Buchanan Chhim: My screen was damaged and had to be replaced. It was my first time at the shop and I'll go there again if I ever need anything else to fix (hopefully not.) Good service and experience. My phone looks brand new. I think I heard the lady at the front speaking Khmer? She said for me to come back 30min later after I dropped my phone off and I did, but the repair wasn't done yet. I didn't mind waiting a bit more. I overheard her telling someone in the back to get my phone done soon in Khmer and I understood LOL. I appreciated that. Thanks again.
Astrid: I went in there to get a repair for an iphone 11 and they estimated that it would be 30-1 hour which was fine the time doesn’t matter. The repair was supposed to be for a broken screen and face id and would cost around 100$. When I received the phone the screen had a dead pixel in the middle of the screen and the screen was popping out slightly. The face id wasn’t even working either which was such a disappointment. A few months go bye and i drop it by accident a foot off of the ground and the screen cracks, mind you the phone had a screen protector and a case. The screen protector was fine but the actual screen was broken.
Ryan Lambert: I cannot thank Lowell Phone Sop enough for the help they provided for me with my old Iphone 11. I had a major issue: my old phone was stuck on the apple logo during a transfer of photos and information to my new phone. I was told at Xfinity that I basically lost 6 years of photographs. This was devastating and stressful to say the least.I called Lowell Phone Shop on a last ditch effort and to my surprise Polo was able to recover everything. He was professional, up front and super patient. I cannot recommend this business enough.I will be returning in the future!!!Thank you again to Lowell Phone Shop.

He was extremely nice right from the start and explained everything to me. No sooner I got home he was calling me! HE FIXED IT! Not only fixed it but explained to me what had happened and that we didn't even have get a whole new hard drive! I can't thank you guys enough and my son said THANK YOU TO!

Seeta: Went there because I was unable to charge my phone. The charging port had to be replaced and I was told to return in 2 hours. In response to my request, the person agreed to work on it immediately and handed me back the phone in just half an hour. However, the next day I had to call the store when I realised that the microphone was not working. I had to make an additional trip to the store to hand over the phone for repair and and another one to pick it up. Apparently the original charging port had the microphone attached but the replacement didn't have it. That means that I had been given a phone without the microphone after the original repair. The microphone from my original charging port was removed and installed. My phone is working now, but I am quite apprehensive about the parts used and the workmanship.

Sensei Pence: Well this is the third time I've gone there all for different devices a Nintendo switch in two different cell phones each time it has been the female charging port issues they fixed me up every time and even stood by their work when almost a month later my cell phone charging port went out on me again they fixed it for free... service with a smile very friendly and quick. I highly recommend these guys

burnout boss: If I had the option to give more stars I would cause this please is amazing. My phone charging port was destroyed and ending up putting the phone on power saving and complete shutdown with no way to charge my phone (not wireless charger compatible.) When the parts came in he fixed it right up really quick and I could not be more happier. My phone can charge again like the port never got broken.

Steve Latsis: Caleb was exceptional both times we've come to Mobilecliniq for tech support! 1st time was to replace my son's cracked Galaxy s10+ screen. 2nd time was to upgrade my son's laptop from a 256 GB SSD to a 1 TB drive. The 2nd posed some major challenges due to different form factors but Caleb was able to sort it all out over the 4th of July holiday and get it cloned and up and running 10 times faster than before! No way Geek Squad could've done this work and for the great price! I'm so pleased with his workmanship and professionalism that I'm taking my primary laptop in to have him replace my broken keyboard (never have pancakes with maple syrup resting on your wrist rest while on a call!) and upgrade my SSD as well. And the best thing is they are only 5 minutes from my house! Why go anywhere else???
