Stefanie Reis: I drove for an hour only to be told that they have no maternity options in-store, and that their maternity clothes are only available online. This should be made clear on their website to prevent wasting people’s time, especially pregnant people’s time.
Carla Goodwin: I could not believe how friendly and helpful all of the employees are one of the managers Jeff was more than helpful. He literally walks around and engages with customers unlike other stores where you never see the manager. I couldn't believe their selection and the prices were more than fair. The store was very clean and had a great feel to it you didn't get like a weird negative vibe like you do in some stores also Henry the cashier was awesome I recommend at least looking at what they have. You will find things on the right rack where they're supposed to be in the correct size not all mixed up you won't find piles of clothes on the floor. If they are short-stuffed you can't tell. They seem very organized and dedicate there time to the customer I love that place!

I wouldn't recommend traveling so far when you can get similar prices and more options at other stores near your location. Nicole La Hoz: I always love Old Navy. Three-fourths of my closet is probably from there, and I always love going to the Everett store since it has a good selection. However, last night, my boyfriend and I kept being followed around the store by the same three employees. Anytime we looked over (because we felt like we were being followed), they would do something random, like suddenly needing to grab clothes in our direction (and immediately putting it back when we moved) and playing with a bouncy ball...It was really odd and incredibly uncomfortable. And I don't understand why! Was it his beard? Was it me wearing sweats? We were picking up an online order, my boyfriend was going to try on clothes in the fitting room, and I planned to keep shopping around while he was in the room. After we realized that we were being followed, we returned the order and left the items we were going to buy. I get loss prevention policies, but this was so blatantly obvious and uncomfortable.

Kae: yesterday I was at this store and witness something very disturbing. There was a lady and her husband who were extremely rude to another customer talking down on her. It was very disturbing and I found it unbelievable that no staff was willing to appropriately address this situation. We are in a world in which people are very ignorant. Christina Levitan: Well I was pretty excited to see an Old Navy in the mall. The store was super clean and employees were helpful asking quests if they needed assistance. I forgot my wallet (I know, what a silly thing to foget) but I noticed their registers had the pass over reader, so I could just use my watch to pay. UNFORTUNATELY I picked the one register it didn't work for. So the cashier asked me if I was paying with apple pay (or similar device) and explained this reader didn't work BUT she was more than happy to move over to the next register and ring it in for me. She was so pleasant and kind. I felt so bad but she said it was no problem at all. What a great store!
