Phil Kim: With my Ophthalmologist being unavailable for the next 3 weeks and having a medical emergency I was anxious to find a new practice and I was blessed to have found Advanced eye care. My experience from making the appointment to finally seeing the Doctor was a 10 out of 10. They all took their time, ran several tests and took the time to explain and show me what was going on. My experience was so amazing I have made the decision after 24 years with the same practice to switch my entire family over to Advanced Eye Care, Dr. Sikalis!** 2/6 Updated review! Since I wasn't able to write a new review I'll just provide an update here. I'll start with the positive, I absolutely still adore Dr. Sikalis and stand by him being the best I have ever seen and dealt with, a master in his field and passionate! However the past 2 calls to the office was less than professional. I will say yes, I did not call and let them know I was unable to make my appt but my son was in the hospital at the time. I will take full accountability for that and apologize again. However I am not a fan of glasses and had run out of the trial lenses the Dr gave me so I called to review costs of the lenses and after she gave me the cost I proceeded to say they are a bit expensive from my experience and would just like a copy of my prescription so I can search elsewhere, she was not happy and said our prices are the same if not much more competitive. I stated that may be true but I will need to do my own research to confirm. However I was not able to get there on time and wasn't able to get my prescription. Today I called to reschedule my appt, they had a cancellation for 2/7...great! I took it! A while later I get a call back.. not sure if she was having a bad day or this is just how she deals with patients! She said after reading notes left in the system I do not need to keep my appt for tomorrow. I asked why and she said you called after a no show to your appt for whatever reason to tell us you like your lenses. I said that's incorrect, I still would like to see the doctor as it does not feel right on my left side but I have had this feeling before with a prior lense prescribed and purchased elsewhere so would like to make sure nothing is wrong with my left eye before proceeding. She cuts me off, raises her voice and said well you already called and said you like them so now you don't? Again, I did not state that in my call! This call left me really upset and frankly so distasteful to treat and speak with anyone like this that I will just find a different office! Unfortunately bitter sweet because I truly admire the doctor but please people you need to do better!! And when you do speak with Debbie, hopefully she will be honest as to how our conversation went which contradicts what she entered into the system!

Jim DeMone: Amazing service. I stopped in here after my glasses of 8 years snapped in half. They helped me pick out new frames and filled the prescription I had from my Dr. I hated the new prescription and I found the frames to be way too heavy on my face. I came back 2-3 weeks later and they agreed to exchange my frames and fill a new prescription (from my eye Dr.) at no cost! They even let me pick new frames they didn't have in stock! I would go here again in a heartbeat!!! They kept saying "we just want to make sure you're happy with your new glasses".

Rossignol Alouette: Wow. just wow. Fabulous selection of beautiful, fun, and super fashionable frames. Most places there is maybe one frame that will do. Here, there's dozens that are perfect and it's difficult to narrow down. There are unusual frames you won't see anywhere but in fashion magazines... or on you. The customer service is exceptional. Giorgio took time to fit my new glasses perfectly. I am a customer for life.

I am extremely nearsighted and have astigmatism, and my previous Optometrist (of about 25 years) has only been able to correct my vision to 20/40 for as long as I can remember, but my vision with contacts was still never crisp or totally clear. He recommended I try to find a doctor who specializes in hard contact lenses, so I decided to get a second opinion.I saw Dr. Afshar today and am so impressed by his knowledge and experience. He is EXTREMELY kind and understanding and so patient when answering questions. I never felt rushed at all. The technology he uses seems to be light-years ahead of what I’m used to, and I actually cried happy tears when he told me I was reading letters from the 20/25 line. I feel as though he genuinely wants to help me achieve the best possible vision, and I haven’t felt that way in a long time. Sara: I went in for an appointment and it was so smooth! I got my contacts delivered to my door before I even ran out of the sample pairs Dr. Afshar gave me. The optician was also incredibly easy to work with and I was really happy they had almost every eyeglass frame trend for Spring/Summer that I've seen online.

melindda: HORRIBLE. made an appointment over a month ago to be seen today at 10:15am, I get there at 10:06am call to check in and wait in my car. They call me back at 10:40am to tell me they are ready for me. I work full time, I stepped away from work on my break hour to go to this appointment I ask the gentleman how long this is going to take because I’ve been waiting almost 40 minutes already. he tells me he is going to screen me and the doctor is with a patient so he does not know how long he will be. So I asked what the point of me making an appointment was if I’m not being seen until an hour or more later? His response was “I don’t know”. That’s great me either. This place might as well be walk in because they are not considerate of your time. First time going, never going back.

Her glasses were under warranty when they broke, but we had moved out of state and Heller still made sure we got her new frames and swapped out her lenses and sent them to us! I’m sad to have moved because we were always very pleased with their friendly service and the way they always put their patients first.
