Tyler Jon Morrison: Just like all desired change, making it happen is never made easier and accessible by governmental bodies, so here I am giving a 1-star review to Lowell City Hall for hiring Lowell Fleet towing on Google Business instead with the hope of eliciting positive change in the community. Your city is incredibly unwelcoming to visitor, which seems to make up about 80% of the daily head count in this garbage city. It could be so nice in Lowell...it's just NOT, and the city's choices of every outsourced service, like Lowell Fleet Towing, shows that Lowell is interested in collecting taxes but not making peoples' lives better with good choices of vendors that serve the community. BTW, Inspectional services is an especially hard department to deal with led by an old guy that revels in being the curmudgeonly old guy in the grubby city office: every office here is staffed by some power-crazy gate keeper that loves the 100 square feet of city hall space that they are gods of. I'd say make Lowell great again, but it never was. What a dump city: I hope, for you, the reader's sake, that you are not having to look into Lowell as your new residence since housing costs have forced you out of every metro-MA area elsewhere.

Genji Mishima: The desk clerk on Nov 2nd 2021 was rude and inconsiderate towards people dealing with the loss of a family member. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Jessica Oliveira: Horrible. Have called multiple times and no one answers the phone.
Courtney D: No hours listed on Google, gates closed at noon on Sunday, phone number goes right to voice mail, voice mail box is full. Not sure when I'm able to drop off recycling or composting and have no one to contact to ask.
Marvelous MQ: Called 3 times but they finally came and opened the door his name was Chris he was nice.
Dee Chanda: The guy who opened the recycling door today was very unprofessional and rude.
Jack rabbett: RE the flyer sent out this week. Well its about time the city started clamping down on those who consistently continue to stuff their trash & recycle containers week after week with the lids straight up. Maybe the squirrels will find another way to supplement their dinner. Its hasn't been fair for those who have been paying for the purple bags.
