Ms. Justice: I asked if the bathroom was open. The gentleman behind the counter smiled kindly, pointed to the bathroom door, and said yes. There was no toilet paper. I mentioned to the same gentleman on my way out that it was out of toilet paper. I thought I was being kind so the next person would not have to be prepared like I am with my carry-all purse. He answered with a half annoyed, almost upset tone saying they don't put toilet paper in the bathrooms because people steal it. There are too many things wrong with this that I will just keep most of my thoughts about this to myself. What I will boil it down to (disregarding the sanitary issues and board of health regulations) is: it is nice to have a public restrooms, but if the are offered only without toilet paper intentionally, that should be known before it is too late.
Malina Coleone: The store is okay. What's more annoying are the 300 plus motorcycles that goes there and revving their engines when my toddlers in the car! Please think before you take your kids there during certain days. It'll scare them .

Kamilla Parker: Gas is always slightly more expensive than other places, but the location is convenient for me. I've been inside once to ask a question about the car wash. The men inside were nice. They've got little bags at the pump, so you don't have to touch the gas pump. The only reason I've removed a star is shortly after I got gas there. I got a call from Amex saying my card had been compromised. That day I had only used it there. It's tedious, but someone needs to be regularly checking the machines to make sure crooks aren't trying to steal from their customers.

I should contact the state as he refuses to wear a mask when it is mandatory especially for staff workers indoors nevermind the floor was disgusting sticky and smelled really bad just sad since I work late hours so not many places open and usually stop there grab snack and gas but they won't receive my business anymore and also will let family and friends know also what a what a shame

Richard Lee: I've been getting my cars inspected here since 1973. Never had a fail. We always pre-inspect the backup, brake, running, signal, and headlights. Plus wipers & etc beforehand. I'm a big unfriendly looking old guy, so I always take the cars in for inspection. My wife doesn't like hanging around gas stations. Her sister, a retired teacher has been scammed at many gas stations in the suburbs around Boston. I know lots of women who have been scammed at gas stations and car repair shops. Sadly, that's very typical in Massachusetts.

Y Tai: Do NOT go there for state inspections. If you have back window tint that exceeds a bit than the MA's criteria, they will do the exam first and tell you come back again when then tint removed, otherwise your inspection will fail.This was annoying, because they could tell you that they would perform the window tint examination and before even inspect the whole thing. In this way, you could fix your tint issue else where and perform the inspection in a nearby place.They are very rude and un-trustful, I hope there could be a zero star to give.

I would give negative stars if possible.the mechanic doing my inspection told me all of my shocks were gone and wanted to charge me 1,000!! i brought my car with the failed inspection sticker to my mechanic and there were no issues. tyler mcclure: Avoid at all costs, the people here are descriminatory towards women and will lie to you just to make a sale. My GF took her car here for an inspection, and they failed it for a parking brake. I tightened the parking brake correctly, ( I am a mobile mechanic and know how to fix cars better than these guys). She took it back and they still failed it for a parking brake. If I had tightened it any more, the brakes would be dragging while driving the car... After a few days, her dad took it back again without having changed a thing, and they passed it without any complaint... SEXIST and unprofessional service is what to expect here. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The guy failed a car before mine and then failed my 4Runner for a left liner (splash shield) broken under the category of "Bumpers/Fenders/Exterior Sheet Metal" I asked a guy at O'reilly's auto store, who used to be an inspector, he said that shouldn't be a fail (no safety issue involved, not the fender, it's just a liner). This morning I went to another inspector at different shop, they said the same thing that it should be a pass. So they passed my vehicle ( of course I have to pay another $35). I would like to second the review below which states that these mechanics will take advantage of people, and especially women, whom they deem ignorant. They will fail your car for inspection just to quote you an *outrageous* estimate to fix your car. Its pathetic and I just hope that enough 1-star reviews accumulate in order for this place to shut down for good.
