Audrey Grew: I am so glad I decided to go with Colizzi Memorials to repair my mothers head stone. They were very professional, went to inspect the stone and gave me a true written cost of repair, that explained everything they would do. Not only did they do what they said they would do, but in the time frame they said, even with a death in their family! Mitch was awesome he said he would send me a text when the stone was removed and when the stone was repaired and returned, not only did he do what he said but sent pictures of it repaired and in place! I would highly recommend Colizzi Memorials to everyone!They are honest and truly cared!

MaryBeth Hardy: The beginning of March 2022 I contacted JT Smith owner of Garside Monuments in Westford regarding a new marker for my parents grave. I spoke with him first by phone. He told me the best way to communicate was through his email. We conversed 14 times via email regarding setting up the marker to my liking. On March 28, 2022 my husband and I went in, met with JT to finalize the prototype and pay for said marker. We were promised a delivery date of Memorial Day 2022. He would send me a photo when it was on the grave at St. Patrick’s in Lowell. I also asked him to clean my grandparents' monument which he agreed to.By June I hadn’t heard from him so I took a ride over to the cemetery, nothing. On June 13 I emailed, no response. On June 15 I emailed, no response. I finally reached him by phone on June 21, 2022 and he told me plants had been shut down because of covid. Things were delayed, the story seemed believable.July 11, 2022 I hadn’t heard from JT so I called. He did call me back this time and also told me he was having problems with his landline. He assured me it would be in by the following week. I didn’t hear from JT like he had promised.. I went on vacation and hoped it would be there when I returned, by the first week in August. At this point, I felt something wasn’t right but couldn’t comprehend someone taking advantage of me over a gravestone. How cruel and inhumane, I just couldn’t believe this was happening. I waited a bit longer.On September 19, 2022 I emailed JT and got no response. September 23 I called and left a message. JT did call me back. He told me the stone was delivered in the wrong color and he re-ordered it and it was coming in the following week. He would send photo. Again, nothing.Emotionally draining, I asked my brother and sister-in-law to get involved. My sister-in-law called three times with no response from JT. On October 19, 2022 my brother decided to write a very DIRECT email to JT that had a response time of about 10 minutes from JT. JT spoke to both my brother and I and promised the stone would be delivered by the weekend of October 22, 2022. An email from JT on October 19th states “I had a colleague of mine pick up the marker”. He also said he would be refunding our money because in his words “we are good people”. I did receive a check in the mail from him on October 29, 2022. I sent him another email on November 3, 2022 asking about the marker, no response. I went over to the cemetery this weekend and the marker is still not there. I’m done with Garside Monuments. I will move on. JT took this business over from his grandfather in 2015. Mr. Garside must be rolling over in his grave. I assume he has a proper grave marker but who knows.

Everyone here is amazing, especially Rosa. She helped me through hard times when my dad passed and helped me chose and customize the best stone for him and I. She was so considerate and kind. Kyle L: Dave and his staff are amazing! I needed a bench engraved under a little bit of a time crunch. All the shops near me was giving me the run around. When I called here the receptionist was extremely pleasant and nice. When she herd my story her and Dave were able to make something happen and get me in. They work extremely hard and they beat the initial time quote. The engraving came out amazing! Dave even went over and beyond by giving me some tips and trick for installing my bench. extremely fair pricing too. This whole team do care and it shows. The reason for doing business with them sucks but the process was very pleasant. Overall amazing staff, great work

Also David wears many hats, he is the hardest worker you'd ever meet, and is right there in every aspect of creating the stones. He is just great, he's one of those guys that you feel you are just better off for having met him! Beautiful company, business, service, showcase, attention to detail, turn around time, artwork, designs, choices, on time delivery, total professionalism and inclusion to every step of the process. 5 star business.

Joyce Michelle: Kevin at Valley Monument stepped in when the owner of a Billerica monument company disrupted the grieving process of our beautiful mother by delaying delivery of her stone, being dishonest throughout the entire process, chipping the stone, and installing it improperly. I wish we had found Kevin first and never had to deal with the other company. Kevin's attention to detail and constant communication with our sister made a terrible situation more manageable. Our mom's stone is back where it belongs and looks perfect.We cannot thank you enough, Kevin.
