So for an oil change and new windshield wipers I paid almost $180 and that was with them giving me a 15% discount for being in the medical field. Don’t use this place the employees lie and scam. happi: Yeah they ‘changed’ my oil by ‘topping me off’. Did not change the oil filter. Also lied saying they dont vacuum floors, wash windows or check tire pressure anymore due to covid. Called corporate to see if this was the case and they said no they absolutely do that just not in the height of covid 3 years ago. The woman there was nice and cordial but when I asked the guy about the other services he was very quick to shut it down using covid as an excuse because he clearly didn’t want to do all that extra complimentary stuff. The paper I signed, which I took a picture of, clearly says that those services are included in the purchase of an oil change. samnang yin: Hello everyone! I just wanted to share this experience with you all so no one uses service from this place again. On 12/22/22 I went in for an oil change drive thru service. I do not usually use shops like this for any of my maintenance but the dealer was booked for almost 2 months out so I had no choice. So anyways…I drove in the shop and the service advisor asked what service am I in need to do. I told him an oil change. I had also asked to make sure they used fully synthetic oil with the best oil filter they have and make sure the oil recommended for European cars. They said yes they understand. About 7 minutes later they came back to my vehicle, take out the old oil filter, then put a new one in (btw they did not replace the 2 o-rings to the oil filter cap and did not torque the cap when putting it back on because I had marked it from the last oil change) then they came to me with a $180 bill. I then had asked again to make sure about the oil and they said it’s all set. I told them that was fastest oil change I had ever had, paid them and went about my way. So…yesterday I had to replace the camshaft solenoid for maintenance to my car and during the new install I noticed the oil was black as a sharpie, didnt think of anything because my oil change was only 2k miles ago and installed the new solenoids. After a test drive check engine lights came on. Code said I needed to replace new camshaft sensors and new solenoids. I then took off both solenoids and sensor to test and they were fine. I decided to do an oil change, cleaned out my solenoid and sensors, tested the car and no more codes!! BMW oil change intervals is 11k miles but Jiffy lube had wrote down next service in 7k miles, it hav been 2100 miles since the oil change because I drive this car less than 700 miles a month. How is the oil black already???? The oil filter was worse!!! The filter looked like it went through a car wreck and the color of charcoal. I almost had to spend over $800 in bmw parts to replace if I had not check the oil. I don’t know how you guys are still in business??? I understand “you get what you paid for” but I ask for the high quality service and I paid for it…and did not get it. I will never use Jiffy lube anywhere ever again! I will tell all my friends and families including social media about you guys and my experience so they will not have to experience what I had to. Bad service, over charged and thief's.My car had only 80k miles and very well taken cared of during that service btw.Management please look into this.Zero stars given-not 1Out!Sam

Steven Colby: Unfortunately I ran over something and got a puncture in my tire. I took a chance and gave this place a call. Jose answered the phone and told me he would get me right in. I showed up shortly there after and just as Jose said he immediately had me in a bay within five minutes. From now the expert technician Angel took over. He was quickly able to identify the problem and suggested that he could patch it at a very reasonable rate. Angel did the work quickly and professionally and Jose was a class act. Victoria Szetela: I came here in August of 2022 because my AC wasn't working. They started out with trying to recharge the system, don't really know why because you shouldn't really have to "recharge" a closed system unless there is another issue. I've been driving over 30 years and never have had to do this. Anyway needless to say it didn't just need a recharge and it needed a new compressor although they thought they were doing me a favor when they said that they wouldn't charge me for the 2nd recharge. Before going here I had done a pre approval through the Meineke credit card and I had been approved but when it came time to discuss payment options for the repair they basically had only negative things to say about their own company's card and kept forcing another payment method which was Easy Pay Finance, probably get kickbacks based on how many people they sign up. I felt pressured to go with this method and stupid me went along because I wanted my AC fixed the same day. I won't make that mistake again. I don't advise anyone to use Easy Pay Finance as the interest rate is literally through the roof. Overall they did a good job on the repair itself. Syed Abrab Mahmood: I went there for inspection and it failed because of the rear window was tint and exhaust issue.Fayssal (owner) said the exhaust might have a connection issue (then it would be simple to fix) or need a replacement. He said bring it any next day.After 2 days I took it, on that day Andy was there. I told him everything and after examine he said that it's only a connection issue.Altogether it's $100 (Tint,Exhaust) and got the passed inspection sticker.They are honest and reliable. He fixed the engine check light and also checked and ran the smoke through my EVAP system. There was no leak, so he didn't have to fix anything. In the end, I asked him how much for his effort, and he said he didn't have to fix anything, so there was no charge!I asked him if he was sure, and he said again there was nothing wrong with the car. The tires I needed he ordered immediately and were available first thing in the morning. I had family drop my car off and it was seamless. The work was completed exceptionally fast and they were out within the hour after all 4 tires were replaced, balanced, and an alignment. Had a storm today (the following day) and it was like night and day driving. Very glad with the help and the decision made on these tires and this location.PS. only local shop that I know of that does internal patching for tire repairs and doesn't just say plug or replace, have had many holes patched here over the years

