory for shoes and mediocre inventory for candles as well. When compared to the other stores in the area. Employees were very nice though! Hopefully they can get more stock in soon and fill the place up again!

But this isn't Macy's where they have stocked inventory this is TJ Maxx that has various off-brands and rarely the same item stocked so this was very confusing to me. She told me I have to go all the way back to Vermont to return it. Which I did. Super inconvenient and I was very insulted. She embarrassed me and spoke very loudly so the whole line of people could hear her. Very improper
