James Anderson: Imagine buying a $100 “official Red Sox gear” shorts only for them to begin to rip and stitching fall out a week later. I only wore them 2x and the material began falling apart. Cheap material. I’ve witness their employees giving their friends discounts secretly as well.

There were plenty of staff around but they were engaged in the wrong direction. These are the reasons behind my low rating. I will review this establishment very soon with another review.

Michaela Merrill: I had a lot of money in my pocket tonight and was definitely looking to spend it on a new pair of kicks and a nice winter jacket, gifts, etc.. I was in that store for 45 minutes to almost an hour and not one person asked me if I needed help with anything. How am I supposed to spend money at the store and buy sneakers there if I can't be shown any from the back because nobody wants to help you in the store? Really, that's your job is to help customers. Well, Monday night not 1 SINGLE Person asked if I needed help with Anything! I'll take my money somewhere else and that's exactly what I did tonight. It stinks because I do like the clothes at the store.

Kayla Davis: On Saturday morning (12/15/19) the Jordan 11 bred dropped. I went to Eblens because that’s where I always go for shoe drops. I won the raffle for the men’s and this time they said the youth sizes were first come first serve, so I showed up at 730 to wait in line(opened at 8). After we’re allowed inside they tell us that the youth sizes could not ring up for some reason. They gave us all tickets and told us it would be 15 MINUTES!!! We waited over an hour and half for them to decide to do paper receipts because they were too lazy to do so from the beginning! The manager was completely unprofessional and did not know how to handle the situation at all. It was the worst experience ever. People were about to start a riot in the store! I called the DM and the lady didn’t even have the decency to call me back and apologize. I will NEVER be back to this Eblens and I will continuously recommend people avoid this horrible store.

Craig Watson: I bought New Balance 410 trail running shoes at their outlet in Merrimack, NH. I paid $64.95. I checked the 410s online that night and found them to be $59.99 or less everywhere else. Some as low as $41.22.The outlet was just more crowded and messy with much less selection in my size.The staff was terrific, though.I've been wearing NB since I bought my first pair at the outlet in Allston, MA in 1982. I see no reason to ever go to their outlet again.

I went here and was amazed because some NB locations doesnt look as quality as this location does, the service was friendly and quick. I normally do not find things I really want at the outlet only the regular NB store. I’m not sure if it does the same as premium outlet in Ohio -has different weekly deals but hopefully so. Yes I shall return for both stores next year when we come back

Kim K.: Yikes. I just had a terrible experience here yesterday.I live in Lowell and am brand new to running, but I was really excited when I learned about this store. I thought it was going to be great to go into a store where I could do the gait analysis and get help finding the right shoes at a decent price. I was so quickly disappointed. First of all, when I got there around 4:30, I saw a note on the door that said "Be back in a couple minutes." Okay fine, I'm a patient person, I'll wait. So I did. For a half an hour. Finally I called the Acton location (apparently the Lowell location doesn't have a phone) and the gentleman told me he was calling the employee's cell phone, at which time the employee came running up. So I went inside and stood there expecting to be asked questions - what level am I at, how often do I run, where do I run, etc. Nothing. He just told me to pick a shoe from the shelf. I asked about the gait analysis, but the problem was he hardly spoke any English so I don't think he knew what I was requesting. He asked me my size and just started bringing shoes out but didn't do anything to help me decide. I expressed that I'm a beginner and didn't know what to look for. No response. Probably because his cell phone was going off every 30 seconds and he was answering it and speaking to someone he knew.I ended up buying shoes because I do need new running shoes, but I am going back this afternoon to return them. When i looked at them yesterday I realized they were fairly dirty for being new shoes and honestly I don't feel good giving them my business. It was really a shame, I was so excited about this store...

Kate Hill: Love the pick up option and the people that get my orders together and bring it out. I have some health issues that make it hard for me to complete simple tasks like food shopping at times. They always pick out great produce and my orders are always complete. Even last Christmas, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get all my kids their gifts in time, they had it and brought it right to my car. Lowell Target is the best!
Joseph Chow: They sell 70 pack trading card pages $10. Also they sell UNO Ultimate card game. Public restrooms are on the front of the store.
Chastity Torres: Completely understaffed! ONE singular person taking orders and making drinks with a huge line, after waiting about 25 min in line it’s my turn and they had no caramel or whipped cream which are main ingredients for my drink..no signs or notices to let ppl know either.
