MICHAEL: BOUGHT A TIRE AND HAD IT MOUNTED.ALSO HAD MY K&N AIR FILTER , A $60 DOLLAR FILTER CLEANED AND LUBED BACK IN 2018 . RECENTLY WENT TO SERVICE THE AIR FILTER AGAIN AND FOUND IT WAS MISSING. SO NOT ONLY DID I GET CHARGED FOR MY FILTER BEING CLEANED AND OILED BUT IT WAS NEVER PUT BACK ON THE BIKE ! I CALLED UP AND OWNER VERIFIED I WAS CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE BUT BASICALLY TOLD ME I WAS OUT OF LUCK. NOT HAPPY TO LOOSE THE K&N FILTER.RODE BIKE FOR 3 YEARS AFTER. LUCKY THERE WASN'T ANY DAMAGE TO BIKE.Services:Tires,Oil change

When I first got a motorcycle I was pretty young so I was used to the jokes from friends and the community about not being capable or knowledgeable despite how much I was. However I have never been spoken to so rudely and talked down to in my entire life than when I got my bike inspected here. It was one of the most demeaning interactions I've ever had with someone about to take my money in my entire life. I truly mean if I had to decide between coming back here and never inspecting my bike again, I'd choose the latter.
