Gil Sharon: Staff Lowell General were great - 5 stars!Shields MRI however requested a payment in advance that I payed in full.A few weeks pass and I get a bill that I need to pay a 3rd party for the analysis of the MRI. don't get me wrong I think everyone should get paid for their work.But since I went through Shields MRI, they should have notified me before the MRI that another bill will be coming!

Irene Metcalf: The staff took me right on time they were very knowledgeable and as I have bad anxiety they made me feel very comfortable and safe. I Have had many MRIs done and this place was the best. It was for a brain scan with contrast and I would do it again if I had to with no fear. Thank you to all of you

Crystal McMullen: Very disappointed they did not inform me they took it upon themselves to cancel my apt while waiting for insurance verification for approval. No one contacted me to even ask if I wanted to cancel or to give me time to figure out what was holding insurance up as they claim, they only called a couple days in advance to confirm the apt. While waiting for my apt in the office as scheduled I called insurance and immediately got approval yet was denied to be seen during my apt time because they decided to already take other patients instead. Now I have to wait 4 hours for my turn. I missed time out of work and now last minute have to scramble to find childcare in order to get the healthcare I need. Very upset that they think this is acceptable customer service and treatment of their patients in pain. I hope I never need to come here again after this.

donna polier: Had an MRI there yesterday and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The MRI machine was very small however. I was told to go to Saints the next time they have the biggest and latest MRI machine.

Lauren Cunningham: Had an MRI here today. Everyone was very kind, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The covid precautions taken made me comfortable in that aspect as well. My appointment was on time with no waiting.

anonYmouse: Let me start off by saying that if you plan to go to this business and have a cognitive disability bring someone with you that can stand up for you or speak on your behalf, there were things that should have been explained to me in detail that were not, masks are required but it seems as if the techs favor others over actual patients, a man came in while I was waiting with his baby not wearing a mask and was not asked to put on a mask, when I took mine off and aproched the front desk to ask when I was going to be seen one of the techs demanded I put on a mask, I asked what about the man that just came in who was mask-less, she began to lie my in a nasty form telling me, oh I didn't see him I'm not sure what your talking about, even though she was one of the 4 techs talking with the man and his child.I will be contacting the ADA about my visit.
