Kelly G: I did a 90 day contract for this Company and learned a lot on my own. The new Customer Service Manager NEVER seemed to want to give me the time of day to train me. As I told them when I left, "she needs a class in Management" because she has no clue how to treat others that she wants to micro manage. They wanted me to do another 30 days temp because I needed to "pay more attention to detail" so my response is "perhaps if I was trained at all I would have been able to perform better in my Customer Service position" and left the Company. There are no processes in place and they need to focus on moving forward as GSP for the merge with Hilquist was 4 years ago!
