They were so pleasant and I appreciate them not making me feel bad for not knowing how to make the simple fix. I started using the Chelmsford Staples years ago when my computer crashed and my regular tech couldn't my hard drive info back but Staples did. Top notch tech support. Ray Boutin

Bought a Epsom 2 yr ink printer not a cheap product it was over 500$ tried to return it immediately. Because I realized there was no way I would need all that ink and was worried it may Dry it if not used within a certain amount of time . The UNTRAINED EMPLOYEE THAT TRIED TO HELP ME TO NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN. Was unable to do the return because even though I had my card I purchased it with and am a rewards member he couldn’t figure out how to give me even a store credit . Long story long I’m stuck with this printer I’ve tried to return 3 times at 3 different staples. And was just told Nothing can be returned after 14 days! Hello Ever heard of Covid 19 ! Kimberly Oyola: I put in an order to have prayer cards laminated on Friday. I told the clerk I would cut them myself to save myself $30 where it was already costing me $50 to have 110 cards laminated. I told them I need them for Sunday morning cause the ceremony started at 1pm. They called me at 12:35pm telling me my order was ready😡. I had to leave where the ceremony was to go pick up my order. In the time it took to go retrieve my order and get back I missed the whole ceremony 😢 and still had to cut out these prayer cards that came out awful. They were all crooked and close together they couldn’t be cut even and every sheet had to be cut individually for if I tried to cut more than one at a time I would have cut into the pictures themselves as you can see in the picture I posted and this isn’t even the worst sheet that there was. Needless to say it was more stress added to an already stressful and emotional day and I was so disappointed. I will be calling the store also with my complaint and I will never use this location again😤😡!

I had NEVER EVER experience this kind of customer service before, he was also rude to the customer before me, and also a customer on the phone. I hate to complain and write a bad review but he need to work on his customer service skill. All the other workers were very friendly and polite except for this one manager, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

When I went back the next day the manager basically said I shouldn't listen to his employees. The manager was rude and wasn't helpful at all, he's the reason I'll never go to staples again.
Thomas Hubbard: Stay away from their extended warranties!!!! Also when the guys at staples say to just bring it in if it breaks, that it 100% not true. They will not honor them without extreme difficulty. Too give you a sense of what you are in for here are some messages from the warranty site. In order to get your transaction ID: "On the top right of the receipt, take the 4 digits to the left of the date and the 6 digits of the dateAdd the 5 digits above the time (next to the 6-digit date) and then the 2 digits next to the previous 5-digit number" you get the idea.

I just wanted someone at Staples to say, "I'm sorry, let me check around and see if we can get you that missing part as soon as possible." Her solution, however, was not quite that easy or helpful. After a disappointing and unhelpful interaction with Melissa raising her voice and encouraging me to write a complaint, I returned the printer and wrote this review.With one parting reminder for Melissa, it is just as "easy" to press a button and order a printer from another retailer. In fact, I just did and guess what, "that was easy!"

Like so many of us I am working form the "home office" and am up to my chin.I was time constrained and despite a busy print desk the person at the counter (I regret not remembering the name; I was in a hurry.) did an outstanding job of fixing the problem and got the job done. I left the store less stressed and happy. Doesn't get better than that!

Kristin Smith: Stopped here to mail my UPS package after being sent away from the UPS store 15 minutes before closing because it was determined to be "too close to closing to mail your package". No line, no waiting, friendly service and the hours for drop off are much better. And picked up a new phone charger while I was there using the coupon I received for mailing my package. Bonus.
Mrs G: Printers or scanner never work and no one who works here even management cares to probably fix it or help the customer. Manager walked away. I even went to Go and BUY a scanner because I am so sick of printers not working. But no service. No sale.

Yvonne Hebebrand: My laptop was so slow that I brought it the Staples in Amherst NH. Turned out the hard drive was failing. I had a service protection plan from a 3rd party purchased through Staples and it was an old plan they don't use any longer. With this plan I would have had to mail the laptop out, wait for them to fix and then send back. Staples didn't want me to have to wait so they replaced the hard drive, moved everything from old drive to new drive all within a few hours for $0.00. Thank you so much tech team!!!!

AG Wilson: Copy center sucks! I went to make a few B&W copies on card stock or on something heavier than normal copy paper. I couldn’t just put $1 in the copier but had to buy a copy card. The slightly heavier paper was going to cost me $.30 each plus copy costs, or I could buy their official card stick for $.80 to $1 per sheet. I left and went to the library where I made copies for .10 each on the paper I wanted.

Erik Albrecht: The print service has gone down hill. I used to come weekly for different large prints, but I now wouldn’t recommend this service.We ordered 50 Christmas cards Saturday morning with a 24 hour pickup for a 5pm guarantee on Sunday. I showed up on Sunday at 5:30pm and the cards were not ready. The kid told me that they wouldn’t be ready for another 24 hours.So now we have to go out for another trip when it should’ve been done. At the very least, the kid who was clearly not busy, could have printed them while I was there. There was no notification of the delay and the employee was less than helpful.

Steven M (Steve) Stewart: Looking for a chair today for my wife's desk. Found one prefect but the price listed was different than the online price. Also the chair on the floor we wanted was under a completely different "posted sign" for a different chair. (Very Confusing- stocked incorrectly) On top of that the chair we liked had "2" versions and the one we wanted was listed incorrectly (in other words the chairs Item# was different than the tag # attached to it with a different price. We asked for help and met "Tori". Tori was clueless. Zero customer service skills with the personality of Comedian Steven Wright. Tori kept telling us if the box states that item number, then that's the correct chair. Never understood the listed price discrepancy. I asked her if we could open the box to just confirm and she said NO. So I told her if I go into the parking lot and open it up and its wrong we are returning it. Tori didn't care and said ok. (We did open it to check and it was the right chair.) She never asked us if we wanted it put together and honestly kept the same "I don't really care" attitude the entire time.Checking out we were given the online price, the reason for 2 stars. However, I probably should have taken it away because Tori was seen laughing at us with a store associate in the printing area near the windows as we were leaving. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Staples and how down hill this store has become. Improper stocking and no one cares.

wxfield: I went in early one morning looking to replace a printer/scanner that had died in my office. I was immediately greeted and was taken right to the printers where I found what I was looking for to be in-stock and without piles of dust on top of the box. They then rolled out a hand-truck and wheeled it to the counter where I paid for it and they then wheeled it out to my vehicle in 8F degree weather..loaded it in for me and thanked me again. Really great experience. I won't shop anyplace else for my office supplies.
