Cameron Carey: The models they have out were beautiful, but there was only 6 models available whereas other manufactured home lots have dozens. All the model homes were a little smelly and they don't turn on the AC in the heat of summer, so going on an 85 degree day was tough.

L.: My experience with, Whispering Pines, has been great. They walked me through the rental process and made everything easy. From cable, trash pickup, electric, to putting in my air conditioner. They came over to help on a weekend when I locked myself out. They were on top of things. The neighborhood is awesome. It is very quiet but when I see my neighbors they are friendly. Whispering Pines is located 8 minutes from Downtown Derry. They have their own Laundromat. My unit is well maintained, with plenty of space plus a storage shed. It's perfect for me. Christina Day: If I could give them no stars. These people trick you. They are really nice and considerate when you first move in but give it a few months or even a year then you’ll see their true faces. Renters can’t get any problems fixed unless you literally have a hole through your floor. I mean inside the home because if it’s in your deck or porch they don’t care. They tell just don’t use it. They tell you oldie but goodie. Ha, so not true. These places are not worth renting. If your buying don’t. I know numerous people that own and they all regret it. I know a few that are going to sell and one that is selling. Don’t go here.

Scott Murray: Very clean. they have a long term plan that will bring this place back to life. Some of the mobile homes have seen better days. But they have been pulling out some of the old ones and putting in brand new homes. They are adding Doublewides for a great price. Nabors are great, friendly, Everyone watches out for everyone. Close to 93, 101, Manchester Airport, shopping, 25 min to the beach. They have a laundry mat, Hair Dresser, Conveient store .. We have been here for a few months. we have a nice size yard.. they have a shed for all your tools, lawn mower, weed trimmer, Storage, private parking for 2 cars One thing i like the most is it is very quiet atnite we enjoy having coffee out side in our private yard. I wish we would have moved here sooner.

Christopher Rousseau: My Fiance and I Initially visited Whispering Pines to View the great inventory of new Manufactured Homes. Making the decision to purchase a Manufactured Home versus a traditional home was Initially a struggle. After speaking to the very knowledgeable staff about construction, materials and what the community had to offer. The decision was made to purchase manufactured. They even helped with getting in touch with a great lender.With our decision made, we have decided to rent a manufactured home within Whispering Pines to allow us to acclimate to manufactured home living, as well as getting to know the community prior to our purchase. The staff has been great with being able to meet our needs and were very understanding with our desire to acclimate to manufactured home living, before making our purchase.We were shown a nice rental home within the community and have been very impressed so far. We are now just awaiting a decision on our rental application versus our mortgage and look forward to our move soon!

Vicky Raz: It seems they're replacing homes, finally. However, when I looked at homes here 6yrs ago, the park was extremely dilapidated. -considering that, even with the new homes going in now, it seems they just allow things to kind of go "south" here.The homes were close together and the park is not conveniently located. Sure, there's a convenience store practically on the property (which seems a little strange), but..everything else is a bit away. (the highway, super markets, etc.)
