Nancy Boucher: was looking for a sectional for a smaller size room...the customer service we received was excellent they took the time to help us configure what would work (which we did not get from your top name furniture stores at all!!!) they ordered what we thought we might want and let us come in to see if no obligation to buy, we bought it and the delivery was quick and professional!!!! The experience we had is how it should be personal, professional and I am more than pleased with my new sectional!!

Valerie Viengngeune: Good service and does have many sets to look at. What is not there you can always order off the catalog but appears as if they have all the options physically there. Their sets look identical to Ashley’s Furniture. Price point is about the same. Took only a week of maybe less to get two bedroom sets. There are two floors and there were a few kids furniture and living room set. We also had them install and the guys were great and quick. We have an awkward small turn in order but they of course moved the king size bed and set in there like a pro.

derek Tebeau: Stay away! Do not buy, bought a king bed for 800$. Wodden slates are cracked, legs that hold up slates are broken. Box spring collapsed on one side, loose headboard. Called the actual manufacture, Ashley furniture, informed me that they in fact do not service this store. That I needed a new bed and that I was probably sold some junk. Told me to get my money back. Stay away!

MVR My One And Only: My husband and I have been Aarron’s customers for over 10 years. Once had a bad experience with management over 5 years ago of which the former manager is no longer there. Otherwise my experience at the Lowell, MA store has always been a positive one.
Shotta Rudeboy23: Ordered my sectional from them they said it would arrive Tuesday between 3-6. Tuesday comes around I get rid of my old couches around 1:30. Waited till 5 called to ask what time more or less it would show up for them to tell me the truck broke down and they won’t arrive till Thursday. If they would have called and explained that I would’ve never got rid of the old couches till Thursday. Now I’m left with an empty living room for 2 days when all Aaron’s had to do is call. The woman manager was very rude and anyone could tell she couldn’t be bothered with a customer. Real poor customer service and handling of customers. And your waiting an hour for the cooperate number to pick up so can’t call to complain.

Kevin Fuller (Kaje): (READ EDIT)I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I had gone to the store and signed a contract and set up a delivery date for a bedroom set. Not even an hour before it was supposed to be delivered 3 days later mind you, Steve the sales man decides to call and say that I was not approved. I had taken time off work for this and then they couldnt even give me an answer why. They didnt verify my employment, references or run my credit. They just changed their mind. Unreal this circus they run. This store will 100 percent be out of business soon with the clowns running this place. I cant wait until the next lie they come up with as to why I was denied. I smell discrimination because I caught the manager lying 3x already. What a joke btw the mattresses they want to charge over 1000 dollars for you can get at walmart for 300. Delivered. Save your money, dont fall for this scam. (EDIT) 3 years later I gave another try and they have been nothing but proffessional with me. Steve has even helped me out when I was very ill in the hospital. Also when the laptop had the wrong charger he fixed it right away and ordered the correct one for me. Completely different experience this time. I have no idea what the difference was this time but I stand corrected.

Doug Taylor: My wife got a queen set for $200, the guy didn’t have rope to tie it down, probably because he wanted $20 for delivery up the street, but wife got rope at the store, we set it up and I laid down on this set up, it is hands down the firmest mattress out there..... wicked uncomfortable!! You’d be better laying on a pile of rocks!
Donald Lupien (Don): If you are looking for a Mattress / Box Spring I would definitely recommend Momo. I was a little hesitant ordering sight unseen, but Bill made the whole process easy and fast. Within two hours I had a complete Bed / Mattress / Box Spring with Frame and delivery for an awesome price. The quality of the brand new, in bag mattress and box spring is good, comfortable and im very happy with this sight unseen purchase. It was delivered and I received a much better product and service than I expected. They charged my debit the exact amount as quoted and not a penny more. This is a real review, I'm a real customer and will order from here again and you should too if you are looking for a good deal on a mattress in the Lowell area.
