Deborah Rivera: My husband go here 3 times a week, some of the staff are rude to him, ignoring him, he is supposed yo be in oxygen and his tank is very small because he can't carry the big tank he ask to be put in his chair so he could be put in the office oxygen so he will have enough oxygen to get back home they ignored him and call him 20 minutes after he is scheduled to have dialysis, Very unkind and unhuman to do this to people specifically people with health issues I call to give the complaint and they hang the phone on me very unprofessional Health Departmen should send people here to investigate.
Josh Brand: I love the staff!! I wish the chairs were updated and the machines were easier for the staff.The time they have to prepare between people is unreasonable. At times it is like a money factory. If it wasn't for the staff I would consider moving to a smaller facility.
Randall Murphy: They keep it very clean and safe.

Samantha Sayegh: An amazing doctor
Kathryn Jones: Very concerned. My father had a heart attack three weeks ago followed by quadruple bypass surgery. If my mother had not come upon him at one in the morning unable to breathe he would have died, as 50% of people with my father's condition do (according to the head of cardiology at Mass General). We are so lucky he is alive. Dr. Raouf Sayegh is his internist, and my father had complained to him previously about tingling in his arms, despite my fathers advanced age and diabetes Dr. Sayegh said there was nothing wrong with him. My father then began to experience severe shortness of breath so finally scheduled an EKG at the dr.'s office - but my father had his heart attack the night before the EKG, so of course, the appointment was cancelled. It turns out that the tingling in his arms were in fact, heart incidents. On top of that, since my father's heart attack, Dr. Sayegh has never called to check on my father.