S C: First time visiting Hogan Tire do to tire pressure monitoring system issues my truck was experiencing, no thanks to Tire Warehouse and their inability to fix the issue and just made it worse! No exaggeration. Anyway, I explained my issue to Ray at the front desk, along with some other front end system issues I felt needed to be checked since I had been hearing odd noises for about a couple weeks. He assured me they will be very thorough and check the entire system. While they were checking the truck out I found out that Hogan Tire and Auto also did repairs other than just tires and suspension systems, even though it clearly states Auto I guess it just flew over my head and I just assumed all they did was Tire and suspension system. After a little time they showed me their diagnostics sheet along with picture proof of things that needed attention at some point, and things they found unsafe that needed immediate attention! Something I wish my own mechanic would've pointed out and addressed being my wife and 8 year old twins use my truck often. I was very grateful they made me aware of it and were able to fix it right away. They did an outstanding job, they're all very professional and so courteous and made me feel completely confident in their work after feeling the difference in the way the truck handled. Definitely recommend you stopping by and giving them a shot, I really believe you will be happy with the entire experience. Wojtek Sudol: Perfect service (balancing) - appointment happened exactly on time and the car feels like new (VW Touareg). The road force balance equipment they use really is better than the typical equipment most tire shops uses. Yes - it can be done at dealersips (VW, BMW...) but it will cost you more. I recomend the shop !

Shannon Arenburg: Came here for an inspection sticker and was rejected. I was surprised, but thought no biggie since the parts in question were under warranty. When I brought my vehicle in I got another surprise...there is actually nothing wrong with the parts in question. Verified by more than one professional. The diagnostic costs were $150.I returned to SWAT to get my sticker and an explanation. The girl behind the counter was very sweet and took care of my rejection sticker right away and let me know that the employee that wrongfully rejected me was no longer employed there, which made sense. I still asked to see the owner. When he came in he was all apologies...until I asked to be reimbursed for my unnecessary diagnostic costs. At that point he started talking about how the system of car inspecting is flawed and the particular make and model of my vehicle is difficult to assess and went as far as to bring me under the car to see some play in the part in question, which as far as I could tell didn't exist. I was there for over an hour and the owner told me that even though it "isn't his responsibility" to reimburse me, he absolutely would and he would be contacting whatever higher power at vehicle inspections to get an answer to this question of the "play" allowed for my vehicle to pass. Yeah, I never heard back from him and I never got reimbursed.At this point, I've heard multiple stories of bad experiences with inspections as a whole from this place. Cheryl Yarossi: I normally use a mechanic in Tewksbury or Dracut. These are normally the only 2 places I allow to touch my car. (Economy Rental Tewksbury or Advanced Auto Dracut). I needed a sticker and SWAT was right down the street from me so thought I would stop for a sticker and check them out. My car failed inspection so I brought it to my Mechanic in Dracut and had the repairs done. I returned to SWAT to get my new sticker (After the 60 days so I had to pay 35.00 again My fault). The mechanic explained why had had to pay the 35.00 again and I agreed. Then he says "There is more". He said my wipers need replacing and my passenger plate light was out. I just drove there in the rain I told him and my wipers seemed just fine to me. I asked him how much for inspection, new wiper and plate light. To my surprise he said 178.00. I nearly dropped dead right there. I said no I will go home and have my son change my wiper and bulb then return for my sticker or better yet get it elsewhere. He said I could not. I had to pay him 35.00 for another Reject or 178.00 and he would do the repairs. I felt he was holding my car hostage and I had little choice. I probably should have taken the reject and left or insisted on speaking to a manager but I was absolutely livid at this point and didn't want to cause a scene so I paid the 178.00 for him to spend 15 min on my car replacing wiper blades and lightbulb. I told him I have never felt so ripped off in my life. I later called and spoke to the owner who said I didn't have to pay anything that I could have taken my car and left. I could not though because this was not an option given me and they had my keys. I insisted I wanted a breakdown of my charges. They are as follows. 22.10 x2 for 2 wiper blades (He only informed me I needed one) 1.24 (yes 1.24 ) for lightbulb, 20.00 labor for replacing wipers, 75.00 labor to change lightbulb and 35.00 for sticker. I was looking for a mechanic closer to home and let me tell you they are not it! My mechanic has replaced blown bulbs when I went for stickers at no charge , Customer service, and changed my wipers for the cost of the wipers only. I never paid labor for these things. If you are thinking of stopping there beware. Know what is wrong and what it should cost first. I personally would stay far away. I wish I used a credit card instead of debit so I could dispute with my credit card company and see they only get paid what they deserve. It does not take 75.00 worth of labor to install a 1.24 light bulb. Shame on you!!!!Service:General repairs maintenance
