talon tech: i just want to say how impressed I am with my turn out with mine and my husband's experience with Nissan of Chelmsford Ma. My husband and i have been looking for a car for about 6 months now and just been hesitant to do so because of the not so great experiences in the past with dealerships. We saw a car we loved online so we called it was available went there that day where we met our sales person Xavier Ortiz we had seen the car right away looked great he let us do i test drive. We loved what we saw and told him we were very much interested not only did Xavier haven everything done in such timely manner he was not pushy and very pleasant to talk to and made sure all of or question were answered. Also great exprice with Jamie Correa the Finance Manager who was excellent also helped us out in so many ways and was honest and not pushy and is great with kids. We are so happy with our Nissan Pathfinder. Our overall experience was amazing and would definitely recommend them for anyone with is looking for any type of car. Thanks guys...

Victoria Szetela: I went here back in 2018 when it was Autofair Nissan so I decided to go again when it came time to purchase a car for my daughter. We went to go look at a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. When I saw the car I found that part of the bumper was broken through and detached from the rest of the car. This was not mentioned in the ad but I still went to take it on a test drive. I did mention it to the sales person and he said he didn't know it was broken. When we came back from the test drive all I could smell was antifreeze coming from the car. I did want to purchase the car and when I mentioned the bumper needed to be repaired and that I also smelled antifreeze the salesman said they would go talk to their manager about the bumper and then just stared at me when I mentioned the antifreeze smell. I mentioned it multiple times and he had nothing to say about it. Before he went to talk to his manager about getting the bumper repaired he asked me how much more I would be willing to spend on the bumper repair and I said nothing as the damage was not mentioned in the ad on their website. The car was already overpriced as it was . He came back with his manager and told me that I needed to pay $800 to get the bumper fixed, I said no thank you and walked out . For the next several days they called me . One of the voicemails said that they found a place to repair it for cheaper so I would pay a little bit less for the repair then another manager called me and said that they would be willing to do the repair for free. No thank you. You guys lost when you weren't willing to do it the first time. I now remember from using this dealership back in 2018 that when I bought my car there was no antifreeze in the reservoir and then after I bought the car they had continuously called me so I had ended up blocking their number. They even called me today but I did not answer. Stop harassing consumers.

The final step in the process was switching the tires from my old car to the new one. I booked a service appt for 9am and was placed with the Service Advisor Eric, who treated me like I was a bother being there and told me he’d never heard of someone coming in for the service I was getting done. He was not pleasant, condescending, and rude. He told me it was going to take precisely 3.2 hours to get the service done, because it was such an odd request, but it turns out it took 7 hours for this to get done, mind you, the appt was scheduled at 9am. I don’t have a problem with how long it took, but he had made such a fuss about the specific time it would take to get done. In the future, when booking service appts, I will be specifically requesting any other service advisor besides him. I doubt Nissan would appreciate his attitude toward customers. Thank you.

As it turned out, they weren't able to diagnose exactly what the problem was, so they sent the data to Nissan Engineers. Long story short, Nissan authorized a warranty replacement of the motor. Ryan scheduled my motor replacement and secured a courtesy vehicle for when I drop off my truck. All the while keeping me informed as to the approximate time to complete the job. The service was relatively quick with only one hiccup with a Position Sensor. One day after that, I had my baby back. There was no lack of communication, and you can tell that Ryan genuinely cares about his clients! THIS is why I continue to come back to Ron Bouchard's Nissan! I called desperately to schedule a service for following Monday. The service representative Jesus immediately suggested to com RIGHT AWAY and confirm that he WILL WAIT FOR ME beyond his service hours so I can drop the car and get a loaner. He waited for me to move my stuff and provide me with amazing and quick service. All done in 1.5 hours. I am a customer for life. Then they tell me the guy I made the appointment with was wrong and the person that comes and fixes wheel damage doesn’t come until Monday. I’ve had problems with this specific dealer before but I thought I’d give them another chance not anymore. I’ll go back to my usual dealer where they don’t loose my car and they know what they are talking about.

I dented the inside of the car door from closing my seatbelt on it and someone in service told me to bring it in and they could help until I had time to call a body shop to fix it. I was so thankful because without this fix there was an alarm going off saying car door was open and all the lights in the car were on making it impossible to drive at night.Also their staff in general are great. I bought out my lease and they made the whole process seamless and were very flexible. Happy about my experience here.
